Cleaned between people, employees wore masks ... felt safe in that regard.Employees were very polite and helpful. My mother thought she needed a new phone, but turns out a new SIM card was all that was needed. Great service!
This is the most sketchiest place I have been to. They failed to tell me about activation fees, restocking fees. Failed to show me what I was singing no copies of anything even after. GM just wants your social to sign you up ASAP. Also signed me up with the most expensive plan when I clearly said that I just want to test the hot spot. Started with 60 and all of a sudden that plan became 80 dollars. Ridiculous and the lady who said is taking everything off the very next day, failed to do so and left a balance on my account and lied that everything is canceled and there is no balance. Unbelievable! Karma will get you guys.. donβt mess with people like that.
Because I own my own business, having my phone and being able to receive calls is vital to my survival and success. So, coming in contact with DeShauna (customer service representative) was a blessing! She was patient and very knowledgeable of their merchandise.Many thanks to the store manager (Sophia) who listened and worked diligently to help resolve my phone issues.GREAT staff altogether! This location is THE worst. I have been going to this location since I moved to Smyrna in 2017 and have never had even a decent experience. The people are rude, they are never able to help, and the service always takes forever. I often put off updating my phone for months and months because I dread going to this store. I could rattle off many terrible experiences, but the one that comes to mind is them telling me I owed $2,000 + in international service fees. After being on the phone with a representative for 2 hours, they realized it was a mistake. They didnt even apologize, just told me I could leave. Also, once when I was switching my phone to a newer version, they accidentally added another persons phone payment onto my recurring bill. When I returned to the location to get the charge removed, they insisted that I had bought a new phone and I owed the phone payments. They then realized it was associated with another phone, but then insisted I owned that phone also. They were very accusatory. After being at the location for 3 hours to get it resolved, they tried to ask me to leave because the store was closing (still refusing to remove the charge). Two months later, after errantly being charged for a phone I did not buy, they were able to correct the billing and credit me the money I had paid on the phone. It is almost unbelievable how poor their customer service is. I will be switching to another provider soon just so I dont have to deal with this store.
I came in to the store after months of going to two other stores(different provider) and the other stores couldnt resolve the issue. I explained my issue to Sophia and she got it resolved in less than 5 minutes! Great customer service and went above and beyond! Thank you Sophia!
Sales associate didnt know anything about the phone type I wanted for an upgrade and suggested another phone. I can be open minded enough to listen to her UNTIL the other sales associate had to be nasty and also say in a nasty tone they didnt have any Motorola or Samsung phones. I mean just nasty and snotty. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning.
Waited 45 minutes to be told I couldnβt be helped/the store wouldnβt honor what I was told by customer service (who directed me to go to this location to complete my upgrade). The representative was less than interested in customer service, barely spoke to me and very much acted like I was bothering her by wanting to upgrade my phone; also threw her phone in my direction when I asked about the size of the 12 pro compared to my XR. The security guard was friendly, but tried to talk us out of waiting and was somewhat too friendly to some of the guests. Also insulted my boyfriend, who had stepped outside. Will drive the extra miles to Howell Mill and never give this location business again.

I should say this location has the best customer support. My Dad and I went in last night after having trouble with his phone. The store manager Saad and Montgomery (store employee) gave us the best help that we could ask for. This store is awful. Employees were more peoccupied checking their phones and talking to each other than helping. And when they finally did help us they were just rude and unhelpful. Something that should have taken 5-10 mins ended up taking an hour.
My phone number was switched to another phone on our account and I was out of a phone for a bit. I was told I needed to go in. Upon arrival I was greeted by a guy in a bullet proof vest with a pistol strapped to his chest as well as a sales person. I was taken back by the experience since I had zero clue they were only doing things by appointment only. The gentleman was rude and said he could squeeze me in at two. I was already there and nothing was going on in the building.
Having to physically go into this store to resolve stressful phone problems, the two times in the past 3 months the service is always terrible. Amidst this global pandemic, Sofia (not sure of the spelling) had no gloves on while looking at my phone and taking it out of the case. It was too quick for me to realize and obviously too late. I asked a staff named Ty why she had no gloves on while touching my phone. He didnt really have a response. Little effort with helping to solve my problems was taken. It always seems like the staff feels burdened with every customer that walks through the door. Hoping the customer service improves.
Quite a strange experience. Showed up to buy a new phone and was greeted by a stormtrooper at the door, dressed in full black ballistic gear complete with bulletproof vest, weapons and badges. Was not allowed to enter the building. Not sure what kind of revolution they were expecting. But theyre gearing up.

Best Berizon Ive ever been to. Entire staff was the best. Gen Mgr was great as well as the rest of staff. At one point they teamed up to help me vs. only one sale rep. VERY BEST IN CLASS SERVICE.

