Great experience! They took the tv out of the box and let me put it through some tests. TV looked brand new and had no problems whatsoever. They even loaded it into my car.

Ill keep it real. I really wanted one of LGs OLED TVs but like most people I was turned off by the high price tag. I got on Facebook marketplace and saw A&R Electronics had the exact TV I wanted for $278 less than BestBuy. The model I wanted was last years model and so I was open to buying a used or open boxed item. Sure enough, the tv they had for sell was classified as an Open Box. To be fair, BestBuys open box on the same tv was $278 more. When I saw the price, I said it was too good to be true. Either the tv had scratches all over the screen or this was somehow a scam. Plus, the location of the store did nothing to help me think it was legit. But I could not ignore the reviews on google and the wonderful price. So I decided to take a shot and see what happened.They allowed me to take a look at the tv and take it out of the box. I was able to confirm it turned on and that there were no visible scratches on the screen. They made me sign the receipt confirming the screen and tv were in good working condition with no cracks or scratches. They gave me 24 hours to return it in case I changed my mind. After that, I have a 90 day warranty that is free and covered for by the store. The warranty covers the tv if the tv decides to stop working on its own. But if I crack the screen or something, then that is not covered.Ive had the tv now for about 3-4 weeks and honestly I love it. The only scare I had was the label on the back of the tv has been taken off and replaced. Whoever replaced it did a poor job and its crooked. This was a red flag. I immediately thought they sold me the wrong model. I was about to cause a scene. But I found out that you can verify the model of the tv inside the TVs settings. I was pleased to see they were honest and sold me the correct tv. The 48 inch LG OLED CX has been an amazing tv and I highly recommend it. Ive had no issues with it so far. I plan to do a full review on it on my YouTube channel(@ErockOnDeck) in 2 weeks from now. I use the tv daily. I can verify A&R Electronics is a legit business and you can trust buying from them.

Discovered this place from FB maket place, initially had hesitations but found out that they have a wide variety of electronics and appliances. They even have electrical conversions from 110v to 220v. The owner was knowledgeable and very professional in handling my need, got my laptop from them and soon to return for other things. The outside doesnt look fancy but worth the trip.

First time in will definitely return, much larger selection than expected, very courteous, both knowledgeable and helpful. I went in for 1 bargain and found a better one. I highly recommend you give them a try for your electronic needs

Stopped by this week for a small 3.5mm-to-RCA adapter cable. Service consisted primarily of indecipherable grunts and pointing. Found my cable and, although it was in a used pile of junk, I was charged $5. For convenience, I paid and left... but this is something I could have ordered at Amazon Prime for $1 and had in a couple of days if I had been willing to wait. Its a shame, because its a small, local shop, but Im not likely to be back.

Great deals got a nice Samsung curved 55 tv for $375 but I suggest using cash only because if you use debit the tax will increase about $20-$25. Other than that great products

This company sells defected TVs and after speaking with them expressing your discomfort athey will get irate, belligerent, and down right direspectful. I called to find out a way to appropriately retictify the situation however the owner as well as an employee proceeded to raise their voices, speak over me, tell me there was nothing they could do followed by hanging up the phone on me.This particular company seriously needs a teaching moment in regards to coustomer service and customer complaints. Even if I as the customer were incorrect in my discomfort there is never a reason as to why any representing of the company should hang up the phone or get irritate . I merely wanted the second defected tv to be exchanged for another and not a refurbished one as the one I received.

This placed installed a DVD player in my Jeep. Although I showed their technician that the player is not working properly, and will not play DVDs, they claim they had to offer one cause that model was not in stock. This went on until the warranty ran out, and now they wont replace it. Buyer beware. They DO NOT honor warranties, and they sell bad equipment.

Do not shop here! I purchased one of the most expensive TVs they had. The Sony Master Series 77” OLED — paid $2300.00.9 months later a black line appeared across my TV which is still there today. I emailed the owner of the shop and he is trying to pretend like I broke the TV. Straight up lying!! I consulted a TV repair shop and they said the panel is bad. It’s defective. He even commented below that he thinks it’s broken. The TV is defective. He does not care about his customers! I cannot believe he’s lying.AND Sony cannot help me because of where I bought it. They said they only support TVs that are purchased from their partners: Best Buy, Amazon, Walmart, etcSo I basically just waited $2300 dollars on a defective TV. This place is terrible!!!!
