I do not think I have ever had as wonderful an experience getting help deciding on and purchasing a mattress as I did working with Billy! He truly listened to my needs, directed me to models that would meet my needs, and allowed me all the time I needed to try out mattresses and answer questions! I did not feel pressured to buy as I walked out the door (the first time) to think about the options. Needless to say, I was back in less than an hour as I knew the other brands out there (I had already tried a few) just werent going to measure up! Kristin was very knowledgeable and made ordering our mattresses quick and easy. We did have issues with shipping and delivery which delayed our order. The store manager, Eric, was up front and apologetic about the issues that we had. Overall, I am satisfied with how the store handled the situation and would use them again for future orders.

We worked with Erick, and it was a great experience! He took the time to explain details to us, he showed us many different mattresses, and he gave us time to think and talk amongst ourselves. The store had safety/cleanliness protocols in place (wore masks, had disposable sheet/pillow sheet for you to use when trying beds, they sanitize each bed after someone tries it, we were the only people in the store most of the time); this made us feel comfortable during the experience. What a delightful shopping experience! I usually hate shopping for a mattress. It’s very difficult to determine what is really going to be comfortable for the long term. Billy provided a great deal of information and ample time to test out our options. Safety protocols were in place and we felt comfortable spending time in the shop to determine what would work best for us. Delivery was quick and when we had difficulty installing our headboard, Billy and Erik came to the rescue, easily solving our problem. We are very pleased with the product and the service atthis location.

He wanted to ensure that we were fully informed on everything before we made such a large purchase and had us try different beds and pillows; all of which had special disposable coverings to reduce any possible COVID spread! My wife and I thought that was a truly nice touch by Tempur-pedic. We will definitely be in contact with Erick when it comes time to purchase the mattresses and frames. This store was extremely clean and the store associate was completely knowledgeable about all of the products offered in the store. There were no other customers in the store when I was there, and so I got to spend good quality time, 1 on 1, with the store associate who helped me understand all of the benefits of tempurpedic.. I highly recommend this location if you have any interest at all in tempurpedic.

After doing some internet research and talking with Erick on the phone, I thought I knew which mattress I wanted. Erick offered to conclude the purchase on the phone (if I didnt feel comfortable coming to the store), but I wanted to test the mattress personally just to be sure. I am so glad I did as the one that felt best was less expensive than the one I thought I wanted. At no time did I feel any pressure to purchase the pricier mattress. Erick always focused on my needs and comfort. I also ended up with an adjustable frame (which I would not have considered without experiencing it in person) and still spent over a thousand dollars less than I initially thought I would have to spend. Delivery and warranty (which is excellent) were explained in detail. Every precaution was taken in the store for safety - masks (of course) but also gloves and disposable cloths to cover the mattresses and pillows I tested. Disinfecting spray was applied to surfaces after I was finished. Erick and the other store sales staff were very personable and helpful. (This will be our third Temur-Pedic mattress. Our current one has lasted about ten years.)
