Perfect customer service! The wonderful and polite ladies helped me locate the perfect comforter, even going to the back to locate it. Matched the online price and perfectly wrapped it for me. Wrapped my selection of bowls and plates for easy and safe travel. Offered design services and reminded me of my Key Rewards. The friendliest service I have received in a very long time. Clean restrooms and an incredible selection of home goods.
Gorgeous furniture and accessories. We were there for a pet fair to showcase some dogs from DFW Boxer Rescue and it was great!
Received lots of help on a registry for my daughter. Staff was so kind.
I have been to this location a few times because it is close to my home. Due to the rude and unfriendly staff I have recently started ordering online. I had a couple items I ordered that could be picked up in store. In store pick up was just as awful. Greeting service was very unprofessional. Unless you are the cliched trophy wife that runs rampant in my area, consider your opinion silenced and pushed to the back of the line.
Pottery Barn just doesn’t care. It’s a shame, one of my favorite stores just doesn’t care. They don’t care that we’re in the midst of global pandemic. They don’t care that their stores are closed. They still expect you to spend your Rewards or lose them. We purchased a great couch late last year, signed up for the Pottery Barn credit card so we could get the reward certificate. We were super happy that we got a $425 reward. Really awesome. Our reward was set to expire on 4/24, but given the current global situation I called Pottery Barn in early April to ask if they would be extending the expiration date due to the pandemic. I spoke to someone in their rewards department and after a brief hold they confirmed that the expiration dates would be extended. Excellent!Fast forward to 5/10… My wife and I are buying a patio dining table from Pottery Barn’s website. I entered the reward certificate at check-out and discovered it showed as expired. Confused I called the same rewards department to confirm the expiration extension. This time I got a very different tone and message. I was now told they were credit card company, not Pottery Barn, and that they’ve been directed by Pottery Barn all rewards have to be used by their expiration date or they’ll expire. No extension are being offered given their website has been able to accept orders throughout the pandemic.Surprised and frustrated I asked to speak to a manager. The manager actually cared less than the first person I spoke to, and was totally fine with me losing $425 in rewards and that one of her employees essentially lied to me about the extension. She made it clear it wasn’t her fault or concern, it was Pottery Barn’s, and if I wanted to call them I could. She told me that they only issue the rewards, it’s Pottery Barn’s decision as to offer any type of extension, credit, etc… So I called Pottery Barn. Although the Pottery Barn associates were a bit friendlier and appeared to be a little more sympathetic to the situation they just pointed me back to the rewards department (the credit card company “Comenity”), who of course keeps telling me it’s Pottery Barn’s decision, who keeps telling me it’s the credit card company’s decision, who then… well you get it, an endless loop.I would have absolutely used the rewards before expiration had I not been told they would be extended. That’s why I called in early April, we were looking at other items to buy. It’s not like I tried to use it months later, it was 2 weeks after the original expiration!Ultimately this falls on Pottery Barn. I would have expected them to be better than this. So the message they want you to know is that you need to use your rewards or you’ll lose them, regardless the situation, including one of the largest scaled global pandemics in history, Pottery Barn doesn’t care.
Didn’t like the store personally. I went there for the beds but choices are very few.
Very beautiful furniture and home decor, I went to the shop for the Friends collection but sadly it is only online 😭 and what you want has to be put on back order but I would still do it that way as well. I am a type of person who loves to shop at the stores but I am with the times to and dont know mind shopping online. I was just so excited when I saw on Facebook that Pottery Barn was going to have the Friends collection.
We came hoping to be able to look at furniture but the store is so small and did not carry many selections. Be sure to call if you are hoping to look at something specific, because chances are that they do not carry it in store. We were also in there a while and there were not many sales reps to help. Looks like we will have to rely on online reviews if we want to buy something from pottery barn.
Great furniture items!
Nice staff friendly lady in back of store for pick up
Sandra did a great job for us on a large order in a short amount of time. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. Thank you Sandra!
Extremely rude employees. Refused me service due to a medical condition, which is against ADA law.
The store is on the small side, but they have a great selection. The employees are wonderful. Some of the friendliest of any store I shop. Pottery Barn merchandise is great quality. I highly recommend.
Its aight if you want over priced furniture that you can get half price on wayfair. The staff is really nice though
Staff is super nice and helpful! I wish they had more in stock.
I spent $3000 on a sofa at this location. A month after the supposed delivery date, I still have no sofa, no update on whether or not I will ever receive the sofa, no call back despite repeated attempts to customer care, and they still have my $3000. I really want my money back but nobody is answering me. Ive tried their customer service line, email, and instagram. They just say theyll look into it then call me, but it doesnt happen. Go to the consumer affairs website, instagram, and facebook and read peoples experiences before buying furniture from Pottery Barn. Its horrible. Theyre taking peoples money then not responding to them. I think there is some kind of major problem going on behind the scenes, but I really feel like people need to be aware that this is not a safe place to order furniture from right now. I finally had to file a dispute with my credit card after a month of no call back and no refund. :-(Edit 2 weeks later: PB said they were refunding me but didnt. Now they updated my order status to a delivery in February 2022. Yes, more than 3 years from now. Still havent gotten a call back.Edit 2 months later: Got my money back from my credit card company after I filed a dispute. Still no response to calls or emails from Pottery Barn. This is the shadiest company Ive ever dealt with in my life.
I went in looking for picture frames as a wedding present and they paid as much of attention as if I was buying an entire livingroom suite...Very attentive, very professional, friendly and personable.
James was amazing with all his help and guidance. I went in wanting to purchase a new sectional and he helped put the room together just from a picture. Will be back!
I love this store but they probably need more employees because its a little hard to get help because they are just so busy
Unfortunately, I have now had two really bad experiences with Pottery Barn. I ordered one of their plush nursery chairs and was told when it was delivered that they would set it up completely for me - slip covers and all. When they got here, I asked them and they said Nope, we dont do that. Then the guy asked me Do you not think you could figure it out? Seriously! Of course, I can figure it out, but why should I have to. I called Pottery Barn and they just told me they dont set it up. They should really train their sales people.
James was a great help! He took his time helping pick out some bedding in my budget. Probably go back just to chat with him again:)
Kind of a small pottery barn. So options are limited. But staff is always busy so they must do well. Great for gifts.
Tasteful products, usually have some online discount available which makes prices a bit better.
Staff were very rude.
Cute little place
Only thing worse than the selection was the managers attitude. Apparently he wasn’t interested in selling me a couch and loveseat.
Great quality furniture and decoration items.
Fun place to sit on couches
Love love Pottery Barn!
Wife loves it
Great furniture
Good
