Order was supposed to be ready in 2 hours but wasnt ready till the next day. They left a 2x2 diagonally under my 12 ft 2x6s after loading them. It wasnt as wide as the load so you couldnt see it was there. With 60 of them and four sheets of plywood 24 pieces of 1x2s and 24 1x3s totaling approximately 1600 lb. It Should have fetched up fine Ive done it many times before, fetching is contact resistant. But because the 2x2 caused a seesaw effect the whole load slid off of the truck and ended in the street. boy was I shocked to see that behind me in the road when I only slowly pulled out. Bending the tailgate very slightly. They did work quickly to put the load back on my truck and I was on my way. When I got home in my driveway I need it to go back for a second load, so to save time I try to unload the load the same way wouldnt come off no matter how fast I went. Ill be careful next time to make sure that doesnt happen again. LOL

Home Depot is a great place to find exactly what you need for home improvement to cleaning supplies!!! Great prices too!! The staff are all over the place and very friendly and eager to help!!! So refreshing!!!

First and Foremost I am not a fan of Home Depot at all but I have to say this location today was entirely different from any of Home Depot i have visited at any time at any location.1- Upon entering we came into the store wewere approached by a actually smilingstaff member who asked if we neededhelp locating any items and they walkedus the entire way to the item.2- This location was extremely well lit andextremely well organized with itemprices posted and easy to see unlikeall other locations.3- The garden area was GREAT! The plantswere being attended to by staff thatcared about how the olants weredisplayed and presented.This Home Depot we will return to shop in again.

Always friendly staff and very helpful too. I usually go back and forth between this hardware store and the one across the street. I always find what I am looking for at Home Depot. Definitely a well run place, clean and organized.

I drive from Homosassa to the store up in Spring Hill because the guys in the paint department seemed to know exactly what Im doing and know how to help me unlike the store in Crystal River I am so happy with the service and attention I want to cross the street to Lowes I couldnt Wake the Dead over there so once again. After checking Lowes which was out of stock on much of what we needed . . . We went to HomeDepot and found EVERYTHING on our list at good prices. . . The employee was able to help us find replacement screws for the window ac unit from one we brought in to show him, instantly!The store was clean, bright and fresh smelling as well.Its inconvenient to cross 19 BUT this time well worth it!

Home Depots Rental/Service Dept. Britt Bradley and tech John went out of the way to accommodate me in repairing my weedeater. Unbelievable, amazing service!!!! Very uncommon these days!!!As good as it gets, customer for life!

Clean and always well stocked. Always has exactly what I need. Employees could be a little more helpful but all in all its great.

Be careful if you plan on getting any plants from here they have Mealybugs. I noticed some 3 weeks ago and brought it up to an employee and they said they would take care of them. I showed them the plants that had them, I also explained why it is important to get rid of the bugs. I came back yesterday and they still have the original plants that had them. The bugs may not be their fault, but not doing anything about it especially when a costumer told them seems like they don’t care about their plants. It’s important to always check your plants and repot them after getting them from any garden center.

This is the only Home Depot around so its a pretty popular place. I tend to go during off hours to avoid long lines. Store opens at 6AM so that helps. Never had any issues there. Staff is helpful if and when I need them. No problems with returns cos I always bring my receipt. Spend a lot of time in the paint department and the garden center and have always had pleasant staff. Its a clean store, the bathrooms are clean, selection is good. So I dont have any complaints. Of course, its in a prime spot on Commercial with tons of other stores and restaurants all around. Strip malls galore. So you can knock out a lot of shopping in the area.

Terrible i mean terrible delivery services. We ordered a washer, dryer and stove from home depot when it came to the delivery day the drivers said they “attempted to contact us” which is a huge lie because we did not receive not one phone call. Wasted all day waiting at home for this delivery for a delivery driver to have the power to totally ignore our delivery and lie about saying they called us. Now we have to wait who knows how long to receive our appliances. Which ever third party they use to do deliveries has terrible customer service. Never will recommend this to anyone and do not wish this customer service on anyone.

I want to say thank you again to employee Natalie!! She showed me how to ring up and helped me get a tank of propane gas. She came outside SPECIAL and showed and explained everything. Natalie was so friendly and helpful. She even put the tank in my cart!! She is an EXCELLENT employee!!!

Will never shop at Any Home Depot again! Was about to purchase $4,000 worth of flooring until the manager told me unless your military I.D shows 100% disabled they dont give Military discounts . Although I am 100% it doesnt show on my I.D so they wouldnt honor it. Go to Lowes they dont care if your disabled as long as your a vet you get 10% ! Shame on Home Depot!

Great selection of products and affordable. I found floorboards for a reasonable price and they included a discount. I like they give 10% off to veterans which was a big help too as Im on a fixed income. The website gives you the aisle for each product so you dont have to wander around the large complex trying to find what youre looking for. The associates are helpful too. I needed something cut and had someone right away taking care of it.

You never know when they will stop carrying your, for example, cabinetry to something else to save a penny. Meanwhile the door you needed replacing is no longer available. This is routine w home depot. Ive had discussions with their regional and local directors and thats just company policy. The quality people you knew are replaced w people who are getting low pay. Took bad society is so bound to the dollar and so little to people, who after all is much more important.

