MICE, MICE, MICE. Dont care about them? Then here is probably ok. Started out feeling good about this place to store daughters belongings while her house closed. Specifically asked about rodent control. Was told they have someone contracted to take care of that. DO NOT believe them! We used the unit for 2 1/2 months. We found mouse droppings and chewing signs in about half of what was stored. Yeah, I get that mice get into EVERYTHING, but when asked specifically and was told they had someone monitoring that, I am a bit dismayed. The move out day was particularly fun with a group of people parked every which way in front of our unit and no way to get to it. The storage unit place was very pointed on which way to park and drive through the units. Again, that didnt happen. When all this was brought to their attention the reply was, Gee, sorry about that. I would say if you are thinking of renting here, there are so many other places that probably do a better job and dont tell you what you want to hear.

Very nice staff, took care of my storage needs.

Called in checking prices around the area. Spoke with Kevin and he knew the competitor and wanted to beat his pricing.Next day Kevin calls back checking up and missed his call, so I call back later and get another employee who has to call Kevin to check the pricing quoted.Called me back and says sorry we cannot help you, that price wasnt quoted and to look else where. Hahaha what a joke being called a liar for one, and two Kevin cant even call me himself. You should start a call back list with notes and prices quoted rather than trying to remember conversations or play the call forwarding game. I will take my business to someone who cares to earn it and encourage you to do the same. Customer service is horrible just like the other reviews mention.

Great communication with the manager J here. We know how the place works, the payment schedule and feel everything is secure at this storage facility.

Secure it stands by their name, my company takes me all over Spokane so I have couple of units at different locations, Each location has a friendly professional manger! their sites are clean, and they have great security! Plus I always get a good laugh or two when I go in to pay. I cant say it enough Thank you secure it for all you do for me and my company!

My husband and I had no issues storing our items here. We moved to Spokane from South Carolina. Spoke with Jose over the phone numerous times before moving here. He was friendly and courteous and willing to work with us from a long distance. He has strict company rules and guidelines he has to follow. The help desk staff is very professional. If we ever need a storage unit again, we would return to Secure It Self Storage on Division street.

It was all good up until the end. I contact them with 5 days left on the lease to close out the storage unit. I was advised that a minimum of 10 days was needed & would have to pay for another full month... Extra $175.00

They really tried to help me when I needed it. Great service the manager stood up to say Hi to us each time we saw him.

José is the best! He set me up with a storage unit and has always been super professional thanks for running clean storage facilities. They beat prices of places that looked way worse. Pleasantly surprised.

I got a unit here when it was too small the office people were really good to me and got me taken care of!

Today I drove an hour to the Secure-It Self Storage facility in Wandermere, and ended up waiting an hour and a half for someone to show up and open shop so I could close my unit. Nobody ever came. I called the manager, and all he could do was laugh and say Well, someone should be there. He didnt empathize with me, apologize, or anything. He took down my name and said hed take care of it tomorrow. I then had to drive the hour back so I could get to work, with my entire morning wasted. This was the most unprofessional experience Ive ever had with a company. If I dont open the store on time with my company, we are heavily fined. And then to be made to feel like its a joke if nobody shows up, with complete disregard for my very limited and valuable time? I am furious. I will tell you to go ANYWHERE but here.

I like this place. I use it for seasonal storage. Summer desk furniture comes here before the snow flies. Nice people, clean facility.

When I wasnt receiving good customer service I asked the guy for the contact info of his supervisor. He refused and told me to leave. When I calmly asked again for the name and phone number of his supervisor, he called the police. I wasnt yelling, threatening, or doing anything that would warrant a call to 911. Another customer even told me the worker was out of line.Very poor customer service. I do not recommend this business.

The manager gave me a good deal and the site looks clean and secure.

HORRIBLE! They dont plow their facility, unfriendly unhelpful, and forced my grandma to move out in a blizzard. Dont waste your money and time here.
