Came over on Monday, with rear axle leaking oil. He said come back on Wednesday. I did came back on Wednesday morning. He said leave it, Ill take a look. Started he wrote my name and number down, and asked about whats wrong with my truck. I told him ell the symptoms again. He turns around and said Im not gonna do it, Im too busy.I wasted 2 days, thats my work truck.Never recommend. All his shop looks like thats too.

Went to his shop on Friday. I told him I had a oil leak and asked if he would look at it. He walked outside to my truck opened the hood and said that I would need to bring it back on Monday and leave it, ok. Brought it back on Monday and told him that I wanted to know where the oil was coming from and how much would it cost to fix it. He said he would call me back that afternoon. Afternoon came and went with no call! Waited till 11am next day and still no call! So I go to the shop and my truck is sitting in his fenced yard. Go in and he is sitting at his desk. I asked if he looked at the truck and he said no and looked away not saying anything else. I asked if he was going to be able to tell what was wrong today and he said no. Then he got up went and got keys, gave them to me? I asked him if was going to work on the truck and he said no! What a waste of time with a guy that has no customer service skills. I will sure everyone I and meet will hear this story. Been living here over sixty years and the family has been here over 200 years. I do know a lot of people.

Ben Christopher is Hands down one of the best Mechanics in this area! If not the best. I am appalled reading some negative reviews about him. Take it from me it has to be more to it then what these certain customers are writing. If you want quality work then this is your stop. 100%

My headlights were working before I took my car to Ben Christopher and not afterwards. I didnt even get to address this issue before he called me stupid for asking for 60 extra seconds of his time to help me, a paying customer. I am a 21-year-old college student working 3 jobs. No semi-respectable middle-aged man is out there verbally assaulting people like me for no good reason. I had never been so disrespected by someone in customer service in my life. What I gather is that once hes got your money, hes just a pissy old man.

I brought my truck to Christopher Automotive to fix a fuel leak. I was told it was fixed a couple of days later. After picking it up I noticed it was still leaking. I finally had time to look at it myself and found 2 lines to fuel pump and sending unit were cracked and bloated. These lines were right where the technician was working and should have been seen. I feel that this is second rate work. I contacted Christopher about possible recourse and he was not willing to work with me even though the problem was not fixed. Beware if you use this repair shop. I would not recommend them.

I was leaking oil from my car. Took it in. They said my sway bar had rubbed through a quarter inch of aluminum and made a hole in my oil pan.Psych. It was my rear main, and the oil pan had nothing to do with it.

Was only going in to replace radiator in a few belts and he did a lot of extra work that was not asked and the bill was three times more than what it was supposed to be. will not ever go back again.

This place will take advantage of you if youre not aware.Tried to charge me one thousand more than a local transmission company to replace it.Please dont throw your hard-earned money away at this place.Get a second opinion on any work.

We had a new heater coil installed which cost us over 800.00 dollars and eight months later its not working ... we called and talked with the owner and he told us the work was only guaranteed to 90 days...and the heater coil was new .. We will not be using this business again.
