Management gave me a call and insured me that everything would be taken care of above and beyond my expectations. I have to say that is exactly what happened.The fact that I received a call where they owned it and were determined to set it right… is the biggest thing in the world.After the fact, when I gave the situation some thought, I was extremely impressed. This shop is operating in a COVID environment with limited staff and with a cascade of additional requirements. Along with dealing with every other company that they have to relay on to get their job done.Procare collision and their staff communicated updates and delivered high quality work on-time.

I choose ProCare from a good previous experience I had with them on my sons car. They were able to get the work completed on the second try. I decided to use them again this year and I have had the worst experience. The first time I received my vehicle the paint job was awful, rough edges, scratches, missing paint spots, missing part and clips. To top it off they over sprayed paint on part of my vehicle that not needing any work. It is now nearing 1 month that they have had my car still cant seem to get the paint job done correctly. The customer service of my agent was also not great, always telling me it will be ready and then asking for my time. I pretty much had to call in order to get an update. Once I did they would just push the date to the next day. Their is surely no sense of pride in there workmanship.

Worst shop I have ever used. Was referred to them by insurance. Charged me over $1k for a bumper, stole all the change out of my car, and when i went to pick up my car it had a check engine light on. Never again.

We had Damage repaired from a fender bender. The service was great, repaired to like new and they even cleaned the car when done! Excellent service done here!

When I called the shop and gentleman named Jordan answered my call, he was the third person I had called and I was impressed by how knowledgeable and his outstanding customer service over the phone. I had plenty of options to pick from, but I picked ProCare to do the repairs because of his polite mannerisms over the phone. He sealed the deal. He was also in constant communication via phone and text giving us updates and my van was done ✅ ahead of schedule. I was also happy and impressed that they took the time to wash and clean my van inside and out. I will definitely recommend this shop to friends and family and a big thank you to Jordan for being such a delight to work with.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. My husband and I were out of town and an impaired driver pulled out in front of us. We chose ProCare because of its reviews. From the moment we dropped our truck off to be repaired, not once did this company contact us. Every time I spoke to someone it was because I was calling to check the status. We waited almost 3 weeks out of state for our truck to be repaired. Which means we had to pay for extended stays at a hotel, along with a rental car and all the meals we had to cover that we weren’t prepared for. Instead of calling, we showed up in person and were told one more day. We picked it up the next day and had a 20 hour drive ahead of us. Half way through the trip we noticed the front tire wasn’t seating right. In the middle of nowhere, we decided to Chance the remaining of the drive. Thank God we made it the rest of the way and took it to an actual manufacture of the truck. They couldn’t believe that ProCare released the vehicle in the shape it was in. We had to fork out another $2,200 to repair what ProCare claimed they did but clearly didn’t! Absolutely disappointed in the service we ended up getting and the amount of money we had to put out with this entire ordeal.

Procare Collision is a must. Very friendly staff and Jordan helped me through the entire process from start to finish. My car was ready in the same week I dropped it off. Highly recommend this place!!!

When they finally finished my car it looked like they sprayed graffiti on the door I left it there for them to fix it right and they said it was a great job done however the bumper does not match the door in color and was way off and there was still dents in top of the car. After my insurance company contacted Gary he said he would try it again I took off work to bring my car in again but his painter is always has n emergency and is not in

Did a good job on repairing and painting my front bumper. Ran into a snag in that a previous paint/repair had been done incorrectly so it had to be completely stripped, but was still completed on time. Would be 5 stars if they would have remembered to buff the paint off of my blinker, which was noticed by them and they offered to have me bring it back, which I may do. The people are very friendly and nice to work with.

I will never use Hodges again. It has been over two months for them to get back to me about something they missed after my wreck. I was told that Nationwide declined it, but Nationwide said they never received anything from Chris. I have had to call Chris and Will for updates because they will never get back to me. The customer service is awful, I recommend going anywhere but here for any problems that you may have.

This is the absolute worst place Ive ever done business with. I was involved in a fender bender, I went in & made initial payment so they could begin work. I was told I could pay the balance by credit card. I called the morning after the car was fixed at 7:30am when they open, it wasnt until 7:46am that someone answered the phone. It was the owner, he infoemed me at that time he didnt know how to do a credit card payment & that I would have to call back. I informed him I was in meetings all day, if he would have someone call me back & take the info, at 11:30am, I had to call back & leave a V. Mail. I also called the other customer to inform her i had not yet heard from Hodges, she called them & the finally called me back, yhey then informed me they could not take a credit card or check only cashiers check or money order, so not only was the owner too stupid to take a credit card payment, apparently he didnt even know his business didnt deal in traditional forms of payment & only dealt in cashiers checks or money orders. (HEADS UP IRS), Ive never had to hound a business owner down to give them money before, this was a shocker, if I wanted to deal in cashiers checks or under the table type deals in the first place, I would have chosen a more reputable business. #neveragain #notinthislifetime

Couldnt have asked for a smoother process! I was hesitant at first by some negative reviews but I decided to give them a shot and very glad I did. Smooth sailing from the very start and did everything they said they would. Thanks Will and Gary I havent had an accident in a long time and you guys helped me out the whole way. Most people only complain these days anyway on the reviews but I felt the need to help them out as they did me.

Poorly managed, and no one cares.Repair took two weeks longer than expected. Vehicle returned to me unwashed. Vehicle returned to me with all four tires underinflated; all four were set to exactly 10psi. Drove my van directly to Firestone, and the guys at Firestone asked if this was a practical joke.Female customers are objectified and receive significantly more attention than male customers, albeit unwanted attention.Avoid, unless you need excitement and adventure in your autobody repairs.

Someone hit my car, these guys dealt with the bully of an insurance company and I thought the staff was hilarious. 11/10, would get rear ended again.

It has been a while, so things may have changed but I will never forget the experience of dealing with the hodges, they were slow, rude, inappropriate, and worst of all they would tell me it would be ready in a week for literally months. When I finally got the call that my car was ready to be picked up I walked into the office and was then told it was at there other garage, down Rayford and on the west South bound side of I45. Because of how frustrating the business was they have lost me as a customer.

I took my vehicle to this business, as it was recommended by my insurance company, and while the repair process didnt go as smoothly as I wouldve liked from the start (the insurance company also had a part in this), in the end they stepped up and provided extraordinary customer service! There was a point where I was very frustrated due to delays and I felt the communication couldve been better; however, another service advisor (Pedro) stepped in and went above and beyond to make things right. I wont hesitate to bring my vehicle back to this shop in the future!
