Well I didn’t know this shop was here until I got into an accident and needed my car fixed! I got to say that even tho it took a min to get car done, they did an excellent job cause they wanted it fixed right! Which to me I was shocked cause I know most places like this usually just do the bare minimum so they can mend more money! This place is about quality work and service! Thank you so much I’ll definitely be back!!

Cant say enough positive things about these guys. The GM, David, made my life a lot easier after my collision. Very supportive and attentive to my requests. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience dealing with insurance companies. His team was also very helpful and respectful throughout the whole process. AND their body work is pretty damn good too! My car looked just like new.

If I could give no stars I would! This place is shady as heck! They yank you around every way to Sunday. They also charge absolutely outrageous fees. Ive dealt with other body shops that treated me better than this place. DO NOT USE!

I am very appreciative of David (the GM) and his staff at Accelerated Paint & Body for their work on my truck. David used his many contacts in the business to source parts, etc. and used his years of experience to work with my insurance to ensure I received quality parts, and that I was taken care of. Right when David sits down and walks you through the details of the repair process, you realize the hospitality, knowledge, and thankfulness he has and shows. There is zero doubt that the next time I need work/repairs done on my truck, I will go to Accelerated Paint and Body. Thank you very much, David!

Hank moved a van that I just got from my grandpa to my house. He was on time friendly and made sure to take care of my vehicle like it was his own. Great guy and great service.

Felt economically pressured to complete body work here after my car was taken here after hours due to an accident during rush hour. Various fees were not explained up front, so when Insurance company took a few days to respond and initiate claim the fees for storing my vehicle were astronomical were I not to complete the work. I should have known to ask prior to start of storage and claim process, but not having had experienced a comparable situation I didn’t know and the agreement I signed was not clear in indicating relevant fees. So let my (and others in these reviews) experience be your lesson- do not sign anything without explicitly getting the costs detailed to you!After completion the work looked good, but simple issues were not completed appropriately (rear wiper reconnected upside down so it wiped the gate and not the window, remote locking button on gate not working). Had items addressed at different shop.

Very impressed with the professionalism with which i was treated. I was kept informed by them the details of the insurance settlements. When my car was finished it looked beautiful. It looked like a brand new car. I would highly recommend this auto shop to all of my friends & associates.Sharon Arn

I had a great experience with accelerated paint and body! after my wreck i had my car towed there, by the time i got there they had a rental waiting for me! David called me before i even got home and assured me id be taken care of! My car was repaired in a timely manor and i never had a worry, i highly recommend them, professionals who take total care of their customers! God forbid i have another wreck, but if i do, i will go back! thanks you guys!

My daughter had an accident which resulted in frontal damage to her car. The towing company recommended Accelerated Paint and Body in Spring so that is where we agreed to take the vehicle. Roman was very professional and was very clear and open about the process. I came away very pleased and will return to that shop again even though I live about 40 minutes away. Unfortunately, its not easy to find respectable businesses but this appears to be one. You will not go wrong with this shop...highly recommend.

Our car was stolen when it was found we took it to them to have an estimate done. They now have had our car for over 6 months yanking us around. They did the body estimate and then were supposed to get it to a mechanic to make sure it wouldnt be totalled before beginning and body work. I have called and texted with them multiple times and no one ever gets back with you like they say they will. Then I ask when I can pick up the vehicle to take it somewhere else and they suddenly come up with $7000 storage fees. Then a manager was supposed to call me back and a week later still nothing. We call to find out what is going on and Lance hangs up on us for the third time.

They are a very honest and reasonable priced. They will get your automobile fixed right and on time. I will tell all my friends to go to them.

Accelerated Paint & Body repaired and painted my car excellently, quickly and I cannot say enough about how great this shop is. Roman advised me and even shined my headlights which were not part of the repair. Great, Great shop!!

Like employees taking your car for weekend joy rides? This is your place. Theyve worked on my classic cars and my daily drivers with equally great results but this last time their tech took my CTS-V on a joy ride over the weekend. Inexcusable and illegal. I should have filed charges. Onstar clearly showed it was driven over the weekend.

This collision shop provided friendly service with great workmanship. They managed all of the insurance difficulties on my behalf for a stress free experience.

Staff was very helpful and paint finish was amazing!

Great place to get your car repaired

Does not proof check work before sending it back to the customer had to take my car back several times for little miscellaneous things that did not line up and you did not say nothing try to sell it to me that way knowing he can make extra money from the insurance by doing it right was not happy at all my car stayed in the shop of July till November trying to get it right unacceptable to me at the end of the day they were still stickers missing off the engine runs in the paint that I had to take back so I can have fixed would not recommend at all

I was quoted two hours of labor for a very small job of replacing a bracket and a couple outer mouldings. This job honestly would not have taken more than 15 minutes to finish. What a rip off.
