Came here during renovations, lots of things empty on the shelves however this is definitely not normal for the store. They have a Starbucks stand as the one usually in the store is also under construction. Workers are always friendly and helpful too, electronic sections are a bit low stocked too. Overall very clean and convenient location!

This place has it ALL!!! Clean and well stocked, children, Women & mens wear...shoes department that is out of this world, electronics from all walks of life...dishes, garden center, lawn care products, grocery section, pharmacy and so much more...it is a Super Center!!! We were not disappointed ...they have all winter wear on clearance up 70% off!!! FEB 6TH 2021...A must see and ENJOY time well spent here...they also have Customer service center stations placed around the store, for your convenience if an associate is needed or you scan an item for price ck...May you find what you are looking for...as we surely did...WE WILL BE BACK!!!

I’ve shopped at this location before (in store). The associates seem very socially distant aware and it’s always clean. I was waiting on someone else today around 3:30 or 4 pm. I’ve seen at least 10 - 15 cars minimum pull up for drive up services within a short time. This rating is more so for the young lady and gentleman that quickly handled the multiple cars. They deserve recognition! As hot as it was a raise too because none of the cars waited long so that means they were not playing around and this location stays pretty busy (inside and out).

I always have a pleasant experience at Target and I worked there for the holidays one year.

In my opinion and views. I see Target as a clean, an excellent store and I have observed that in all their stores I have visited but this Target is exceptional - EXCELENTE meaning EXCELLENT. Due to COVID19 an employee was at the entrance greeting, cleaning the cart and handing it over to customers. The customer service in this location was more than good, they walk up to you asking if you need help💯. When I went in on this particular day, it was carnival of Candy, 🍬😃😃😃 - a section of the store was full packed with Candys. Candys everywhere. I LOVE this place. You can get want you need here. Excellent People👍👍

While the store is nice and most of the associates are helpful and friendly, my last visit wasn’t too good mainly because of the young lady at the door who rudely was kicking us out the door. There was a bad thunderstorm out and while my wife was looking for the car keys in her purse she says by you standing there it isn’t going to stop raining. It was rude and we had no intention to stand around. I simply was going to drive the car up.

Darren made my experience at target amazing! He made sure I found what I was looking for. I was in and out quick with his help. Otherwise I would have been wandering and looking for help but Darren stopped at first sight and asked if I need any help. Thank you Darren!!!!

I would give 0 star if I could. The worst Target ever. I drove 45 minutes to this Target just to find out they cannot find the item I want even the website indicated number of them in stock. Waste of time. The staffs are really nice and helpful. They greeted us and served very professional but the items did not stock properly

It’s rare that you come across consistently good customer service these days. Every single employee I came across went out of there way to be friendly and helpful which was really refreshing! I even heard the managers over their walkie talkies giving praise to their team and thanking them for their good work!

Pam was kind, patient as I asked her to take back items I didnt end up wanting and even put a clever little sticker handle on my Charmin toilet paper - no one has ever done that for me before and it WOWed me. She had a great smile and I really enjoyed checking out with her.

We usually do curbside pickup and everyone is always great, working hard, and very sweet. Tonight though- James was outside waiting as we pulled up. That is next level and so very much appreciated. He is always so nice and we appreciate good people like him! Target... James needs a raise because he delivered!

This Target is always clean and organized. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I prefer to go thru self checkout so I can bag my own purchase and its 1 less person touching what I am buying, however at this location they have a team member standing at the registers telling you which cashier you can checkout with. Im not 4, I dont need all that.

I have never been more disappointed by target and especially this location.. the fact that i had my receipt i had everything in order and my items were still not returned .. so stupid then you have the manager who wasn’t helpful just tell me no .. couldn’t even give me store credit . i legit buy here every day. so disappointing.

The store is consistently clean and organized. There are masks and hand sanitizer available as you walk in, and the carts are cleaned and ready for use.

The employees here are super helpful! There was a question I had during the self checkout, and Shay walked through it with me.

The staff was so friendly, even though they were busy, they still took the time out to help me when I was in a rush.Anthony, Amoree and Chelcee helped me out so much. They stopped what they were doing to assist me with my help. Chelcee knew exactly where it was-oh such a blessing.

This is a very good Target store. They do their best to manage the flow of traffic inside the store. They have associates at the entrance sanitizing carts and offering masks to those that need them. Its a fast in and out and usually have what I need. One of my go to spots. Keep up the good work and thanks.

The three cash registers were full and I had been in line for about 3 minute. However, a very nice employee looked and saw that it was busy and asked if he could help… I told him I just needed to pick up… he said he could do that .. out of there in a minute. Appreciated he saw that a line was forming and came to help!

This is one of the cleanest Target stores Ive ever been in. Its very well taken care of. used to shop here 20 years ago, but Ive moved since then. We just came in today and happened to be in the area and really enjoyed the shopping experience.