Allen Howes in the cabinet counter design was very helpful in helping me resolve an issue i had with an order and everyone in that dept were great to deal with. Will def be returning soon

I was there yesterday looking at portable ac units. Tried lifting one into a cart but only bruised my leg making the effort alone. Found an employee and asked if he could help. He told me if I could find a flat cart he would help. I looked all over. Only one I saw empty was being sat on by another employee. I was frustrated and left. Went to lowes. Asked employee if she could help me get a unit and she says Ill get a cart and you will probably need help to the car too right. What?! Real customer service? Refreshing. She was all over the store looking for a cart. Apologized for the wait and I wasnt upset at all, I was happy to know someone wanted to help.. True lowes customer now.

I can’t stress enough how fantastic this Home Depot is the rental team especially, Scott, Bob and bill are absolutely fantastic! I can’t stress this enough I had issues with my machine came back to fix it a few times was supposed to be a one day rental turned into 2 days because the equipment wasn’t working right they cut my cost all the way down to 4 hour rental cost and I still got my job done! THIS IS THE BEST RENTAL TEAM IVE EVER BEEN TO!

Good helpers clean store great plants as well. Only negative is that they never have tile in designated spot or even have it.

So happy with my visit. The paint technician matched a custom paint from what was left in a dry cup. It was a perfect match. Better than I hoped!

I dont know if things are just different for different stores but was very disappointed ☹️ in this particular one. Im use to employees consistantly asking if I need help or at least acknowledging me being there with a quick hello. Not here. The store is stocked well and cashiers very nice. But floor staff need some further education on what to do or just some plain decent manners. I needed help on several occasions. Workers everywhere talking amongst each other. If I even looked like I was going to approach to ask for something, they all but ran away acting like they had things to do all the sudden. Ive been to this store several times now and not once has any floor associate asked if I needed any help. Otherwise a nice store.

I still visit when Lowes doesnt have what I need. When I was in Norwalk there was virtually no difference in visiting one or the other. Now the trip to Lowes is quick (

If you need anything from wood to window and screw dont bother. They never have anything in stick and we have been waiting on a special order for 9 months that has been lost and broken and now we are told it isnt built yet. 4th times a charm?

I bought my very first grill here the other day and after purchase realized it wasn’t going to fit in the back of my mom’s SUV. I know, I can buy it unassembled but I’m not very handy when it comes to these things, but a worker named Sky came to the rescue without hesitation! She grabbed a screwdriver, quickly removed the side table, hopping inside my mom’s car and pulled the grill in without any trouble. It may be her job to help customers but she did it in such a way that alleviated all worry and just got to it! 5 stars for Sky!

Worst Home Depot Ive ever been to! Disorganized, dirty and they never have anything that we need(even before Covid). Rude, unknowledgeable and unhelpful people...if you can find them. Always end up crossing the road to find what we need at Lowes. Quality of products/brands arent as good as other places either. Outdoor garden is good. Dont know why we keep trying it?

Since theres no place on Home Depot (corporate) to leave a review:Tried to order an E gift card for a neighbor. Placed the order, all was fine, then a day later, I get an email that the order cant go through. I tried a second time. Looked good, then a day later, email that it didnt go.Email told me to call a phone number for details, and I did. Service person on the phone looked everything up, and told me she could not tell me why my order did not go through, and that I would have to email customer service to find out. She could not transfer me higher up, I had to email another group, and she couldnt tell me why.I emailed the other group, twice, and after two weeks, never heard back from them. They never responded.Home Depot: if you want to sell things and make money, you might want to look into why the company you hire to manage your E gift card program cant process them, cant answer questions about issues with them, and wont respond to people with money trying to give it to you.After two weeks with nothing from Home Depot, I went online to Tractor Supply, and in two minutes, my neighbor had his E-gift card. Simple, easy.

Well is fast food. The place was clean the place was not that crowded and it took me at least 35 to 45 minutes to get food and you would know that these people will to make $15 an hour for playing with their coworkers instead of waited on customers but its fast food theres not much else I can say

Home Depot had a large selection of wall outlets and switches. I was looking for a double for a switch with a cover. I purchased one single for my switch and a flat cover for the other side that had no electrical switch. I had shopped around for just a single for a switch plate and the housing but could not find one with the cover. The sales person, instructed me to go that aisle and that a sales person will arrive to assist me. He did and I purchased the double with the cover and the two other singles just in case.

Rosemary and Jeff who work in Appliances were great. My Fiancé and I were looking for a refrigerator and we went to lowes and a few other places before going to home depot. When we met Rosemary and Jeff they were very friendly and so knowledgeable and they had the best customer service by far, they helped us pick out exactly what we were looking for. I highly recommend going to this location.

We have been going to HD for over 15 years in this location and those 2 guys can really get the job done and work well together. I can count on them to get my paint right the first time and they always help me load the heavy 5-gal paint buckets into my cart, even the gallons. They both have always helped me answer questions to any problems I have had. They are polite and I hope they treat them very well as people like Eric and Bill’s work ethic and genuine outgoing nature mixed with kindness make shopping there so much nicer! 👍😊

I went in close to closing time for an emergency lawn mower, and just like theyre online site said they had to in stock of the rechargeable Ryobi lawn mowers that I needed. They were located right up front so it was nice and easy for me.

Horrible! I went to pick up a special order of mosaic stone, over 300lbs of product. I called to confirm the order was in and was told yes it is here somewhere. I hooked up my trailer and headed over to the Spring Hill store only to be told it is not here and there were issues with the order and was told to check back tomorrow. I decided NOT to purchase the cart that I filled up with materials needed to complete the project and left the store very aggrivated. I have always been loyal to Lowes and will continue to do my business at Lowes due to an employee not doing their job to confirm my order and wasting a couple of hours of my valuable time!
