If I could give them negative 0 stars I would! I paid for a premium oil change which includes my fluids to be topped off. I called twice after my oil change due to my car saying no coolant. The customer service was horrible. I was talked to like I didn’t no anything and I was told coolant doesn’t evaporate. I told him that I know that, and informed them that my car was at the shop due to them not putting coolant in my car like I paid $80 for.m and that this has now caused damage to my vehicle. This place is horrible and I wouldn’t recommend.

Went here for the first time with a family member and I stayed back and watched the customer service provided to not only my family but others. And I was impressed at his calm demeanor and the patience the gentleman behind the counter showed at answering all the questions that was throwed his way.

Saved me from buying a new car. Mechanic there let me know my 2012 Velosters engine was shot and needed to be replaced. Even though the Hyundai engine recall didnt cover that model, the mechanic gave me enough information/talking points to go to the dealership with that they replaced the engine for free. I took the car in for wheel bearings to be replaced.

Customer service sucks. Do not go here. Read the reviews ahead of time.The owner/ manager/mechanic whoever he is has added fake 5 star reviews on here to try and pad the awful rating they have.. Called to make an appointment, the guy on the phone said he’d take me in at 5:30, drove from Marietta and got there at 5:30 to see all the doors closed and got turned away. Waste of time and very unprofessional on the phone to begin with. Avoid this place. They clearly don’t care about your business so you shouldn’t care about their joke of a business.

I would never recommend anyone take their car here. I have spent $900 in the last month and I am having to take my car somewhere else to get the same thing fixed that they claimed they fixed. Every time they said they fixed something another thing broke on my car. This is so disappointing. You think they would care enough to do what they said they would do to make sure that my family is safe while driving but it seems to be that they just want to scam you out of your money.

Truly awful people. My husband just went in for an oil change and left with a 400 dollar bill. He agreed to have his brake pads exchanged because he was quoted at a reasonable price. This was NOT The price on the bill when he picked his car up. I want to think it was a harmless miscommunication on their part but instead of apologizing and making it right they accused him of lying. Be glad it was my husband you dealt with and not me! When I called to speak to someone I was spoken to in a condescending tone and hung up on. This place is a trainwreck. Would have known that if we read the previous reviews. We won’t be back.

MANAGER TOLD MY FIANCE SHE NEEDED A SPANKING FOR BEING BAD AND NOT BRINGING HIM FOOD.. The manager (who didnt know was the manager when I called about it) first asked what she looked like and nothing about the employee that harassed her. He then went on to defend himself for his actions by saying he was just joking around and that I needed to stop being insecure. Not once did he apologize for his behavior with my fiance and only apologized for how she took it. When I told him that was no way to talk to a lady he merely got defensive and said call corporate if you want, they dont own this store. He also said that if she didnt like it then she should have said something to her herself so obviously she was fine with it insinuating that she enjoyed being harassed by some creep and that it was her responsibility to stop it and not his to never do it in the first place.. THIS IS THE KIND OF BEHAVIOR THAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM THIS LOCATION.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE OR DEAL WITH JACKSON!!!!!!!!!!I called 2 days ago and spoke with Jackson in reference to a tune up and oil change. He asked if I had a 4cylinder or 6 cylinder.  I told him I wasnt sure but I would be in 1st thing Friday morning. I was the 1st person to arrive and after looking at my car and gathering information he told me I had a 6cylinder and that everything total would be $263. I agreed and he took the car back. Shortly after he tried to sell me an upcharge for an air filter for 30$ and I said no thank you.  After about an HOUR of having my car he then came back with a new price of $589. I said no thank you ill go somewhere else and asked for my keys back. He then said well we already did the oil change and its $70. I always get my oil change done at the Precision on cobb Pkwy and it is always $40. Jackson never told me the correct price before working on my car and I feel taken advantage of because I am a female and dont know about cars. I agreed to pay 40$ for the oil change however he never released my keys. Cops were called and I was forced to pay $70 even tho I was quoted a different price. I also never received a proof of service sheet that i get each time my car is worked on. I even called the Precision on cobb Pkwy in which Jackson spoke too to verify my information and confirm that is my normal price. The Precision on Cobb Pkwy said this place is Franchise and that they are scamming and to not let them work onmy car. Jackson said o well I was mis informed on the price. I said well if you were mis informed thats not my fault thats your business.  I REPEAT DO NOT PAY 1 SINGLE PENNY HERE.

Disappointing Customer Service. The lady at the desk was on the phone 5 mins prior to assisting me. And when she did assist me there was no greeting just what do you need as a introduction. I asked about tire rotation with a oil change that they have advertised and she said, they dont offer it and even if they did they dont have time for that today. I was appalled at the unprofessionalism. And she even had the nerve to ask what am I going to decide as if me asking normal questions was an inconvenience to her. I couldnt believe it. I just had her give me back my keys and told her to have a better day. Went less than 5 miles away to #Firestone and the customer service was amazing. I was immediately greeted. Made me feel like I was a asset and even though they were busy I was able to get an appointment. Did I mention they offer free tire rotations if you have there tires. Amazing. I WILL NEVER VISIT PRECISION AUTO TUNE AGAIN. They lost a returning customer all based on the terrible attitude of the woman at the front desk. Attitude makes a difference.

