I am very satisfied with the SONY television I bought last month it brings us high resolution movie experience!

We needed a couch due to a previous purchase not being in on time for family arriving in town. The salesperson and manager Ricardo were dishonest, and the delivery team didn’t have the ability to get the sectional into the house and needed direction with assembly. We had to wait for the store to send someone else to assist. We thought this would be a solution to our temporary problem but it ended up being more of a hassle.

I worked with shauna (forgive me if I misspelled your name.) Alot. She gave me all the information I needed and went above and beyond for me because I was in a rough spot in life. She was on the phone helping me complete my order for about 30-45 minutes. I had to end up even cancelling my order a few days later but she understood. By far a wholesome experience. Thank you shauna!

Great experience from beginning to end. Shawna took great care of the administrative side-Martez and T were great with the delivery. The three of them addressed all of my concerns in a very pleasant manner. Thanks again! Very satisfied with the price and service.

I had a little financial setback so I had to return all my things. My washer and dryer and my bedroom set. But I will be returning. I love this place!!!!

Not worth the money. Nor contract. Benifits a joke. If an appliance breaks they take it give u smaller loaner and still 2 months later original not fix or same size appliance not given. 120 dollars for 3 yrs for double washer dryer set nah. Not worth it and now i know why they going out of business. Rent 2 Buy place is better. Hell even aarons is.

Everything here is very overpriced. Its way better off to just buy the items at MSRP on a credit card than pay these rent amounts.

I had no choice. But prices are extremely too high and the CONSTANT PHONE CALLS EVERY SATURDAY ABOUT MY PAYMENT BEFORE I CAN EVEN OPEN MY EYES! I know my payment is do every Saturday! Pure harassment!!!!! Cant wait to pay them off!

ASK ASK ASK..I was injured at work couldnt work requested the coverage provided that RAC has you pay for but I did not qualify because im not full-time however I qualify for being involuntarily unemployed but RAC refuses to uphold the CONTRACT that fake benefits cost you $$ a month.. TRUST me Im looking into this.Beware they will press criminal felony charges on you for theft even AFTER I got hurt on my job and was refused benefits.PLEASE go to CORT FURNITURE Rentals or pay cash elsewhere like Red Tag Furniture! Dont buy from this company! Recordo store manager is a con artist. He scams people out of money! This is the worst RENT A CENTER EVER! This store needs a new MANAGER!
