Service Matters! In this new world of social media and 20 news stations and endless advertisement access, it becomes more and more important for things to be done RIGHT to stick in peoples minds. Ive been defaulting to PTAC for decades; being on the road a lot for over a decade had me in new towns all the time and it was great having a go-to that I could count on. But now, I have a baby. And was in a new town after evacuating Hurricane Florence. Knowing I needed the oil change before the long haul back east, I looked for - the logical thing - a deal. Finding a coupon for the Precision Tune, I found this location closest and called. From the START I was impressed with the things that mattered. The rep on the phone made me feel valued and respected, and just for good measure, that I would be best served to come quickly. So I strapped the baby in and off we went, but as a visitor, I got lost and took an extra 30 minutes, putting me at the start of rush hour. I went with open mind and no expectations, and received Top Quality customer service from Tim, and the maintenance team were wonderful as well. No one was off limits, or too busy and the extremely fast yet totally thorough job was BEYOND amazing. I wish they werent 3 hours away.

I went to Precision Tune Auto Care for some maintenance on my car early this morning before work. I personally worked with Thomas and he was very informative about all of the routine maintenance that my car would need and answered all of my questions without a problem . I arrived early and I was in and out of the door in no time. The wait time for my car to be finished was very short and I was given all of the details and information about the maintenance performed on my car without hesitation. The prices were also extremely reasonable compared to other shops that Ive visited in the past for the same exact services. Thomas definitely helped make my experience at Precision Tune Auto Care go as smoothly as possible and made it super convenient for me as I was rushed to get to work. This was definitely the most stress free and time efficient maintenance that I have ever received. I will definitely be coming back here for my next maintenance! :)

I just left the location and experienced great customer service and I was very happy with their prices. I had a drive belt replaced and it was done fairly quickly. This is the worst f***** visit I have ever had at this center in the last 8 years. I walked into this service center with my family around 4:15pm on Saturday. The center closes at 5pm. Had to wait several minutes for anyone to assist me. As soon as a young man approach he did not acknowledge my existence. He did take care of checking out another customer. Didnt even say hello of ask what I needed. After multiple times approaching this man after the other customer left, he finally asked what I wanted. I started just an oil change. Man replied he was to swamp and refuse to take me. Man said I should have made an appointment. I told him do not tell me I have to make an appointment ....... when walk ins are acceptable. He did call the other closes precision tune but they are surprisingly swamp to. They just wanted to leave at 5pm no matter how many customers theyll turn away!! At least they had 1 customer in the waiting room!! Thankfully take 5 oil change was available and accepting vehicles down the street!!! This post has also been sent to Precision Tune Corp.

This place is terrible, the manager has no idea what’s going on . There main mechanic looked like he dabbled in meth a good bit . I came there needing a rear end & they were trying to charge me almost 4000$ altogether for a used one with no warranty. You can buy one almost anywhere brand new for 18-1300$ with a 3 year warranty. I finally found an actual mechanic & had the axel rebuilt for 450$ . Ridiculous

First time customer, greeted right away. Got a oil change, tire rotation and engine flush. In no time they was done. Great customer service and I recommend them.

I will never take my cars anywhere else to have them maintainced! Tony and his crew are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond the norm. They dont try to get you in and out as fast as possible, they take the time to examine your vehicle to make sure everything is the way its supposed to be. Very pleased and will only take my cars to them from now on.

I took my vehicle there because my air conditioning needed a new compressor-as they diagnosed it, and $850 dollars later, I have to take my car there every week because the darn thing will work great for 4-5 days, and then blow out hot air- Ive taken it back there 3 times and its STILL not working. Dont waste your money on this place, I want my money back, so that I can have someone who knows what they are doing fix my car correctly!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK FOR ANY OTHER REPAIRS and suggest you to do the same!!!!!

My experience was wonderful. The customer service was excellent. I was shown exactly what the problem was and given the best options. I was also contacted through the day with updates and checked on during the next week to make sure everything was ok. Tony Smith was great and very knowledgeable.

Ive been a long standing customer here and have always had decent dealings until this week. On Monday the 13th, 2017 I tried to drop my vehicle off at 4:30 for them to take a look at my brakes, they told me they were fairly full and asked if I could schedule it for tomorrow at the same time, I agreed but only after making a call to rearrange someone to pick me up. Today, Tuesday the 14th, 2017, I went to drop my car off and the same guy that had me reschedule my appointment to today and remake plans told me that hes sorry he didnt realize how full they would get but he cant take my car now and not for another two days at least. Peoples lives and schedules obviously mean nothing to this company. I will no longer be recommending this company nor bring in new customers as I have in the past.

