I rented a unit here for the last year or so and very happy I did. The manager was great. Not much else to say but I was able to find a better rate in post falls with a different place.

I couldnt be happier. I worked exclusively with Kimberly. She was spot on professional and beyond friendly. I requested a good truck and car carrier for a very long trip (2600 miles). I like this spot. It feels clean and safe. A downside is that the driveway doesnt loop, so if you enter one way, you need to do a three-point-turn or otherwise back-out. The upside is that it has plenty of space for you to turn around and exit in that manner :)

If I could give this facility 10 stars I would. Kimberly the property manager is amazing, very organized and extremely helpful. We needed storage for our son for the summer after college at Whitworth - they were fantastic in assisting us with the unit we needed, as well as providing a cargo van for rent to move all of his items. We were scheduled to move Labor Day weekend - and Kimberly called us to make sure all of our needs were taken care of before the weekend. I have rented storage units in many different states over the years - by far North Point Mini Storage is the best there is!
