The African American women who is working at uhaul at this location this morning today needs a power retrain ruby verythere decorprate office hung up on me told me to go to another uhaul that I already called to see if they had a truck all because I didnt want to give out all my personal information before asking her if they had a truck available.I dont recommend this location they seem suspect..

They have confusing rules. I was presented with borderline acceptable services. I am no longer using these units and Uhaul is still taking my money! Unacceptable!!!

There are people living in the indoor storage units. It is super sketchy going into this building alone, and were getting rid of our unit because of it. Go elsewhere because this is unsafe, straight up.

This location is NOT 24/7. After multiple calls to customer service and finally going to a different physical location was told it’s not 24/7 as advertised. Will not be keeping my unit.

Great staff. Reasonable storage, and easy use.

Best location for your storage needs. The location is remotely run from another location just down the road in Division. Facility is safe and has all the features for a good storing experience.

If you are renting a truck and you have an Android DO NOT use the self checkout app. The app is broken and will not let you take pictures of damage before driving or a picture of the gas gauge and odometer. We called customer support and were on hold for over 20 minutes before giving up and driving to the uhaul further down north division for help. Luckily, the representatives at the north division uhaul were able to help us. Skip the hassle of the app and start at the north division uhaul instead!

Bought a storage unit from them on auction. We called them a day prior to get specifics and had 3 vehicles enroute upon arrival the following day to do the clean out. At 4:50 they told us we could not access after 5 pm. so we would have to have other 2 vehicles and trailers turn around and come another day. No offer of compensation whatsoever. Would not recommend

Good truck, easy rental. They added insurance without asking and then couldnt refund it. Said they would have a mgr call next day, waited 4 days and called them. On hold, then explained problem, transferred, on hold again. Said they would send refund check immediately, 3 days later got a call and they wanted to put it on credit card as refund. I explained that a check was sent out and they said they never mail checks. Doesnt seem like anyone knows anything there. Three stars because truck was clean, easy to rent. Trouble only began when I paid upon return if truck. Paid cash for rental but they said they could only credit the credit card.

I love this staff and I love my storage but I cannot tolerate the drug addicts in their sleeping and they get away with it then now they have broke in two other peoples storage units and nothing gets done about it we need good people up there that are going to take care of that damn storage. People will turn around and Sue U-Haul and Im in that process.

Got locked in for 30 min the gate wouldnt open and was put on hold for 30 min on the phone line then the gate opened out of no where

Well they are a good self-storage company. They have very good prices and very helpful staff. However dont be late on a payment, because they charge you a arm and leg.

Been doing business with them for 9 years before they switched to uhaul.

Very secure place to put your belongings. Clean environment staff on hand at all times climate controlled storage units. The price is a little too high in my opinion.

Terrible customer service I called and got hung up on twice all I want is to have them install a hitch I am purchasing from them and it has taken weeks to get parts and no return calls !!!!

My storage unit is supposed have lights and power it has an outlet and a light bulb but neither work and after I had already rented it I was told O will you know some of these units just dont have electricity
