I went to get my phone screen and battery replaced and both things took less than an hour to fix! And not to mention the great prices and customer service! The technician helped me out so much and was very knowledgeable. Definitely recommending and going back.

The Smyrna, Tn location could not ask for a better store manager. Larry is professional & he is kind. Overall, he is absolutely amazing. He fixed my phone, my mothers computer & collected the bulbs we asked for, in under an hour, while waiting on other customers.If you want an example of great customer service, I suggest Larry and his store location.

I came here to recycle bad bulbs, bought some replacement ones.I know Lowes, home Depot and Target all have light bulb recycling sercive, but they are limited to certain kind of bulbs.The staff member took all the bulbs and ewaste. I am glad people are still do something not purely for profit.And the price of their products are really competitive to big box stores.

This is the only place I buy 12v batteries. I have a boat and get the Duracell Ultra 31M batteries. I have 2 that are 4 years old and still going strong. They are combined into a 36v system for my trolling motor. The employees are extremely helpful and knowledgeable also.

I recently found myself in need of a new battery for my aging cell phone. Of course I did a Google search and for “WeFixIt” at Batteries Plus in Smyrna. The store is in a convenient location and is open until 8pm which really helps considering I work a day job.I made my appointment online and saved myself $10 on the cost of my repair, right off the bat! Who doesn’t like saving money, right?!? I arrived a few minutes early and was promptly greeted by Darren who was very friendly and personable. He easily checked me in, described the process and said it’ll be about 1/2 hour or so. Having never really looked around that type of store before I chose to wander the aisles and shop a bit.They have an amazing selection and variety of products. I was especially impressed by The wide selection and range of sizes of rechargeable LED flashlights.I can say with confidence that I’ll definitely shop there again!

If you have a note phone DO NOT GO THERE. Went from a Crack screen I could and should of lived with, to needing a new phone. Manager insulted my intelligence by charging full price of repair but acted like he was doing me a favor paying for parts he broke. Wow thanks buddy. I normally dont bash but its been a while and Im still dealing with lost info, tracking passwords, a bunch of bs I was trying to avoid. Insurance on phone would of replaced it I was paying out of pocket to keep phone.

I have gotten my phone fixed here twice. Once around a month ago, and once today. Both times the person who fixed it was Chase. I don’t know his last name or anything about him besides the fact that he definitely deserves 30 an hour or more. Hands down the smartest person I have ever met. He is the only person at any store in this chain with an IT degree. 10/10 5 stars. Will always come to this store to get my electronics fixed. If I have a friend who needs to get something fixed, I’ll tell them to go find Chase. That man deserves a raise.

The repair to my phone screen was timely and professionally done. I made my appointment online and they started at exactly at 0830 and were completed in less than an hours. In comparison to other repair vendors, the repair price was the same and I did not have to deal with a crowd of people and wait way past my appointment time for service.

This store is phenomenal. The staff has always treated me well and answered questions Ive had. From light bulbs to batteries.Chase was amazing! He was able to get a key fob apart to change the battery for me. Something I have been trying to do myself. I thought I was going to have to spend hundreds of dollars for new key fob. I certainly appreciate great customer service and he excelled at it!

Two stars only for the guy who told me the truth before I had my iPhone 7 screen replaced. They have a 50/50 chance of disabling your home button for the screen replacement. THANK YOU kind man for telling me. But bad “phone repair” for a company down the street fixing my phone with no problems, mind you $50 less. It might be an awesome shop for computers and even non apple phones, but beware if you need a 7-8 iPhone screen.

I needed a backup bulb for my car. I was able to easily find and order it online for in-store pickup. It was more than a dollar cheaper than a local auto parts store and the distance from my home was about the same. I picked it up with no problem. The service person was very nice.

After going to two other stores to get the battery in my Swiss made watch replaced and being told that they could not do it (one could do it if they sent it off for a cost of $75) I stopped at Batteries Plus Bulbs where the sales person immediately said he could replace it and did at a very low cost! I was very impressed and relieved that my watch would work again!! I recommend this store VERY HIGHLY!

Im sure it would have been great if I could have bought something! I went into the store for a watch battery about half an hour ago and nobody was up front. Someone in the back was talking on the phone. I walked around, jangled my keys and stood there for a few minutes but then had to leave because I had groceries in the car. If Id been a certain kind of person, I could have helped myself to any number of things and walked out with them.

Wonderful and underappreciated store. Not just for picking up any battery or bulb you could think of, but does phone repairs as well. Id skip going to an overpriced phone store and bring it straight here. Recommend going a little after 1 and talk to Chase. Friendly and quick worker who can do just about everything.

I seen an advertisement about battery plus being able to fix phones. My email had stopped working and the phone company would not help me, so I went to battery plus and Ashley was able to fix it within minutes. Great service and I will be back.

Went into the Smyrna, TN on 4/6 for several watch batteries. The gentleman who helped me, Larry, was the nicest man! He was very busy, but he was so attentive to everyone. Good old customer service is alive and well at this location! Highly recommended!

Had battery replaced in my car. The battery was in stock. It was replaced and I was on my way in less than a half hour. Also picked up a couple of garage door batteries while I was there. Good service, reasonable prices, and great selection of products.

Had a great experience at this store. Was in town on vacation and my father in laws scooters was no longer able to be charged. We took it into Batteries Plus and the employees went the extra mile to find out what the problem was. They didnt charge us a thing even when we offered to pay. Most places wouldnt take the time with a customer. This was the best customer service we have ever recieved. I highly recommend this store.

Might could have save a little bit of money by ordering somewhere else online. However, I needed this battery for a security system fairly quickly. The convenience of checking Batteries+ store inventory online and being able to pick the item up in-store the same day was very helpful.

Went to get a small crack on my phone fixed and it took an hour and fifteen minutes to fix. The man fixed it but he told me he broke the front facing camera and damaged the proximity alert and ear speaker on my phone so I cant use the front camera and I cant answer phone calls unless I put my headsets in and they said the parts will come in 3 business days. Its been a week and now they come to tell me that the order is just floating around waiting for someone to respond with the parts needed. All in all, it was a terrible waste of time and shouldve went to a better repair store. If you get your phone fixed, its a risk to fix one thing but break different parts on your phone.

Fixed my screen in less than two hours with 2 phones to be finished before mine. Great place a lot of interesting stuff in the store too.

Poor service, I was looking for a battery for my sweeper and one of the guys just told me its impossible find that cause the factory just discontinue. I told my son that and he go back to the store and guess what!!🤔🤔 He got the battery ! 😱😂 I cant believed until this time. What a poor service, lazy men can make the difference in a business like that or any other.

I do not know what store everyone else has been to but it can not be the one in Smyrna. I have been there twice and have been very disappointed. The 1st time I went to find a medical battery and waited 8 minutes while the only person there was just talking to a customer (I think) the whole time after she had made a purchase. I left with no battery and no answers. I went home and ordered it on Amazon.The second time was yesterday and went to find a petsafe battery collar. Noone in the store except for the cashier. I told him what I was looking for and he said he did not have any petsafe batteries for collars and I proceeded to ask, Will this off name battery work? and he said, I dont know this is the only brand we sell. I replied, it would be nice if it fit. To which he replied, Well now you know. I am Very frustrated. I will never be back. I have had a couple of co-workers ask about the same batteries I was looking for and other specialty batteries and I told them not to waste their time at Batteries plus. Very disapointed.

Took in a 48v lithium battery in to be tested. Unfortunately they did not have the capability to test it. Not very helpful for a company that specializes in batteries. I suggest you take the + sign out of your name Batteries Plus. Absolute waste of time.
