VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! not helpful at all. They will give no direct answer. They will give you a run around. I recommend to take your happy self anywhere else to receive any type of help.

Karen was very helpful with my new install. She helped me add service I can afford and she transferred my data! The service was friendly and seamless.
Terrible customer service, especially if you are still on the Sprint network. They have not been trained or equipped to handle Sprint customers AT ALL. Tomorrow will be our fourth trip into the store in a week just trying to complete a very simple transaction.
Excellent customer service, Ive was in Atlanta For Memorial weekend, and decided to get upgraded and happen to stop at this location, and I made a great decision. The staff was excellent. Everyone was excellent. Keep up the superb work.
Waited 2 hours before I left with nothing to show for it. comically bad service. all I wanted to do was buy a phone.
If I could leave zero stars I would. I have NEVER seen a T-Mobile location with this horrible service. I arrived while a customer was upset with an associate. The associate was giving the COMPLETE wrong information to the customer and giving him a hard time. I let it go and waited in line. Next customer trying to return something and the associate said Tmobile doesn’t take returns on accessories again A LIE. I work for a corporate location and it is just sad to see how these customers were treated. I’m here on vacation and went with my friend to upgrade. I explained everything we needed in detail as I know the business. I asked two times if we don’t have insurance and the associate said don’t worry I didn’t add it. Sure enough we’re home and the associate added it without my consent. Not only is my review lengthy but I will be reporting this location. I am deeply saddened that one location can tarnish the brand of T-Mobile. It is a great company that should never give this type of experience.
Awful customer service. Went in to pick up a replacement phone through my warranty. That replacement phone was defective (wouldnt activate). Instead of just ordering another phone and setting up another time for me to come in, they kept my cellphone and left me without a working phone. Told me it was in the system and that he couldnt reverse the transaction. He then told me he credited to me the amount that I paid for the replacement phone. Well, that was reversing the transaction! I have no phone (and am not certain when the new one arrives). Im looking into options.
Horrible service slowest place ever. Most of them dont know what theyre supposed to be doing. Would give 0 stars if possible. Really considering switching my service because this is the closest tmobile to me

I never liked T-Mobile but was convinced to switch my service and i am not upset. i am very pleased with this location close to home and everyone there is knowledgeable. Good choice of management and staff.

Edgar spent 45 minutes trouble-shooting the issue on my phone and, as a result, I was able to identify the issue and solve it. I highly recommend visiting this store.
They have a new staff since when I first signed up. The staff as of January is rude and also not informed of the services that T-Mobile offer. A simple hello welcome to T-Mobile would have been acceptable when you walk in. They are there to sell products and not inform you of what is best, for you the customer. They were more concerned with their pizza order from Dominoes Pizza and the extra toppings instead of getting my purchase correct that I had to get refunded. If I would not have called the customer service while I was there, I would been at my bank getting a blank check for a refund. Where do they do that at? I would never go back there as long as this new staff is there,
Walked in the door at 5:15p with money in hand to give them for new phone. Girl in the store told me they could sell me a phone but I would need to come back the next day because they close at 6p and it might take longer than the remaining time to set it up. Really?
Worst customer service ever these people really lack knowledge or are just flat out stupid lazy they don’t help you at all and just use the same line call customer service. They are rude and useless completely unprofessional. This happened to me on 3 separate occasions. This place needs to be closed down until they can have good workers who are trained and know the products they sell and have customer service skills.MIRIAM, shouts at customers, she doesnt know the services of tmbile that she was trained to sell...she calls customer care line for stuff thats already in their policy manual that she says is only online...theres no hard copy...shes impatient. She needs to be retrained or removed. Bad representation of tmobile.Because of MIRIAM, tmobile lost a customer that day.T-mobile should investigate this franchise...I went there december 2018
This store is a joke! Total unprofessional staff, incompetent and had no clue what they were doing. The young lady with the glasses was completely rude and has no idea what shes doing behind the register. Cant wait to file a corporate complaint on entire store. Nobody left store happy! Sheesh! 1 star is giving this motley crew of a staff too many stars.

Up until I interacted with this location I had a positive impression of T-Mobile. I needed to return a cellspot device and brought it here but left totally frustrated. T-Mobile had neglected to send me the packaging I needed to return the cellspot to their central office but indicated I could return it to any T-Mobile store. When I brought the device here the employee told me he couldnt accept it without complete packaging. This was not indicated in the messages I received from T-Mobile corporate. This is a total disconnect between the store and corporate office and wasted my time.
Terrible customer service. I went to this store to make a payment and the cashier paid another persons bill using my credit card. I found out about this the day that my service was suspended. T-mobile has to do something about this cashier stealing peoples money.
Employees dont know much and everytime I go they always accidently overcharge and literally lie about being unable print to avoid giving you a receipt. Not a one time or two time incident. Its alarming and avoiding this place for any bill payments. Do believe T-mobile should investigate this franchise. Do not recomend and and advise avoiding.

My husband and I were thinking about switching to tmobile. However, when we walked into the store it was quite obvious that the sales associates could not have cared less about our business. My husband and I decided that it was too much money to spend at a location that didnt care about our business.

They changed from an English store to all Hispanic saying that they are catering more to the Latinos because the are more in the area. I believe that it should still be in English we are in America not a Spanish speaking country. Just my opinion.