Not sure why the store is even open. 5 employees in there when I went and no other customers. You cant touch any of the displays (youd think with 5 workers in a tiny store someone could sanitize something.) The guy helping me didnt know what watch models they had on display, it was embarrassing. One of the other employees told me to try bestbuy.

This is quite sad. I have been at this store two hours awaiting help. The manager on duty keeps coming to me asking my name. However, when a white person walks in, he immediately leaves me. He comes back to say, whats your name, again? Im sorry! Until another white person walks in, he is gone. So I ended up ordering online. Ended up with a better deal. However, now that they didnt get commission. I guess, they were mad. The salesperson hands me my bag and just walks away, lol. Treat people better! Even after all that I was still patient. You guys are a disgrace and its sad.
Guaranteed horrible slow service at this location. Called, waited 10 minutes for some one to answer, could not help me, nor did they work in this store, and put me on hold, driving to this Verizon store. Stood outside for 10 minutes, until it was my turn, employee than informed me I needed a mask, had to go back to my vehicle. NO more time, total 1 hour wasted trying to get a laptop. Verizon is the worst business I deal with.

This rating is strictly for overall Verizon CS, not for this location, as the reps are only going to do what the company policy tells them to do.Weve been customers for nearly 20 years and its disturbing to try and upgrade one of my phones and not receive as good of a deal as a new customer would get. I was told to get the deal I would have to cancel one of my numbers and add a new line, but I would then lose a number. A number Ive had for 15 years.I fail to understand why they would enforce such a reckless policy. You are not losing nor adding a customer. You are in fact, upsetting a customer in doing this.Once a company gets too big it begins to fail the people that helped get them there.I was with Surewest, then Airtouch, then Verizon. All the same company.

Really hope they go out. Approaching people in the parking lot when they just pulled up.with an armed guard with his hand on his gun and the employee saying stay in your car isnt cool. Then they tell you they are only selling new devices and lines and wont help with the one you just bought.

I got my phone here, they didnt know the deal I was talking about until I showed them on their website. After signing up and taking my phone home they called me saying billing is different and I can bring the phone back and return it if I want to. I did buy the phone, however didnt like the back and forth. It was during thanks giving and they stayed back late, so I give them benefit of doubt and a 3 star for their friendliness.

Went here right after work a little after 4 pm. Was immediately approached by Jamal and he was able to assist me with upgrading my phone on the spot. Customer service was great and the only reason I was in there for more than 30 min was because I wanted to make sure my new phone updated properly. Would definitely go back to this store
I was very apprehensive about visiting this store after reading the reviews. But, I had no choice as this is where my employer sent me to handle an upgrade on my company phone. But, when I arrived, none of what I had read in previous reviews was accurate.I was immediately greeted as I walked through the door. There were other customers, but plenty of employees available to assist. I was helped by Jeff who was great. He was new, but still quite knowledgeable.My visit was quite long, as there were issues with it being a corporate account and acquiring the proper authorization for me to upgrade and not be the account administrator. Throughout the process, the manager Reh checked on me and was helpful. I even had an off-duty employee assist me.Perhaps the reviews are old and there is new staff. I experienced no problems. They even shook my hand and walked me to the door at the completion of my purchase.

Im a long time Verizon customer. I came in on 6/24/19 for an upgrade. I took advantage of the buy one get one free Samsung phone. I was helped by Alexandia and the Solutions Manager, Sophia. They gave 5 star customer service from beginning to end. I observed the whole staff and everyone was courteous and tried to find solutions for every client they helped. I will continue to be a customer of Verizon.
Much easier to come here than to go to BestBuy

Staff were kind and courteous with words. However upon arriving to pick up a phone ordered online I was told the locker was broken in the back. I waited for 30 minutes to be told it could not be fixed and they would send for an identical phone from the Kennesaw location. 45 minutes later asked for an update and was told the courier was 20 minutes out. Waited an additional hour and 15 minutes bringing the total visit to over 3 hours after taking time to activate the phone. The entire time I was taking care of my three-year-old daughter. The store manager was understanding offered a discount on accessories and a credit on my account for the trouble. I left feeling somewhat better but unfortunately I see no credit on my account a month later. Integrity is a big deal to me. If the credit is subsequently honored Ill be glad to update this review.Edit: updated 3/14/19. No follow-up from Verizon whatsoever even though I registered feedback online before even posting this previous review and the representative had promised to forward on my concerns to the appropriate team. While I appreciate the company representative responding to my review, the promise has resulted in no action to resolve my concerns. As was the case in the store, the lip service is kind and courteous but the follow through does not match. I sincerely had hoped to change this review for the better. Instead I have to pay what was should have been a credit on my account out of pocket and this goes from a 2-star to a one-star review. Personally I will drive further to another location for future needs and will not be back. My hope is that others will have a better experience.

