Tires are awesome but took longer than expected

Took vehicle here for 2 new tires. Bought 2 more a month later for complete set. They could not get the tires off the vehicle that they just out on a month earlier.Told me they didnt have the right tools (right size lug nut tools) to take my tires off, although they did it just a month earlier...? Leading me to believe they used the wrong tools to get them off and on originally.The mechanic remembered the car and said he was the one to put the new tires on, said he did t have the right tools to do it then either but got it done. ?Went to another WalMart that fixed it and said they hear bad stuff from this location constantly.

My experience was great. Came in with a blown tire, had me all fixed up under the road hazard warranty in right around an hour. The staff was attentive and courteous.

Ver poor service had 4 tires put on and 3 of them continue to leak and wouldnt balance them or put an effort in trying to do anything very poor place I wont never go back

I went to get an oil change. I asked what is the wait. Associate : I just quoted that gentle an hour wait so for you an hour and a half but the next person wont be in for another 20 minutes.Me: So I will have to wait 20 minutes just for someone to come in and then an hour and a half before he even touch my car?Associate( with a smile) : Yes I only have one man working now and he is only one person.Me: Thats not my problem. No I will not be getting my oil changed here.Walmart is cheaper but the customer service sucks. The saying you get what you pay for is saying a lot. By the way this was 10 am on a Friday.

Although I waited a long while it was on a Sunday and everyone was trying to get in there. It’s a first come first serve thing. The guys were nice and got me in a quick as possible. Thank you for fixing my tire.

I went here yesterday at 4pm. I went to the counter and saw that they were rejecting peoples service requests, saying theyre closing in a hour. I thought I just need a oil change, so I told them I needed an oil change. It seems that one guy nodded that he could do it. Then, while in line, the service manager asked what I needed. I said an oil change, he said they stopped taking orders for the day because they are closing in an hour. I walked away because they seemed busy. They typically close at 6 so I thought it was odd they were closing early that day.Edit: The assistant manager called to let me know they were closing early due to short staff, and they should be staffed rest of the week.Just be sure to call ahead of time to see if they can still take your service order to save yourself the drive and time.

Bad experience overall!!! The manager was rude and did not give accurate information. Waited over 1.5 hours for a simple oil change. There was only 1 person ahead of me

Slow service, you could be standing by the counter for hours and they will pass by you like you dont even exist . Time is money. What makes them think that its okay for a customer to wait for an hour or two or more

Longest wait ever!!! Every time I looked out to see if they had my car in the shop yet all the workers were just standing around talking! They may need to rethink their work strategy!

Absolute worst. Department manager was rude. Bought tires from Walmart online. Shipped to store to have them put it on. Department manager acted really rude about it so I simply asked for my tires and took my business to tire discounters. Played a little more at other competitor but worth the experience compared to Walmart

The worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Inattentive and incompetent staff members. Seriously dont know how this place has anymore more than a one star rating. I had an appointment for a tire change, waited an hour afterward only to realize they hadnt even started the work on my car. What do I get? Empty apologies, which dont make up for the time I already wasted and will have to waste to continue waiting for the job to be completed.

They need more people to work at this h0e. Everything takes forever. Even if you’re just waiting on line to ask for the service, half the time there isn’t even anybody behind the damn counter

Good price, just keep an eye on the installers. Started to mount one of my old tires they had previously dismounted, I had taken the rims home to clean corrosion off the bead surfaces. Brought back old tires for disposal.

Terrible! Please dont waste your time or money here! I went Friday for my appointment to get 4 new tires. Everything was fine even though it took 3.5 hours for them to get done. Which was not ok but then Saturday one of my tires went flat due to a valve stem improperly replaced. My husband goes up there to talk to someone about fixing the issue. UNFORTUNATELY we talked with Gene the suppport manager and he was the worse person to deal with! He was not friendly, nor appologetic. Said everything on their end was done correctly even though he NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT THE VEHICLE! He did however offer to look at the tire and fix it for between $35-$250 but it was going to be 2 hours before he could do so. We called Firestone and they fixed the tire in 10 minutes for $20! Firestone explained to us that we needed to get all the tires checked because they were improperly balanced as well as the stem valves were improperly replaced! I am so frustrated but overall disappointed in the lack of customer service! Please value your life enough to go elsewhere!

They forgot to place me on the list for my oil change...then told me it would be 3 more hours. I finally left and paid more at Valvoline.

I just needed rotate my tires, is taking over 2 hours and still waiting oh!!!!! It took 4hrs, was the worst experience!!! Never to return!!!

The guy at the counter with the glasses was extremely rude and condescending when i had a question about what a certain service was. He just repeated the name back to me like that should’ve been explanation enough. Also i had to go the Walmart in hermitage for them to fix whatever this Walmart did to my car. My car was violently shaking over 60 mph after they serviced it and this Walmart was no help whatsoever when i called explaining the situation to them and asked what was recommended.

Wanted to get tires. Said it would be an hour before they could get us in. Waited and went to check said two more cars in front of you so it would another hour or so. So, no tires from this Wal-Mart, Smyrna tn.

Terrible service. They have you sit and wait an unnecessary amount of time just to not be able to help you. And youd think the ppl working there road the short bus. Disappointing. And the lavergne location is no better!

Super slow and they will not allow you to pay by phone so get ready to wait. I needed to swap out 1 tire...it took 3hours. Bring your lunch an a pillow.

I get my oil changed here. They dont too off the other fluids in the car.

They didnt put on my BRAND new tires correctly. One fell off while driving causing me to wreck down a 35ft hill. I am 17yrs old and almost DIED!!!!!Do NOT USE THEM if you value your life and the lives of others....HORRIBLE service!!Please find another auto place to fix your car!

Had to buy a new battery after mine tested bad at 3yrsOn a 5 year battery. They said it had been replaced already. So I got only 4 and a half years out of 10 years between the two. They didnt even help me install the new one. Had I not needed one at that moment, Id had taken my business elsewhere!

Horrible customer service. Horrible attitude. The guy working while I was there shouldnt be employed working with customers.1 year later and the service is still awful...even worse than before.

For what I needed done they worked. Just a little slow and almost charged me for 5 tires of lifetime rotation/balancing. So just look at your bill before paying.

Never go there it took 6 hours for them to change oil and put tires on they are always short staffed, and the one in Lavergne TN they closed there tire center down 6hours early

Go in to see how much an oil change is and when I could get it done, and there is 3 people in front of me with no one at the counter. I stood there for almost 20 minutes with no help. Horrible service, clearly do not put customers first

Was quoted a couple hour wait when down the road it was a 40 minute wait.

Despite being short staffed and booked until closing, took me right in for a tire repair!

Do not go here. We had a bad flat and had to go to this Walmart. First, they said they didnt see the issue, but didnt tell us they were done. We said check again, and what do you know, we needed a new tire. We finally get out of there, 2 hours later, and our alignment is messed up.

4 hours for an oil change...... arrived at 10 am left at 2 PM on a Thursday....
