From my first interaction here with Sarah I was impressed with the facility and the friendliness of the staff. I used a storage unit here, and a one-day pickup truck rental to haul some stuff I couldn’t keep. Cody who works here was AMAZING. He was super informative, helpful, and kind. He even went the extra mile in answering any questions I had and was very pleasant to interact with and deserves a raise! I felt like my stuff was secure when it was stored here and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to store or rent a vehicle.

Worst experience ever. All they do is lie and let out bad equipment. Almost lost my car thanks to them. Missed work because of them. They like to scam you out of your money. They refuse to resolve anything. I highly recommend you not to do business with them. Their manger even hung up on me instead of resolving the issue. Jessica is the worst one of them all. Wish I could give them negative 5 stars they dont deserve anything but negative stars.

Very nice and welcoming service. Our truck was clean. GPS sent us close to the location, but we had to drive around in circles to finally get to the location and this added to our mileage. But other than that, great experience.

I used the call center to get a reservation for a trailer and the location was exactly where I needed it to be.The employees were top notch and very efficient considering 100° temperatures. Everything went better than expected and I got my rental as expected and returned my rental with little fanfare.I believe this location is well suited for a great number of people and suggest you make their jobs easier by making a reservation online or through the call center that way you get what you need and when demand is high you wont make unnecessary trips to locations that have depleted inventory.They have several locations and you can usually get things done in a way that gives you great satisfaction.

I arrived at a busy time and there was only one customer rep to handle it all. I felt so sorry for the poor woman. She did her best to help everyone.Went again to have a different trailer plug installed on my vehicle. Somewhere, somehow, lines were crossed and the proper plug wasnt installed. The installer immediately set about installing what I needed even though it was close to closing. He was patient and understanding, something unseen these days. This U-Haul is awesome!

I had trouble trying to pick up my rental at a previous location but the staff here was incredible! They did everything in their means to resolve the issue. Great place to rent from and even greater employees!

If you have a competent agent behind the counter you can expect a fine experience. If you are unfortunate enough to have an incompetent agent servicing you, well then I suggest you bring a sandwich and settle in.I will use this company again because I do not judge a company based on my experience with just one employee. I will give them another chance for sure. This u-haul company is worth a try!

I highly recommend U-Haul Storage for all of your storage needs. At first, I was a little weary of having a unit not located at ground level. But its awesome how they have this place set up.Well lit, not creepy at all, like some other storage places I know of. They have 2 different types of dollies/carts that are all brand new and almost effortlessly carry your belongings for you.The facility is very clean, employees are very knowledgeable, kind and helpful to your needs and wants.And I cant say enough about the top-notch security!! Knocks the competition out. I highly recommend U-Haul Storage for all of your storage needs.

Rented online and went and picked it up. Works like advertised. Easy peasy.

Not a good experience here... Dropped off a truck and trailer after driving 6 days across the country and happened to be running an hour behind (though still on the drop-off day specified in my contract with plenty of time left before they closed) and they charged me for a full extra 24 hours for both pieces of equipment without saying anything. I only found out about the charges days later when looking at my bank statement. When we arrived the receptionist could not find the contract for one of the trailers and acted very annoyed and exasperated that we wanted to drop off both at this location, even though it was clearly the address specified on the contract I had in my e-mail (which I showed her). She said I would have to take one of the trailers to a different location to drop it off until another employee stepped in and found our contract/reservation in their computer system. Spoiler alert: We had the right location for both pieces of equipment. Not sure what was going on with this place, but I will opt for any other U-Haul location next time.

All around great customer service experience. Helped me secure a trailer in a timely fashion, which at the time was very hard to find. Very easy to locate being right off the highway, and you arrive to a very clean and professional business. Ask for Lisa to get the best help possible.

The lady that works there with the red hair, she knows who she is, (I forgot her name) I choose to go to that location each time I need Uhaul because of her professionalism. That is super hard to find nowadays in stores. I can tell she truly cares for her customers and loves her job. She does a very efficient job with her customers and I’m always so impressed how well she communicates everything that I need to know about my purchases. This place is clean, safe, and affordable! There are elevators, dolly carts, and bathrooms. While I was moving in, I overheard another customer chewing out the manager Lisa and felt really bad for her, but also super impressed at how she handled it!! Professionally, with kindness and patience. Even though this guy was obviously trying to start problems.

Every time Ive been to this location theyve been friendly and inviting. I would definitely recommend them for anyone moving or storing.

Had my hitch installed at U-Haul of West Spokane in less than an hour by Gabe. Great service by Lisa. Had been waiting on parts for a month from another facility, received a call from the manager at West Spokane and was scheduled within 3 days. Install time was quick and efficient, less than the quoted time due to expertise of installer. Will recommend U-Haul of West Spokane for future moving needs.

