Went in to return some lenses I ordered for wrong frame. Picked out a new pair and also was directed to two other glasses for fishing that I had no prior knowledge of. Staff was exceptional in their knowledge, recommendations and execution.

Visited store 09/11 ~ 12:00 pm to show my broken Oakley Golf sunglasses . Coating of the lenses has come out but young Lady in Store didnt really care and more like to ask me to buy new glasses. Never go this store again

A little heavy customer service, in the first instance they gave the feeling that they didn’t know what they were doing, then it turned out that they were. I came to the store to make a exchange and then they gave me excuses even knowing that I would pay the difference which was a bit more expensive, would they just not want to help me? 12/14/2019

I’ve tried to get the same pair of shades twice 2 months apart and both times they weren’t in stock. Kinda wack, like what’s the point of store 🙄🙃

Felt let down by the quality of service and found staff to be indifferent.

From the moment we walked in they just kept watching us like a hawk as if we were going to steal something, made it uncomfortable to be there and if we would touch something they would come really fast asking if we needed help or if they could look for something for us, I mean come on we would just looking at the graphics, ended up going to the location at the mall over at hullen a lot friendlier.

Went to look and buy Oakley prescription glassesManagement and staff had no product knowledge and made me feel I was bothering them when there were no customers in the store.I will never go back, it was a complete waste of time.
