I went in to the Fabletics in Southlake with my mom to shop for her birthday, and one of the workers Anne Marie was very rude and short with her every time she would ask her a simple question, while all the other employees were nothing but nice. She also wasn’t very enthusiastic about her job, many times my mom asked her to look in the back for a specific size and she would roll her eyes and complain. Not a good experience.
Amy has the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. She helped my daughter with an exchange and was very knowledgeable and also made sure we got the best price possible. I wish there were more people in the retail industry that had her enthusiasm and passion for helping people. Thank you, Amy!!!
My mother and I had our first visit and we were helped by Lauren I believe was her name. She was attentive and let us know about all the ways to get the best out of Fabletics such as deals & promotional offers that truly did come out to be well worth updating our workout gear here!
I had a big order to exchange and had a great experience. I was nervous because it was so much stuff but everyone was super nice and helped me in whatever way they could. I wish I got the woman’s name that helped me because she did an amazing job. Thank you so much!
I was asked 3 times if I wanted a waiting room & I said no thank you..they acted annoyed when I said no. I had some leggings I knew would fit because I’ve purchased from fabletics a lot already. My sister wanted to try on her stuff, so as I was waiting I was asked if they could hold my stuff up front, which I said sure. As soon as I turned my back the girl said to another employee “she could have at least said thank you!” and they both started laughing. I felt super awkward because I wasn’t even being rude I grabbed my sister out of the fitting room and we left and won’t be coming back.
I took my Girlfriend here to return some items I had ordered online in the wrong size. One of the best customer service experiences I have had in Southlake and in general. The manager Amy was top notch in every respect. She made sure I understood exactly how she was doing the return so I could get the exact same items with the same discounts I had used a month ago. Thoroughly explained different promotions and knew the items and recommendations in an extremely friendly way, especially considering it was almost closing time.If every brick and mortar store had Amy as a manager Online shopping would lose a lot of customers. Looking forward to doing business there again.
6 weeks postpartum with 30 extra pounds I walked in (not planned) but looking for leggings to love this postpartum body. Me, my daughters and mom were greeted warmly and welcomed in. Amy helped me exclusively while my toddler ran around the store. The other girls played with my toddler and gazed at my baby (it was a slow day). Amy was extremely kind and knowledgeable and gave me multiple options while listening to exactly what I wanted. I loved my experience and walked out with two great pairs of leggings to love my current body while I work through physical therapy and getting back in exercise. Thank you ladies so much, especially Amy! All of you were very kind and really helped this mama out!
All the ladies that were there when I went in were literally the best so friendly and extremely helpful! I love that this store is here so I can try before buying.
The help you but act like they’re annoyed they have to do so. Fitting rooms are open.
