I asked them to check my brakes because they were making a noise and fix it along with changing my tires. My husband went to pick my car up and they told me my brakes were perfect and I may need maintenance to my rotors but nothing serious. I just went to Firestone and they had to replace my rotors and brake pads and said I should have done it a long time ago! I would never go to Lube Depot again and I suggest no one else go either if they like driving safely.

I had an issue with my car that no other mechanic was able to diagnoseand Lube Depot took care of it quickly. They have great customer service and kept me well informed of what was going on with my car. Although I had a much larger repair than originally realized (catalytic converter replacement), Lube Depot has my car drivvng beyter than it has in almost a year. Their prices are fair too.

My wife I both service our vehicles at this establishment. I never used there oil change discount coupon in the past. Yesterday, I ask for a discount due several visits there and never utilizing the coupon. I informed the manager that she could look up all information on both vehicles that would not show any discounts were ever applied. She was was rude and condescending in regards to our conversation. Finally, after going back in forth for approx. 5 minutes, she relented. However, by this time, I informed her that i no longer wanted an oil change and I was taking our vehicles to a business that appreciate their customers . Poor customer service .

I had the most professional, timely, cost efficient experience at lube depot today. The associate Ty or Tia (I’m sorry I’m not sure) was so accommodating. Will definitely be referring all of my friends!

I stopped here as I had a brake light out. The lady at the front desk was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional, huge asset to any business. I got the earliest appt. available that worked with my schedule. They took me right away and finished the job very quickly. It was less than 15.00! Ill be back and highly recommend this very service related business.

I have gotten several oil changes here. The manager, Ty, is very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The owners should consider her a great asset to their business as she represents them well.

My son and I went here for an appointment for an oil change and a multipoint inspection. I knew what needed to be done, but when I asked if the air filters and the fluids were checked, the associate stated yes, according to the technician. I have attached a picture of the cabin air filter that “was in working order”. This is the reason why I perform most of our basic maintenance, but we wanted to have the basic items checked while the car was in the shop. I Am very disappointed with this service.

I had to take my vehicle for a check engine light. Was informed that it was a Dealer recall & to take it there for a no charge repair.They could have fixed it and charged me, but customer service is their specialty.Thats why I have all my vehicles serviced and repaired there.

This place is alright.i only been here three times and the first two times were awesome. The staff member Ty is who booked my appt and told me exactly when my car would be done abd what work was recommended etc. Ty is very professional and honest about when my vehicle would be done abd what needed to be done. On the other hand the staff member Becky is unprofessional and will give you the runaround. She booked my appt and the times I arrived my vehicle was not seen until two hours after my appt and people that came behind me were given the same appt as me. Also,she kept running me around about when my vehicle would be ready. I have no trust in her. If it wasnt for that experience I would give 5 stars!

They told me the car would be read in an hour and 30 minutes but it was finished after 5 hours, they did not even given me a heads up before

I had an appointment with them for a brake check, at the end they told me that I needed new front brakes. I left and got a second opinion and during that check I did not need any new brakes. The brake pads were very thick. They falsified information to get business. Thank God I did not get them completed that day with them. If you know anything about cars please get a second opinion from another car service because these people will take your money for nothing !

I got quoted for rear drums on my tundra for 130 made it clear as day on the phone BOTH SIDES including wheel cylinder and they held their price. Made the appointment and when I got in they wanted 390 something dollars because whoever works the phone can’t line up a price. Wasted my time could have had my truck fixed by now. Save yourself and call someone who knows what they’re talking about got 2 young girls at desk running quotes bout screwed me over didn’t even clarify the price till they had my keys in their hand. Took m back and left

