I have purchased a queen sized mattress and a LG washer and dryer from this location. I purchased the aforementioned on two separate occasions. Both times I worked with Bill Sahli. Bill knows what he is selling and respected what I wanted by never pressuring me into buying something else. He listed the pros and cons of what I was interested and what he thought were the best machines. But again never dismissing what I wanted. He is easy to talk to and knows how to listen. Go where you please when shopping for appliances and mattresses, but make sure you stop by this location and talk to Bill or anyone else on the staff before making your final decision. Purchased a whirlpool washing machine 9/21. Danny was pleasant to deal with. Famous Tate had a good selection and pricing. Fast shipment/delivery times. I opted to pick up from the Spring Hill store and the gentlemen in the warehouse/dock area were helpful, polite and professional as well. Hopefully I wont have to purchase another appliance anytime soon but if I do I will be back.

Ordered a 27 Cubic In LG Refrigerater. Famous Tate was competitive. Called to confirm online order, offer protection plans, asked if we needed a Refrigerator hauled away or water hook ups. Very thorough. Gave an anticipated Delivery date and then called to deliver on that day. Everything was handled very professionally. Not our first purchase and will definitely go back for future purchases.

Famous Tate has been amazing every time Ive worked with them. From helping my husband and I through a private shopping experience when we were first building our home, to my most recent purchase of a Speed Queen washer and dryer (TC5 & DC5). These appliances have been increasingly difficult to find. But the staff here was extremely patient with me communicating through email. And, even put a hold on a set so I could get them. They even had the best price around! I highly recommend Famous Tate.

I want to give 5 stars to The Spring Hill store and salesman Mike Sullivan. Mike greeted us by the washers and dryers and seemed very knowledgeable. He was fun to talk to and we had a few laughs. Set us up, with what we were looking for with out breaking the bank. We didnt buy the cheapest or the most expensive. Mike explained all the features and set delivery for 3 days out. Delivery was free and those guys were great too. Going in we thought for sure we were going to have to wait at least few weeks and hit the laundromat between now and then. This store has plenty of models in stock. Thank you MIke!

We had to purchase a garage refrigerator and needed it as soon as possible. After a little confusion in the store, we left. I got a call a few minutes later, we want back paid for the fridge that I want. That was on a Thursday afternoon, I have my fridge set up in the garage on Saturday morning! Reasonable price, polite customer service and easy transaction.

Ordered a fridge online. Lynn called the next day to confirm order and let me know that with Covid it would take much longer than usual, likely a couple months. I already knew this because I did shop around. She kept in contact and told me in the beginning or March that they finally had a confirmed date of May to receive order. She then called 3 weeks later to say they had the fridge and it was ready for delivery much earlier than expected. Delivery guys showed up on time and took care of install, removal. They even cleaned the floor under the fridge before installing the new one. Excellent!!! AAA+++

Wanted to browse on my own, Danny wonderfully accommodated my request. I found THE MOST AMAZING bed, amongst a great selection, price was great, and I also found the most comfortable pillow ever, which I was able to purchase with the instant rebate I got. Danny also suggested that since I sleep hot, I should also get the cooling mattress protector (and it is so cool, looking forward to not sweating in bed) which my rebate also covered. All in all, great experience and ecstatic with my purchase!

We just built a house and moved in September 2018.Our appliances all came from Famous Tate. Since then we had a wire nut problem with the dishwater and today we purchased a new microwave. Who ever installed these items didnt do it proper. The vent in microwave was not put in proper. I dont know if this caused it but less than 3 yrs old. It is frigidaire products. Also my door handle is peeling on my fridge. Not happy at all.

They were very nice, l went there to drop off two bags of food,for the food drive l hope it went well.

Well, lets go back as far as 2008, when we first bought our adjustable beds from them. That was in New Port Richey Fl. Now were living in springhill. And time for new beds..... heres the good part.... we received the same if not better service again...... sales person (Hearther O.) Was very helpful and very knowledgeable of the product(s) we were asking about..... so as you see. We returned to the source of our sleep comfort. So if you need really good service and good name brand bedding. We strongly recommend Famous Tate. Doesnt matter which store you go to, youll be getting the best service, they can give you.