I took my car to them for an oil change. Over the phone they said a basic oil change would be about $20-25. It came out to $45 ! The next day my car started leaking oil & its never done that so I took it back to them & they stated the access oil was left in the oil pan so they rinse my car off & the next day it was still leaking oil! Im going to contact CORPORATE !! DONT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM!!

Saturday morning about an hr after they open I go to get an oil change. There was only one person ahead of me getting and oil change and her thermostats changed. I specifically asked the gentlemen behind the counter for high mileage oil, check for and oil leak and check my heat because it wasn’t working. They mentioned that I would need to replace a motor mount. After almost $400 and 5 1/2 of waiting my car was finally announced as ready. Where do I start, they used the wrong oil, didn’t give my car an oil treatment,never changed my air filter which I had sitting in the front seat. They didn’t bother to check or fix my heat( this was a couple of days before the 2nd snow hit sc) said they changed the motor mount but my car was worse than before when you change the gear shift from P(park) to D(drive). And my car was still leaking oil!! I’d never been so disappointed in my life!! I use to have such high standards for this place but after this service I WILL NOT RETURN!!!

This place is full of crooks and their management is awful. My son-in law took his car their for several repairs worth over $700.00. This included a brake job. When he went to pick up the car and pulled out of the parking space the drivers front tired came off. They have pictures that will be sent to the attorney that we are now hiring. They did not offer great customer service when someone there offered to have their uncle paint the car for them and he offered his car for parts! You have got to be kidding. He picked the car up this afternoon and has no breaks, wont have crank, and it sounds worse than when he sent it in. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR to these people.

Horrible customer service and they could not fix my vehicle after multiple times being brought into the shop. They would also return the vehicle back to me with some other broken parts. Already paid over $2000 for repairs that still arent completed and the just hand back the vehicle with the same problems, acting like they fixed it. I bet if you had them complete work and then take it to a real mechanic, they would show you that they didnt do anything. Just flat out horrible mechanics who dont know their profession. Ive already contacted the Better Business Bureau. The management is horrible and the District Manager is useless.DO NOT GO HERE!!! You will lose so much money!

Fantastic customer service and fantastic service on our vehicle. Jeff was very honest and upfront about the work needed on our car, how long it would take, and the cost, Which were all reasonable.

In and out in no time, the staff told me all of my car issues, offered to take care of issues i didnt even know i had, and showed me just what was wrong with my car. Very Easy to work with Very Considerate of the customer!

Took my car for a diagnostic on the a/c. Jesus said my a/c compressor was bad and even gave me an estimate for another one! I went and bought a NEW($339) compressor.... only to find out it’s an electrical issue. So I wasted nearly $500 on UNECESSARY parts. Now I’ve got to spend MORE MONEY to get the issue fixed. Very unreliable and inaccurate service!!!!!!

Took my vehicle in due to what I could only describe as puttering...the staff were wonderfull and helpful. A complete tune up was done along with changing out some belts that were bad ...my truck runs great. This is very important to me since I travel between Greenville an Gaffney for doctor appointments. I dont get my work done anywhere else, the atmosphere in the waiting room is comfortable an professional.

They change the oil in a friend truck, forgot the oil filter and lock the engine up now they refused to fix it, the man said he would do right the next day call her up and said no, this is not good, a man is as good as his word, this make this man not good. You need to do the right thing.

I liked that I didnt have to fill out any forms. Had to wait about 30 minutes or less for a premium oil change on a Friday afternoon. I dont think they topped off my coolant like they should have, which I just got done doing myself this hot Sunday (2 days later). I discovered they didnt seat the dipstick properly. It was sticking out more than a foot. This place was recommended by AAAs website. I expected 5 star service. I declined the tire rotation because I had just had that done, glad I did. They do have wi-fi and a charging station for your electronics & play movies on the TV. Next time I need an oil change I will go elsewhere.

Left Bluetooth speaker in center console, went to get a oil change. speaker was not there when i got the keys back. the manger refunded my oil change as compensation. would not recommend unless you like getting stuff stolen out of your car.

I took my elderly mothers new car in primarily due to the TPMS sensor being on for 2 weeks. I felt like she had run over something and there was a slow leak in one of the tires. I also asked for her tires to be rotated. The technician who checked us in dismissed the TPMS sensor by saying it was due to the temperature change. I explained it had been on for 2 weeks. In less than 30 minutes the car was ready. A different person checked us out. When I asked whether or not they had found anything in her tire he looked like he had no idea what I was talking about but stated theres nothing on the ticket stating they did. When she got in her car the TPMS sensor was still on in her dash. So now I still have to take her car somewhere else to fix the tire or the TPMS which is the primary reason I took the car in in the first place, but they did a great job rotating the tires.

Honest and stand by their work. Id drive an hour to get service here before anywhere else.