I absolutely love this Target location! A couple of days ago, I was at Target and my receipt printed very lightly at the self checkout. I needed my receipt to receive my rebate for some things I was grabbing at the store. I went to the service desk and Arianna as well as Sean were the BEST! They had the most positive attitudes and had no problem helping me. Arianna tried to reprint the receipt, but it didn’t allow her to. However, she went above and beyond and got it printed on copy paper instead!!! I love that instead of sending me away and saying they couldn’t help, they figured out the solution very quickly and were so nice about it!Another experience actually happened today, I was stopping by to pickup a Drive Up order today and checked in at 1:17pm, at 1:19pm, literally 2 minutes later, a nice young lady was at my car and my items were ready to go!This store is doing AMAZING!

I ordered online for in store pick up. Very easy. Received an email letting me know that the item was ready. When I arrived at the store all I had to do was show them my purchase barcode and I had the item in just a couple of minutes. The entire experience was very smooth. The email had good explanation on what to do.

I like the store, but for several times I experienced the prices of groceries increased at the time to pay. Today I got apples at 99 cents each, but the cashier charge $1,89 p/each.Dislike on confusing prices of products!👎Mń

A few months ago I had the most pleasant experience with an employee at this location and let management know. Visited today and the place is on fire: excellent customer service, everyone smiling, they ask you how youre doing. The store is clean, and everyone is busy. An example to several other Target stores! Ive shopped here for over 10 years...and the current management is outstanding. Ive never seen the employees this engaging, friendly and polite. Someone is hiring and training very well. Great job! Todays visit was pretty amazing.

Ordered some products offline. However had to travel very far since this was the only location that had my products available . Was very disappointed when all the women’s bathroom was closed around 6pm And when I ask to use any available I was denied. Sucks when you drive over 45mins in traffic and have no facilities to use. Wish my nearby target was available or target gives better shipping deals. Will not drive here again.

Consistent excellent customer service at this location. I had an exchange today, and it was handled with a smile and so much patience in particular by a young man working at the guest service desk. He will be celebrating his birthday on Monday, I didnt catch his name but he was extremely courteous and professional. I was in the store today 5.7.20 between 5:30 and 6pm. His Birthday is 5.11.20. The efficiency with checkout is on point! Well run store.

This has been my favorite Target store for YEARS!!! Everyone is ALWAYS so friendly and helpful. Im never searching for a target team member when I need help, theyre always around and available to help me. I usually find exactly what Im looking for unless something is sold out which is rare at this location.

The Smyrna target always delivers excellent service. My drive-up orders are always accurate and the shoppers collect items really fast. Most times it’s faster than expected !

They never have the soda stream refills in stock, yet have all the other soda stream devices for sell. All the soda stream devices are useless if you cant get refills

Requires Masks for fully vaccinated people regardless to the fact there is zero science supporting that, don’t bother if you have any intelligence. One star cause not sure zero counts as a star rating.

Targets are normally a lot better an Walmart but this Targets mens bathroom was awful. Not something similar like it need to be clean but the stall doors are broken and do not latch. None of the soap dispensers work either. Plus it was disgustingly dirty.

I did a store pickup and it was very easy. It was a larger item, so they had me pull up front and brought the item out. I didnt catch their names, but the two guys who carried it out to my car were very helpful. Product was in good condition.

This is the BEST target in the local area. They have a lot of different products in the store and the employees are always nice. This is not the closest target from our home but we always come to this location because how great it is.

The Smyrna target displayed terrible customer service. I called about 5 or 6 times looking for a target specific item and no one ever answered the phone.

Ordered a ps5 for pickup and after driving an hour to get there they tell me they never had the ps5 and don’t know how I was able to order it. Instead of giving me a ps5 they gave me my money back. Waste of my time.

Everything was great. Easy in and out.

Target, compared to Wal-Mart, has the best service and atmosphere that I can compare to other higher retail stores. The employees were helpful and friendly. I cannot compare to this level of service at any store. I will always come back to Target. I love just being in the store for its friendly and clean atmosphere.

I have to give this rating because I still cant believe it. The cashier I had literally took her mask off her face and used her hands at least 3 times to wipe her nose. She then wiped them on her pants and proceeded to touch all of my items. I hope the managers will express the importance of safety all around. COVID is here

I went into this particular store because I thought I was overcharged on my debit card and I also had an exchange. I first spoke with a young lady who turned me over to I think his name was Darren and I must say they both were very pleasant and treated me with the utmost professionalism and customer service. Regarding the supposed extra charge, turns out that I forgot I had received cash back during my purchase. No attitudes or dismissiveness. Hey Im not too proud to admit my error. I apologized and both of them were still cordial and wished me well. These two were models of stellar customer service! Ill definitely come back to shop here.

To flatten the curve you can only walk around the store in 1 direction and there is only one line and a Target staff member will direct you to a register. The line moves fairly quickly considering.
