So I am taking my review down from 5 to 3. Not because the product was bad, Or anything for that matter but I paid 3 day shipping for a catch can. The product came when it was supposed to but unfortunately it wasn’t what I ordered. So now I got to wait another 3 or more days because of the weekend coming. I bought three day shipping for a reason. But now I feel like I spent that extra money for no reason over something I had no control over. Not mad just very disappointed especially being a first time experience from SXTH

I ordered the FMIC kit for my 2014 hyundai veloster turbo and was amazed at the quality of all the parts. Install was straight forward, took my time and adjusted it just right and it fit perfectly. SXTH deserves a look from the VW GTI/GLI community. After hours of paralysis by analysis looking over the insane choices for intakes and sway bars, I went with SXTH for my 2019 GLI 35th Anniversary. Top quality materials and excellent design.The sway bar and intake were packaged amazingly well -- somebody there absolutely wanted this stuff to arrive in as good as shape possible. Parts arrived quickly and communication on shipping was prompt.Installation was a breeze, the intake installation video was especially helpful.

SXTH Element Engineering has far exceeded my expectations! I ordered a intercooler resonator delete pipe and the massive difference in throttle response was great! I had a great experience with this company. I had emailed them when I was starting to wonder when my order would be shipping and they emailed right away letting me know what was going on. Very disappointed. Called to see about a tune on my 2013 Velocitor and was talked out of a sale. Was told they didnt wish to load it on and off the dyno, the motor was a weak motor (i am aware), they dont delete o2 codes anymore and that it would NOT be worth my time. I emailed a few months ago with some questions about tuning my car and got good feed back. Not sure what changed from then to now but will look other places to spend my money on anything i need for my car. Not sure why an answer changed from one moment to another. You lost a potential customer. Thanks.

I highly recommend SXTH Element, they have great customer service and parts. Great quality and craftsmanship, I have several parts through them and installation was easy, there website has instructions to help with install as well. Some parts are pricey but well worth it.

Got my 15 Kia Forte Koup tuned by SXTH back in April 2017. The whole process was incredibly easy, and was definitely worth the 12 hour drive from Toronto, Canada down to NC!Would definitely recommend these guys, even when there was an issue they are quick and resilient to to solve it without you needing to say anything.

The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars is the test of time, as I’ve only been using catch can for 6 months. I got the one “pre fitted” for the Kia Forte5. It fits like a glove. I’ve dumped out the contents twice so far. I like the dip stick feature that is easy to check. I also like that the can be removed without requiring any tools. I also like that someone was responsive to my questions after the initial purchase. Hopefully this will extend the life of my engine....time will tell....

*UPDATE*After posting this review, one of the sales people contacted me about my problem. After telling him what happened, we settled on sending a replacement downpipe with the new welds. It came, but I ran into the same problem. What I ended up doing, was I took a flathead screwdriver and a hammer to the bottom part of the bung and opened it up more so that the sensor could fit and it worked!The change in review is for their customer service. Tanner was really great, and fun to chat with, and he wanted to fix this problem.OriginalHigh prices, low quality.Let me explain.I bought a catless downpipe from these guys just before Christmas. The product looked phenomenal!I finally had time to install, and the shop that helped out was amazing.Now let me get to the not so good stuff.1) the hangar hits the chassis2 & 3) the primary O2 sensor hole does not properly house the sensor. Had to use a spacer now throwing a cel.4) we had to heat and bend the pipe in order to properly connect to the turbo. Not only that, but the holes didnt even line up right.They advised me that it was a true bolt on, they were wrong.I personally wont be buying anymore products through SXTH due to the lack of quality with this product.

All the parts ive ordered came in on time, and most importantly the build quality is the best i have seen compared to anybody else would definitely recommend to anybody that has the right car for their parts.

Ordered Ana intercooler resonator replacement from SXTH. It came on time and was relatively simple to install.

As of today (09-FEB-2018) I have placed two orders with 6th. One for some parts, the other for a tune.The parts order arrived in timely manner and all was OK. 6th performed just like all other stores do. As expected.Tune - that is the game changer.I contacted all locations (West coast, East coast...) that to my knowledge would tune KIA 1.6T engine. 6th was the most detailed response and the fastest. From all 4 places I contacted one did not respond at all (I tried twice), the other two were quite slow and very limited information.Hence, if you care about good customer service and pleasant experience - try 6th.Post tune - unfortunately for them I had many questions... with more to come. Every time I would email 6th, I get very detailed response. And what is most important - on average within 24 business hours. I would be OK not to hear from them over the weekend, but they still do reply.In short - for tune related questions and custom tune (based on your built and needs) go to 6th. You will be satisfied.And believe me - I am quite demanding, so it takes a lot to make me give 5 stars.