This store use to have great service.After today I switched to Metro PCS after over 9 years of being with Verizon.The rep I had was not helpful and told me I could not buy anymore phones under my business when I asked her to buy another phone. Please get the personnel in this store in order, before you loss more customers.
Customer service was sub par when I went a month ago. The speck phone case I spent $40 on is already falling apart and I havenβt dropped the phone once . The guy who sold it to me said it was good quality - i would prefer a store who has valid feedback on their equipment

You freaking kidding me? This is the worst ever service experience! We have one account with 3 phone numbers. My fathers phone was shown with No service. We checked with Apple before bringing the phone in. These guys wont even take a look because they claimed that the account holders are not here. Of course I was not, I was at WORK! Wait a minute, this is your customer service? This account is at good standing. No outstanding balance, paid on time every time. Your staff cannot take the sim card out to verify the account standing? You cannot help to figure out if a new sim card is needed? So if I have to travel overseas for a month, then my family cannot have Verizon service until I return and physically presence to look at your staff fix your service? You have made me so mad at Verizon now!
Corey was very helpful with a bill related issue. He was nice enough to take 5 mins and assist me. While he was helping me, he was advised by his manager or supervisor to stop what he was doing and worry about the clients looking to purchase new phones. I have been a Verizon wireless subscriber for over 10 years, you would think that has earned me the right to go into a store to have an issue resolved but thats definitely not the mind set of those running the store. As far as the rep i mentioned, he was extremely helpful and willing to take the time to assist. Avoid this place like the plague; there are a few rotten apples that make this place unbearable.

I went to 6 different Verizon stores yesterday to find the gold galaxy s6 and I finally ended up here. They are very nice and even stayed after hours to finish my purchase. This store is so organized. Jeff and Sharky took their time with me unlike the other stores I went to earlier. Their customer service is so amazing, I rather travel 15 miles to this store than go to the one by my house any day.
My Salesman was a guy named Calvin who took the time to make sure I had everything transferred from my old device. He even stayed a half hour past closing to get my information transferred. Very impressed with the service I received.
My mom and sister came from Ohio for service and both were at awe about how fast the service is. Also, the represents in Elyria, Ohio charge $19.95 for transferring to a new phone. I know for a fact Verizon never charges this fee. Thanks Verizon in Georgia.
Overall meh. They have the products but they no longer port your old phone to the new, they recommend you leave to do it because their WiFi is slow, and as soon I paid my rep was on to the next person. Got everything done later on my own but I wonder....what ever happened to customer service?
Came to see Rick today, was very impressed with his knowledge and time he spent explaining every aspect of the process. A very no pressure environment. Rick really took his time and he was very upfront and honest about his appraisal, I was very satisfied with our experience.
They have horrible customer service! I came into the store to buy two phones no one came to see bout me or even acknowledged me. I sat there for 30 minutes without a simple hello. The fat girl was scanning boxes and could see i was not seen yet by anyone she didnt even help and she smelled like onions. I just left and went to Metro and bought my phones. Dont come to this verizon

The store manager βRobertβ couldnβt be a bigger jerk. He couldnβt be bothered to help when Yvonne another employee who was helping me, had a question. Iβve never experienced such terrible customer service. When I inquired about an insurance claim, I was talked down to, told I didnβt know how insurance worked, and told to just buy a new phone. Robert couldnβt shut his mouth long enough to listen to anything I, the customer, had to say. As I was leaving, I told two other customers who happened to be working with Robert, that theyβd be better served by other employees, like Yvonne. Robert forced me out of the store and physically shut the door on me.
Ask for Jazz. She was great. She was very helpful, made all the right phone calls and answered all of our questions. I would recommend this store to anyone.
Was very impressed that when I told the associate (Jarod) what I wanted and was not interested in the usual up sell runaround, that he actually helped me with just what I was there for, and didnt waste my time trying to sell me something I didnt want. The guy that helped us was great, but they constantly try to push products or services on you. I understand that they are trying to make money for themselves, but its super annoying and I dont like being treated that way.
I was in the middle of a family crisis. I.live out of state. My cellphone was giving me trouble when I needed it the most. So grateful for this store and the young man who fixed my phone.
Had a phone issue just got the phone then about 4 months later speaker to make calls went out. Went to get it replaced it was out dated? So was told a new phone would be over nighted. The phone didnt show up. Called store they said it was in route from Memphis so unsure when it will arrive. There excuse was I dont know who you talked to or if you paid for overnight delivery.. well I wasnt told of a fee if there was one I would of gladly paid twice that.

I had a terrible experience at this location that took me multiple visits over a week and hours in-store to resolve. I felt I was lied to multiple times by an associate and the manager when I tried to upgrade my phone. I would recommend working with Jarod, who seemed to understand the store policies, or Jeff, who was very nice and patient.