I own a rental home in Florida and I live in Michigan. I have had to order both a new washer and a new dishwasher in the past 2 months for my Florida property. Famous Tate made it a SUPER easy process for me considering I am out of state. I ordered and paid online and they contacted the tenant directly to schedule the 2 separate installs. We ordered a 27+cf refrigerator and they were excellent with the delivery!!! Our doors were too small to fit the fridge so the delivery guys came up with the solution to come through the patio door. They were very professional and very great at problem solving to get it fridge through the house with a hall and a small doorway. I will always praise Famous Tate whenever we need bedding or appliances!!! Thank you Famous Tate!!!!!

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. DO NOT EVER purchase an extended warranty from these people. I built a home and in less than 3 years and still under warranty, the dishwasher died on us. The company famous Tate goes through refused to even come out to look at the dishwasher and instead offered me a store credit that won’t even cover the cost of a dishwasher. I contacted the warranty company to request a check instead of store credit (since famous Tate will never earn my business again) and was told it would be up to the store. I contacted the local store and was told I would get a call back, after a week I never heard back so I called again and am now being told it is up to the warranty company. The miscommunication between these two companies has been the most unprofessional and unacceptable experience I’ve ever been through. Buyers beware, DO not purchase anything through famous Tate!

Product was delivered sooner than expected and the two gentlemen that delivered were very good and courteous.

Once I narrowed down my selection of refrigerators to the one I wanted, I virtually shopped for the best deal from the comfort of my couch. I was a little surprised to find that the refrigerator I wanted was exactly the same price at most of the appliance sources. That included the big box stores and the the online-only stores. Most, including Famous Tate had free delivery. Famous Tate was a few a dollars cheaper for their ice maker parts and hook up as well as their haul away fee for my old fridge. Their delivery time was literally 2 weeks quicker than anyone else offered, which was the ultimate tipping point. Their delivery guys were very pleasant an efficient. AND they communicated by cell to let me know they would be earlier than expected. The real surprise though was how Famous Tate honored their 30 Day Best Price Guarantee. Usually ( actually always) I forget about these guarantees the moment I make the purchase. But since I shopped everywhere beforehand, those websites kept sending me information. One of the local Big Boxes notified me of their Memorial Day Sale 2 weeks after I took delivery from Famous Tate. I sent Famous Tate a screen shot of that sale and politely asked about their guarantee. Two days later they called me for my credit card number so they could refund $219 and change to that card. No questions, no hassles and no brain damage. So that took them from a 4+ star review to a rare (for me) 5 star review.

Its hard to find appliances during a pandemic! So happy I didnt have to wait 6-12 weeks for the dishwasher of my choice. I called Famous Daves in Spring Hill and had my dishwasher delivered in 2 days! I will buy from them again.

Just bought a GE over the range microwave from them. This isnt the first time Ive bought appliances there. When we built our house 17 years ago all our appliances came from them. Weve been very happy with them. Competitively priced lower than other big name stores. Will do price match if another store is cheaper than them. They also sell a variety of beds too. Friendly and knowledgeable. Due to COVID-19 they do require the wearing of a mask in the their stores.

Dont waste your time at national big box stores. I found an excellent selection and sales people who know what they are talking about. The sales services was outstanding!! Problem with delivery issue was corrected immediately! Wow. Outstanding.

