My 20 year old daughter just purchased a 2013 Chevy Cruze from them on 8/31/18 at 5pm. I got a frantic call from her at 1:30 the next morning stating the engine light is on, car is losing power and is overheating. She broke down on the side of RT 24, as smoke is pouring from the engine. The next day we were able to examine the car and discovered the antifreeze reservoir was empty. We purchased more and filled the reservoir. When the car was restarted, we saw that the hose was ruptured and was leaking antifreeze all over the engine. The engine immediately became hot and started smoking. We declined the one year extended warranty from them for $650, however, we never wouldve imagined having the car dying one day after purchase. My husband called them numerous times on Tuesday and Wednesday. They refused to fix the hose or to make things right. Now my daughter doesnt have a car until we can get it towed to a repair shop and have it fixed, on our dime, after paying $8000 for it just one day before. Poor business on their part. Please reconsider before you buy from them.

This is the WORST car lot Ive ever dealt with. I owed about $2000 on my truck when I decided to trade it in to another car lot just to no longer have to deal with Smyrna auto sales due to A LOT of things that went on there. Like their old front desk chick that would deal with the payments tried to get my wife to come and sleep with her and her boyfriend. So of course when i found out and seen all the messages (which I still have amazingly) I raised hell and we didnt get along every since. I guess cause they had to let her go and her dad was their repo man so in turn for letting her go Im sure he didnt want to recover for them any more. Now 3 years later i check my credit report and what do i see?! a charge off/repossession from them. Can we say lawsuit?! Because that truck was paid off! Not repossessed! This car lot dont deserve any stars.