I had the absolute worst experience here. I had a leak of some kind on my VW Jetta so I took it here to get it looked at. They told me that my oil pan was leaking and it was possible that the rear main seal could be leaking as well. She tells me that it is going to be 3 hours of labor. She gives me a call at 10:15am that day to inform me that the part was received, and calls again at 10:43am to tell me my car is ready to be picked up. Not even close to 3 hours. I did not feel good about them after my picked my car up and paid over $300 for the 30 minutes of work they did. I took my car to a mechanic who specializes on VW and he tells me the leak is not coming from my oil pan or the rear main seal, but from the engine vacuum pump. He said in his almost 20 years of working on VWs he has NEVER seen an oil leak come from the oil pan. Common sense would you tell you, and should have told them, that if you have a leak from a part that is above the pan and rear main seal you will naturally see oil leaking around those parts. You should never start from the bottom and work your way up. All that does is charge the customer more money in the long run. They charged me over $300 to fix a part that didnt need fixing and did not resolve the problem in the slightest.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They “fixed” my car and It ended up breaking down 30 minutes later. Then they tell me to bring it back. They didn’t even fix the right issue and that’s their fault. Then they tell me it’s 50$ I have to pay because they did a test that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. Then they figure out its the fuel pump and to get that fixed is over 600$. This place is a joke that only tries to get money out of you.

They called and canceled my appointment after I been waiting. What was their point of scheduling service to be done?Did not give valid reason to why except that their technician was going home at noon.

I wish I could give zero stars. This place is run by shady people. I brought my car there twice and walked away with a bad taste in my mouth with their service both times. The first time was to get a brake evaluation to see what I needed. Tell me how in the world they came back saying it was going to cost over $1000 to get the front pads and rotors done plus the rear drums. I told them that their pricing is ridiculously high and I found another shop in Smyrna that did the exact pads with cross drilled and slotted rotors plus the rear drums for $385. Then the second time I went there was out of necessity. I was replacing the battery in the car and the bolt head snapped off that holds the battery in the cradle. I told them that all I needed them to do was tap out the old bolt and put a new one in. Majority of the day goes by and they call me and say its done. My total was $75 which seemed pretty high for what I needed but it needed to get done. So I paid and was on my way. A week or so later I was filling up my washer fluid and I look over at the job they did with my battery and all they did was tap out the bolt and then used a thick zip tie to hold the battery in the cradle. I went back there the next day and showed them what they did and demanded my money back and l they offered me was a discount on my next oil. Never ever go to these crooks to get work done on your vehicle!

Ive been bringing my car and truck here for several years for basic maintenance from oil changes to brakes. They have always been more than helpful in accommodating my needs at a reasonable price within a reasonable time frame. The person who works on my vehicles always comes out and says hi, which I think is pretty cool.

I had a flat tire and as Im crying and praying I make it to the gas station, I finally had to give up. I live 45 minutes away so at this point Im feeling defeated. The people in this shop were leaving because the shop was closed. I told them if there was ANY way I could get some air before they go. They were so amazingly accommodating and they did one better, opened the shop and made sure I would make it home by putting a plug in the tire. Brandon, Becky and Tai, thank YOU! Brought my car in today after getting an oil change at Firestone and they forgot to secure something on the bottom of my car. I drive 20 minutes to work and didn’t realize it was dragging until I got there. Firestone was willing to fix it but was 20 more minutes away and I did not want to risk damaging the panel any further. Lube depot got me in right away and after 30 minutes got my car back. Apparently they forgot to screw it back onto my car. Disappointed in Firestone after taking my cars there for years but so happy Lube Depot was willing to help!

I made an appt for 12noon I get there 11:45 and the lady says I’m not on the schedule, she doesn’t see my name/car. I asked for the manager she said her manager just went on lunch, asked for the owner she went in the office came out in 2 seconds and said he’s busy. Which I think was so rude and unprofessional that I’m spending my money to come here and you can’t help me in no way.......so they lost my service and everyone I know who goes. THANKS

I went to Lube Depot for all my car servicing needs while living in Delaware. I thought they gave me special treatment until I realized thats how the treat everybody, like VIP and we are. The auto technicians are really informative. Josiah is awesome and guided me each step of the way each time. They worked with my budget, made sure my car was always safe to drive and I knew once they fixed a problem I would not have further repair. I miss you guys! When I get rich I will be having you travel to Haiti to service all my vehicles even if its a simple oil change.

When my Honda Civic needed brakes and calipers in March of 2018, I took it to Lube Depot for quick service. Unfortunately, by November, the calipers appeared to go bad. Thank you Brandon for making good on my $800.00 investment with Lube Depot. All repairs were completed by the next morning. Great customer service!

The employees at Lube Depot and Repair care about their customers. They are there for you 7 days a week. ASE certified technicians. Clean waiting area. Free coffee. Friendly service consultants. This is the only place I take my vehicle.