0 stars really. Theyll tell you theres numbers posted and refuse to answer their phone. They have key pads outside but getting someone to get you a code that works is at least a 3month wait so Goodluck getting your stuff. Theyll put the blame on others for problems they can correct but wont. The red head manager likes to argue, not communicate while she flirts with the staff. Be ready to lose plenty of money 💰 an belongings while handling most of uhual in spokane especially those on sunset blvd.

Lisa and James went above and beyond for us. We had so many issues with our car needing to get onto the tow dolly but they were champs and helped us try to jump the car and then they were gracious enough to resort to helping us push the car onto the dolly. So cool of them and they acted like they couldn’t have been doing anything more important. This duo rocks.

0 stars because Google forces me to leave at least one. I did not receive ANYTHING (even a greeting) from Uhaul rental/storage agent.Thought I would try the new U-haul that opened up on Sunset hill since its a little bit closer to my current house AND had storage on-site.I went online and jumped through every flipn hoop they set up to rent a 10 truck and a 5 x 8 unit. The next day at 9A (my designated check-in time) upon arrival I had to scan my license a 2nd time after locating truck. U-hauls app says to go inside & skip the line to go pick up my key. Going inside I find ONE person working (Lisa) who fails to greet, make contact or even acknowledge me. So, I go back outside and the lot girl told me that she couldnt help me and I had to go back inside and wait in line (which the whole purpose of on-line order/check-in is to avoid PEOPLE & LINES). I try calling 1800GOUHAUL to get help only to be repetitively hung up on by automated system because they are having problems right now, please call back again later. Then as we are throwing in the towel and about to leave Lisa makes her ONLY attempt at saving the sale by bringing out a key only to tell me that I need to prove I paid which by this time the Uhaul check-in app decided to dump my info and wants me to start over and he e-scan my license etc. NO WAY! We passed, Lisa gave us the good riddance gaze.Upon arrival home I called the Uhaul branch to talk to the manager. Their announcement/greeting stated the manager was Ryan Jones. I then get a call back from Lisa (the exact # I am on hold with on the other line still) saying she missed a call from me. I told her that I wanted to make sure that I was not charged for the truck I just TRIED UNSUCCESSFULLY to check-out. She assured me that she had cancelled the order. As soon as she hangs up I get a notification from my Chase credit card saying a charge for $79.16 just went through on my card. So, if its being ignored, wasting your time & fuel all while getting charged for it then this is the place. I went back to Uhaul on 3rd where they have always treated me well.

Very well maintained. Gene is great. Seemed to be the only person working the floor every time we went. If we end up moving again, we will use this location.

Quick easy no hassle

Returning our truck here was quick and easy. Later found a ridiculous charge due to an error with where we returned the truck. After filing a dispute, Manny personally took care of the issue during our one-on-one phone call and not only fixed the error but also waived additional fees we should have paid to make up for the error and inconvenience. Generous gesture, very good impression of the staff and service.

I had to U-Haul locations each claiming that the other was where I should drop off. The new manager here was able to negotiate with the corporate office so that I didnt waste any more time or fuel.

Over charged for mileage. Was originally supposed to pick up the truck 20 miles closer to where we live, but we got a call the day before and were told the truck we reserved 5 days prior was unavailable at the original location, THEN when we dropped the truck off we were charged for additional mileage!

Terrible service! Was given a round trip rental, without ever being given an option of choosing a one way trip. Staff never mention or made sure that we wanted a 2 way trip. The only employee who knows what they are doing is Andrew, he actually tried to help us from being charged $230 on a $55 rental. This store most definitely earned its low rating for actively money gouging its customers for double the price they advertised.

Uhaul agent called the morning after my rental and said he checked the truck in that morning.I told him to check the camera footage because my friend and I did check in the truck the night before. He would not listen to me and he said there was not a manager I could speak with. Uhaul on 3rd had double booked me in the first place so they said I need to make a res at a diff location. So I reserved at the Sunset location. The agent that called asked me, very belligerently, why I had made three reservations. I attempted to explain about the double reservation and that it had been done by the downtown location. He didnt even pretend to listen. I wrote a customer complaint and it was not acknowledged. I am so upset. I cannot tell you how rude this man was.

Nice people running it BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS FOR RETURNS I had 3 uhaul places available with in 3 blocks, but had to battle traffic for an hour to get to a yard they wanted me to go to & was given the WRONG ADDRESS then 90 minutes back in bad traffic. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER

I used to think this place was great but today I received a notice that they were going to be doing some construction and that I would need to move out of my unit. Which would have been fine but they want me to move way out on Sprague and then increase my rent $15 or I could Move to one on Division and increase it by $19. I rent here because of convenience and they would not do anything to make it so that I could stay there in a different unit for a decent price. They did offer a truck to move my stuff but I would eat that convenience up the first couple times having to drive to get something. I will never use this company for anything ever again. In reality they should get no stars but the young people that work there have always been pleasant.
