I have used Spags for many years now. They do great work! They are honest and conduct their business with integrity. The level of craftsmanship that they adhere to is top notch. I would recommend them for any repairs needed.

After weeks of attempting to confirm the cause of a soft brake pedal on a brand new disc conversion kit for my 1967 Camaro, I took the car to Spags. They promptly discovered the cause. The brand-new caliper brackets were not manufactured to the correct angle. The service was great, the price was reasonable, and the overall experience was great.

My husband & I highly recommend this Christian, family owned business. We have been doing business w/ Anthony & his precious family & awesome staff for over 25 years. I can always trust them for the best estimate & best work - they go over & beyond for excellence & great service!

Hardly ever leave reviews but felt this was necessary. Probably the best experience I’ve had with a garage period. Had to get my windshield replaced at safelite and got bad news that the roof required some rust removal/rework before they could install the windshield. Towed to Spags and they got it back to me the next day, the owner even stayed past closing to accommodate safelite showing up late and taking longer than expected for the windshield install. Not too many places out there like this anymore.

Came in for some paint work on my 04 Cobra. Couldnt have asked for a better product. Top notch work. 👌

I took my car to Spags because I had a fender bender. Eric went above and beyond my expectations! I just picked up my car and he detailed the whole thing, not just the areas fixed! And he worked with me to do exactly the repairs it needed and no more. Very reasonable cost and I am very pleased! Its nice to find an honest repair business who keeps their word and does excellent work. If you need them, I HIGHLY recommend them! :-)

Ive been impressed every time Ive brought my vehicle to Spags. Their honesty and integrity has created another customer for LIFE!In fact, Im a huge fan of their mechanical repair center even though Spags has a fantastic area reputation for body work (and not just collision repairs, but high-end auto restoration).Ive heard that the big insurers prefer collision work to go to quick, cheap repair places, but you can specify Spags or another local body shop rather than go with their preferred shop. In fact, if you know of a local body business thats been in business for a long time, and your insurance company steers you AWAY from them, then you can tell whos doing cut rate work for the insurance company -- but YOU HAVE A RIGHT to get your car repaired wherever you like.Ive had my cars into Spags and theyve always demonstrated themselves to be fast, competent, and -- most importantly -- honest. They have a huge amount of integrity; theyve saved me hundreds and probably thousands of dollars by not recommending repairs that werent actually needed, EVEN when I told them what I thought it was. (For example, my car wouldnt start, and I was certain -- and told them -- it was a $500 distributor; their diagnosis showed it was a $5 part and they only billed me for an hour of shop time for the diagnosis, plus the part! So, if they offer a diagnosis option even if youre sure you know what the problem is, TAKE IT!)Ive also used them for PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTIONS (takes about an hour and worth every cent on such a large purchase) and they went through the car with a fine toothed comb and prepared a complete list of all potential issues.Bottom line: Spags is my FIRST stop for all auto work of any sort. Its so hard to find an honest mechanic, and there is a reason that Spags has been an institution in the area for so long: Spags is immensely competent as well as a fine, family-run business, and it shows.

This is probably the best collision and repair shop I have ever been. Took a vehicle in to get repainted. Not only do they communicate every step of the way, but when it took a few extra days, they gave me a loaner vehicle. My son is VERY interested in vehicles and was asking questions when picking up the car. The staff was warm and welcoming to this. The owner even gave him the best tour we could have ever imagined. Not only that, but complete strangers have been complimenting the great paint job!

Having used Spags twice previously for detailed re-painting and body work on another car over the last several years, I called on them when my vehicle was rear-ended by another where the liability was rightfully placed. This experience with the insurance company holding the policy for the other vehicle has turned out to be a nightmare. Both for Spags and for me. Spags has been very supportive of my issues with the company and found ways to accommodate me in the process. The quality of work that they performed repairing my car is excellent, and I can continue to highly recommend them.

Spags treats one like family. They are kind, courteous, and do an excellent job at reasonable prices. They give you 110%. How refreshing to discover a business that operates the old fashioned way where Customer service is their priority. I cant say enough good things about them. No other place for us from now on!

Nick was extremely professional in addressing my 1970 Corvettes needs. Him and his team took the time necessary to ultimately save me money by not performing work that didnt need to be done. Would happily entrust them to work on any of my vehicles.

These guys are awesome, I feel like part of the family every time I come here. Ive taken multiple vehicles here and always had great service along with excellent work. I had a replacement bumper with a defect that surfaced almost a year later, they took it in immediately. To quote the owner Thats not acceptable, I wont put my name on something like that.

Unfortunately these guys no longer seem to be interested in honest work and just want to defraud insurance companies. They quoted 9.4 hours labor for $60 worth of parts on the front bumper of an F-150 that only had the other cars paint on it. They want $750 for something I could get off with toothpaste. Go there if you want insurance work, but dont even try to get a fair quote

These people are unable to work on diesel motors. Although they claimed to be capable in the beginning, $700 later I was told otherwise. Very disappointing.

Eric was very helpful the work was done for less than other shops wanted and the work was excellent all in all it was a very good experience and I highly recommend them.

Totally UNBELIEVABLE!! Took my C2 Corvette to Spags because the owner was so energetic about having the opportunity to work on a 1963 Split window. 3 years later, and a presented bill of $54,000.00 + i get back a car that wont start properly (starter grinds due to miss alignment), doors wont shut. Hood is so badly misaligned that it wont shut properly. Wont stay ideling after coming to temp because the fans AND air compressor come on when it does. Cut the frame cross member out while trying to do a LS conversion.Threw away NUMEROUS original parts (including the cut out frame member) after having been told SEVERAL times not to.Charged ME for parts that I supplied. Never presented me with an itemized invoice and could not or would not give me any idea of how much I had into the build even though Id asked several time during the three year span.Even though Anthony told me several times that HE was going to personally over see the build, he always he numerous shade tree mechanics working on it. Never bagged and tagged ANYTHING upon disasembly so parts were lost and scattered all over his shop. Even had one of his grease monkeys hold up a door shim that he picked up off of the floor board and ask me if I knew what it was because he had no idea as to where it went.I even sent him some business thinking that he was the real deal. A 1969 Camaro for an LS conversion. $25,000.00 later my friend picked up his Camaro and has since (immediately after picking it up) had to replace the transmission. Needless to say I am very embarrassed and having a hard time facing my friend.My story and disappoinment could go on for days .... Just a STRONG warning.....STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM SPAGS COLLISION!! unless youve just got more money than you have sense!