Just had them change oil and rotate tires. They screwed up and crossed threaded the lug and want to blame someone else. The lug is to hot to touch. Be careful when people dont take responsibility for their actions. They should know better.

I figured it would cost me about double the price of doing it myself and did not want to deal with the up sale of services. I dealt with Joshia . He did not try to upsale me on any products. He explained what they had to offer and accepted my input as to what I needed . Joshia put me in a service that was budget friendly and covered what I needed.. world class customer service

Two days in a row Lube Depot saved my day. 2 days ago getting ready to leave for work had a tire going down. First stopped at Mr Tire, they blew me off, (which ended up being a good thing). Next tried Lube Depot, they took me in right away, fixed the tire while I waited, and got me on my way. Then Yesterday, wife had a tire issue. This time I went straight to Lube Depot and again they took us right in and fixed the issue and we had a chance to get the oil & filter changed. Great company, a definite recommend!!!

Was only 100 miles into a 2400 mile round trip to Miami, Fl when my low tire pressure light came on. Pulled off the highway to figure out which tire was losing air, filled it at Wawa and lost air within 10 minutes. Went to closest repair store (Googled tire repair nearby) and they told me to come back tomorrow! Lube Depot was next on the list, they got me in within 30 minutes and pulled a nail and plugged tire in 15 minutes. Back on the road with no issues since, saved me from a disastrous start to long road trip....thanks!

One of the few places I still trust locally to do work on my car. Brought my car in just to have the tires rotated but they alerted me to several problems that were actually true about the car. I work on cars myself and new exactly about the problems but didnt mention them. It was nice to see that they pointed it out free of charge. They actually do inspect your car while doing minor services. Their labor prices for installs may be a bit but considering the dealer charges 90 an hour I dont think its a exactly unfair.

Lube Depot is a great place to have a oil change done you dont have to wait forever and I will be using them for any other repairs needed done to my car because of their honesty and sincerity I recommend them highly

Lube Depot and Repair is a great place to bring my car, I know I can trust their work to keep me on the road. They have great accommodations in their waiting room, it is always very clean with great coffee and great customer service.

Took my 08 Nissan Maxima in for which I thought was an altenator repair. They checked and double checked. They found the core problem. My tensioner pulley and serpentine belt was broken, causing the altenator not to spin. I paid the $400+ bucks up front before the second diagnostic test. So, they repaired it and gave me $127.94 of my money back. Now thats honesty, customer service, and professionalism at its finest.

Well where do I start!!! Car got drop off on a Monday said they need $50 to look at it come Tuesday they said it was the starter... cool Ill pay just start the car. Well warranty got involved they didnt wanna touch it. Fast forward almost a week later they finally pull it into the garage n said o wait its going to be more money bc its under the intake... wait what ur mechanics didnt know that not paying more finish the car. Get the car back next day stalls out while driving. Really then starts making a funny noise and within the next 3 days stalls out 4 more times. Ooo n they put ducktape around my driver side mirror bc they slammed it into the garage.. so they had to replace that. Then we take it back a week later after getting it back the guy says o ur engine is about to fall out !!! What!!!! I know u guys messed my car up. It was fine before we took it their... o the best part they charge $80 for an oil change!!!! R u serious!!! I dont know how u r still in business but I promise we wont be back and Im telling everyone about the crappy job yall did!!!! Damaged my car and now its not drivable!!!! Never again!!!How do u leave a smart a** remark about googling what happens when u dont change your oil. How about u google mechanics !!! Bc yours clearly doesnt know where the intake is on a car when I googled it and I knew where it was let alone drive it into the garage after they busted my mirror that u so called didnt know about. O u knew u just thought duck tape would hold it together and I wouldnt say anything! Your business sucks!!!! Took my car last week to have a bolt that I cross threaded by accident and paid over 300$ for a quick fix and was told that they would reroute anything necessary and here I am looking at my car leaking power steering fluid because they left my power steering line on my headers and it caused my rack to go bad from running dry. Outrageous pricing. Priced a brake job at almost twice what Meineke wanted. Two calipers and two rubber brake lines. Quoted $170 on phone, got there was told Oh thats just for the calipers, its $240 with the hoses. What the hell are these people smoking....Stay away from these scammers.