John and Danny at the Springhill location were both very helpful to me recently. I originally talked to Danny about a washer and dryer when another retailer was letting me down. The other retailer finally came through on that but I still needed a freezer. Danny was on vacation when I called back about that, so John helped me.I found the one I wanted and it said it was in stock online. But I found it on a Saturday about 15 minutes after they closed. Lo and behold by the time I got to call them on Sunday it was now out of stock with no idea on when replacements would be coming. Wonderful.Well I looked around for about a week and kind of gave up hope, but John called me and said theyd just gotten in a little bit bigger model and wanted to see if I still needed one. Of course I did, so I asked him to deliver it and I had it a few days later. I was beyond thrilled!Ive had some rather unpleasant experiences when appliance shopping lately so this was really refreshing. No other place I called even wanted to be bothered to try to get one here or find an alternative, let alone call me back if they got more stock in.I will definitely use Famous Tate for my next appliance purchase. I just wish they had some kind of financing options like some of their competition. (24 months interest free is always preferable over a fairly high interest regular credit card!) That is the only reason I gave 4 stars. John and Danny are 5 🌟!

Too bad for you... bought a 4 piece appliance package, we told the salesman our refrigerator was not working good and that was why we were buying a new package. He set up delivery date and a few days before they called to tell us fridge was back ordered. I’m sure he must of known they did not have even 1 of the fridges available when he sold it to us.They gave us another date. That come and went and still no fridge. Then they said end of month, that came and went no fridge. Called today and they said no idea when it will be available. They have not bothered to call us, can not give us any date when fridge will be in. Our fridge broke today and cost us over $100 dollars to have someone come out and fix it. Going appliance shopping tomorrow to find a place that can at least make a phone call to us when something isn’t available or not sell something they can not get in, and they don’t seem to want to make it right. Going to call them and they can can give me back my $2200 dollars and come get their other appliances . Will never buy from their again.

I needed to replace my dryer and wanted to purchase the appliance from a local business NOT a big box store. I told the salesman what I was needing and asked what he had in stock. The salesman had no idea what was in stock after about 5 min of looking at $1000 dryers I realized I was in the wrong place to do a local purchase.

We were greeted by a no pressure sales lady, Heather OBrien, who was most helpful and directed us to the washer and drier that my wife wanted. It was a very smooth transaction, the delivery was scheduled and that also went perfectly. The whole process was great!

Had an ok experience. Good product knowledge and fair price. Lots of hidden fees for delivery and hoses etc. I purchased a Washer and Dryer set and since my Dryer was gas, Famous Tate wouldn’t hook it up. They suggested I call a gas certified plumber. All of the plumbers I contacted were $300 minimum for install. Had I known they in advance I would not have purchased from Famous Tates—would have gone to a place that does installs for much less or works with local companies for install deals.

Price was good and service was great. I found a unique GE oven that I wanted to purchase. I called many stores both big box and specialty stores. The model I wanted was not on display, anywhere. When I called Famous Tate, the sales person said, Let me call my rep. Ultimately, she was able to find out which other appliances (that were on display) had the same color scheme. No other vendor attempted to find a solution.Had to pick it up, I live outside of their delivery area. They made special arrangements to help me with the pickup also.I had to go out of my way to buy from here. But, this type of service deserves to be rewarded.

We bought the top of the line dishwasher from Bosch. We wanted a quiet dishwasher and to be honest you wouldnt even know this was running if it didnt show the cycle on the floor with lights. Just AWESOME. We were very pleased with not being hounded when we walked in but staff was there to answer any question. No pressure sales is always nice. Very happy with the store and the sales people and the product speaks for itself. We WILL be return customers when we are ready to replace the rest of our kitchen appliances. Thanks famous tate.

We had a refrigerator to stop working on a Sunday evening. The box stores in town had no inventories or surplus that we could pick up ourselves or even have delivered for about 12 days. We walked into Tates and they had inventory we could pick up that day or have delivered the next day. We have always had great personal service in the store and no problems with their installation sercices. They will be our first choice in the future.

Great folks to work with here. Got all 6 appliances delivered and installed on the same day and the old ones hauled away with no issues.

Salesman were great and prices were good. the reason I gave 4 stars is they nickel and dime you on mattress removal and to swap out a box spring if needed. we spent 5800.00 on 2 complete mattress sets and paid a 9 dollar each charge to remove old mattresses .
