Came in there looking for a dress for an event my parents are hosting this weekend. Rude employees. They think it’s cute to be rude but beauty is from inside out and the reality is they work at a clothing store. I might look 19 because I’m vietnamese but I’m actually 24 and a nurse.

The clothes and cute and I personally have never had a problem with the quality of the clothes. The staff does seem to be a bit unfriendly and privileged. I think that would reflect the southlake area though and not American Threads as a whole.

Would love to like this place but every single piece of clothing I buy is stained. Of course I don’t realize it until after it’s been purchased. Just bought a super cute bustier top and I just noticed brown stains on the bottom. Obviously that’s disgusting. I also see so many tops on the racks that are stained. Ew.

This my second time shopping here. the first was wonderful with incredibly helpful staff. this time I was met with cold flares from the employees. no one welcomed me into the store. I was even refused a fitting room at first. the fitting room was given to a girl who came in 15 min after me. I have lived in the Southlake area my whole life and have noticed how money talks. My money is just as green as anyone else’s. I am appalled at the judgmental staff who will only help girls who fit a certain stereotype.

Lots of good clothes I just want to warn y’all not to get the necklaces. I got 6 for me and my mom for Christmas and they all changed color and two snapped

Their no return policy is greedy as well as the prices when compared to the quality of clothes

Cute stuff and great customer service. They let you shop in peace but are helpful if you need anything.

The workers were extremely rude and unfriendly. Not only is it because of them that I will not return but also the cheaply made clothing. I was excited to shop there today but my experience was quickly ruined.

Loved there service, as soon as me and my friends walked in they said hello and asked us if we needed any help. Stunning Clothes would buy aging slightly pricey. But most good clothes aren’t cheap.

They had so many cute clothes but they had no customer service. My mom and I saw a couple pieces we wanted to purchase but the workers just stared at us with no greeting - absolutely unprofessional and it makes potential customers NOT want to buy anything.

Great unless you would like to return the merchandise. This physician will not shop there again.
