Wasn’t planning on buying a new truck till next year but saw two new 2500 HD’s on the lot talked to salesman Zack, after test driving one of them I decided to come back and work a deal, they gave me a good deal on my trade in, a payment that works for me, Rodger in finance got us in and out of there pretty quick, it was a good experience buying from them.

Service was prompt. Wanted brakes checked, fluids checked, tires rotated abs balanced. Only cost $99; however oil had been changed and it wasn’t needed. Other repairs and/or preventive maintenance recommended but I declined because estimate $900. Communication with service department was easy

Buying my car was easy. Getting my car serviced was an issue. I even got an extended warranty from them. Everytime I call to make an app Im giving the run around and put off for weeks at a time.

In and out in a reasonable time. Electric windows/locks intermittently functioning. As it happened, everything worked flawlessly. Nothing to repair.

The young girl in the service department has an attitude problem and should not deal with people. Dropped a vehicle off for repair and she blurted out NO because I didnt park it on the right side of the building, still on their lot but she said they couldnt work on it. Recently, I wanted to sell my old Dakota and went to i.g. Burtons. All the people I had known from the old dealership had left, so I meant the new guys. They were all very friendly and must helpful. They went out of their way make me happy. I ended up trading not only my old Dakota but my Chrysler 300. I took my truck for an oil change an to be serviced when I made the appointment I ask to have all my fluids checked and my grease fittings greased. I picked it up they had not filled the fittings with grease like I asked. The charge was $75.00. Won’t be going back with this kind of service if we have to come home an grease the fittings our selves we may as well do the oil change ourselves an save $75.00

I called IG Burton in Milford and they told me it would be 2 weeks before I could get service. If I had waited until then I would have needed another service. So I called Smyrna and explained my situation. Also found out that Kim Bowles had transferred to this location. Kim always gave me excellent service when she was at Milford, she knows my driving history and has always squeezed me in. Now I can deal with Kim and Coral at the Smyrna location. Go see these ladies, they will take care of your needs.

Fast service and price was good but the next day I had an oil spot under my truck and in my driveway so I took the truck back and they said the drain plug was not tightened. So now I have an oil spot in the driveway that wont come up and Im happy that it was noticed because I am going on vacation with the truck and it would have been bad that I was somewhere and had no oil in my truck.

I had some major issues with my car. I have a 2008 Chrysler 300.I had taken my car to a few side shops but to no avail seems like everyone was guessing on what they thought was wrong. Mark finished this experience with excellent customer service. I know what to do and where to do it from now on. If I could give 0 stars I would. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I purchased a vehicle and was immediately confronted with more than $2,000 in problems I had to fix. I have owned the vehicle for less than 30 days and the company refused to pay to fix the problems. The problems were a worn control rod, they rotated tires so the bald spots were on this inside and the brake caliper was leaking. They said the warranty didnt cover it. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. It will likely end up costing you money, time and hassle.

I brought my 2015 Jeep Wrangler in for a front end alignment because I replaced both ball joints. When it was finished, the bill was $117.00. I spoke to the manager and explained that I brought it in for a front end alignment not a4 wheel alignment as indicated on the bill. He said that they only do 4 wheel alignments. But I told him that you only can do a 2 wheel (front end) alignment on the Jeep Wrangler. He said that’s the way it is, we only charge for 4 wheel alignments.

Called about a vehicle they had posted for sale. called the salesman vinny and spoke to him on the phone. Discussed and confirmed price and agreed to put deposit and purchase. Was told it would be 3-4 days before I could purchase bc service dept was closed. Magically 10 min later was txt and told truck was not for sale bc of issue and was being sent to auction. As of today the truck was reposted to their website with a higher sale price. Was given a nonsense, but very creative story. Place is very unprofessional, do not waste your time here. “We’ve been in business for 110 years” you’d think they’d know how to conduct professional business.

This dealership met every demand I had. Literally helped me get into a needle in a haystack in little to no time at all. Sales team was flexible and sales associate (Zach Huk) was very knowledgeable and patient with me! Id recommend the team to anyone!

If I could rate a zero I would have. Was told there would be no charge to look at the vehicle, only to be handed a $96 diagnosis charge that includes a whopping 17.5% shop fee for supplies - no supplies were used! They then claimed it took more than 30 minutes to diagnose what I told them was wrong when dropping off the vehicle. Total rip off.

It was not too pleasant. My appointment was for 1pm, got there early and still ended up waiting almost 3 hours. They said tire pressure was done, but yet my tire was measuring the same on that as when i got there. They were to check out my coolant system because me gauge was fluctuating and said they did find anything wrong besides the coolant was loose literally as i started the Car and drove to the end of the lot, the gauge start moving up and down. Crazy thing is, I’m a mechanic, so i know the in and outs I’m highly disappointed in the service i received.
