My husband and I and grandson came in on Sunday. I had been looking for a small SUV for a while. I test drove the 20/20 Chevrolet equinox which I loved it I loved it and still do but as far as service goes, the salesman Jonathan was great but as far as financing they treated my husband really bad, questioned his credit card told him that half of the things that we were told by the salesman was not true so needless to say we will not be going back. Im very pleased with my car but would not refer anyone I know to buy from Greenway Chevrolet in Spartanburg.

Went to see the vehicle, they didnt even bother to clean it. Super dirty and gave an awful impression. Was excited to see the vehicle based on the internet pictures, total deception when I saw it in person.

No communication, service does not answer phones. This was my second time for service. First time was bad, but I gave them a second chance since I have a Chevy. But unfortunately a Extremely poor experience. I will not give them a third chance. The owner needs to pay attention to their business or sell it to someone who cares about the customer.

I was in desperate need of a car! I keep putting it off thinking that I’m almost finished paying off my current car I don’t want to have to jump into a new payment. Well my car gave me no other option but to find a new car... I didn’t just hop in the first car I seen I took my time and searched different dealerships and deals until I landed at Chevy Spartanburg. Thomas and Angela took their time explaining the process, exploring the options (not the option best for the dealer but best for me “the customer “). I never experienced customer service in this manner. They were patient, kind and made sure when I left the dealership I had all my questions answered.

Were nice people and ok to deal with. Purchased 2014 equinox from them and there was no warranty on the car unless i paid an extra $59 a month. I should have never purchased a car from a dealer that offers no warranty. Even the budget lots offer a15 day waranty and it was my mistake but would never buy a used car from them again. I assumed they had checked the car and it would be fine but check engine light came on and noise in rear end before i got home. This is the only car i have ever purchased that i did not get a follow up call and i am 71 and have bought a lot. Have had it one week and on my way to trade it.

Excellent experience in parts department, getting a second key for my car and whatever I needed for a fluid change for the transmission in my truck. They were able to give me quick answers and had filter in stock. They double checked to make sure I didnt need a separate gasket. CALL AHEAD to know requirements for getting a new key. It is very strict, which protects me and my car from theft. Also expensive, like all fancy keys. Dont blame them for these things.

The service writers are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The waiting room is large and air conditioned. This was my second time here.

They do not have an opinion to view their used cars on the lot. They have to go to the back, drive them up to you. And they really do not tell/show you their inventory.. altho friendly staff, they just want to sell you what they think you will like! Amd the only car they did show me was run down! But other places will try to sell you this car for about 3 thousand more! ???

Have use their service department for years and have nothing but good things to say about them. The team is very professional and go out of their way to help.