Please don’t go to this place unless you want to be lied to by the owner (mechanic) and staff. I tried several times to get a good diagnostic and couldn’t. They ended up making my situation worst. Please avoid this place at all cost they just want to take your money. I’m not a satisfied customer please listen before it’s too late.

Terrible Customer Service.. Bruce does not know how to talk to customers, very unprofessional.. This location has a ridiculous policy in which they will only do oil changes between 8a-2p if using the oil change service card that was purchased.. No where is that listed on the card.. AND the shop wasn’t even busy.. Nobody was in line, nobody was waiting, no cars were getting serviced.. So why not provide some customer service and assist your customers.. Not only did he hang up on me, he was extremely rude. SAYING he doesn’t care if it’s busy or not, he’s not changing his policy..I would not recommend this location at all! Staff just sitting around but won’t honor an oil change that’s already paid for.. Is Bruce even a manager that he claims to be? Talking to customer like that, I highly doubt it..

I recommend no one comes here this is my 2nd time dealing with them for an oil change, the first time they did my oil change they messed up my hood latch and they did not informed me that there was an issue with my latch, the next day I tried to open my hood it wouldn’t open so I called them politely and told them that there was an issue with my hood, the lady on the phone told me to take it to a body shop WOW!Now I resolved the issue and needed an oil change and gave them a second chance to work on my car they got the problem resolved but broke my cable line to my hood and did not let me know anything.

Sidney Harris the store manager lacks professionalism and basic manners. I received a brake inspection and was told that the price would be deducted from the service. However after they performed the service and asked if I’d like the service I said I would and I was on my way to get the parts (like I always do at other precision tune locations) they stated I had to use there parts and it would be around $500 for the front rotors and brakes. That’s when he became very rude after I declined and I called the other precision auto tune (I typically go to the location on Cobb Parkway by Walmart great people and customer service) they said they would do it for $150 in labor and to bring my parts (like I always do) it came out to about $300. That’s where I just dropped my car off at. They also were supposed to check out something else I’ve been dealing with and I asked if they investigated that and was told no it would be another $20. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION GO TO COBB PARKWAY excellent customer service and very kind people who truly care about providing a quality service and not just how many charges they can rack up.

I went here for the first time a couple months which was a good first impression, then I decided to continue going to them. The experience got worse and worse. The first thing was that I got quoted over the phone for a battery. I decided to go with them and I drove all the way from union city. Well, apparently the boy behind the counter quoted me on a wrong battery, which ended up being a couple hundred dollars more. I didnt get it and they didnt even try and rectify the situation.The second issue was that I needed a new part that the engine check light showed. Before even inspecting, he quoted me a huge amount of money that I eventually got fixed for a third of the price.Its like they reel you in and price gouge you to death later. Never again.

They will fix one thing & break the next, I took my car the first time to get oil change, HOOD WOULDNT OPEN AFTER. I called, they advised me to look else where for that problem to be fixed as if they weren’t the last to be under my hood. So I put it behind me & decided to go again for tuneup & now the hood is broken again. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS UP THERE. Call them to address a problem & see if they care.

If you want MORE problems than you came in with, this is the place for you! They lure you in for a cheap oil change, but you stay to fix the plethora of problems that manifest as soon as they close the car hood. My last experience here was years ago but I keep hearing horror stories from friends and neighbors who took a gamble and paid big time. If you value your time, money, and car - do yourself a favor and drive the extra couple minutes to the next oil change shop.

I was here for an oil change early December; it was my third visit to this location for a routine change.Today I started leaking oil, so I went back and asked for them to check it because I thought maybe a bolt was missing on the oil pan. A few months ago I came here for an oil change and they over filled it by a lot. I had my dad take my truck back to get it fixed and to talk to them and they over filled it again and then they finally got it right the third time. I wanted to give them a second chance and so yesterday I went back over there about 30 minutes before they closed and they over filled it again so I told them that they put to much oil in my truck and the guy had an attitude and I told them I wanted it fixed and so he said to come back tomorrow. I had to drive to work and back to their shop today with too much oil in my truck and they got it right today, but now I possibly have damage to my truck because my exhaust is smoking. Don’t waste your time and money with this place. Those guys obviously don’t know what they are doing and their customer service skills are very poor.

Horrible experience!!!I brought my car to the shop in excellent condition for an oil change. When I got in my car to leave, I had the check engine light on, as well as the traction control light and the prompter was saying REDUCED ENGINE POWER!, and SERVICE STABILATRAC.I went back in the shop and told the lady behind the desk that my car had all that stuff going on with it that it didnt have when I brought it to the shop. She had actually pulled my car into the bay area so she knew that my car didnt have any problems when she pulled it in, but she immediately lied and said she did see lights on the display when she pulled it in.They pulled my car back in saying that they may have inadvertently disconnected a wire or something while checking the air filter. They then pulled my car back out and said they really didnt check the air filter, they just said that they had. When disputed their claim that my car had just coincidentally experienced what was going on with it, one on the technicians opened the service window and literally threw my keys at me from the bay area across the counter and hit me with my keys.The lady behind the counter gave me an email address for the owner, but I have yet to get a response from the owner.My car was running horribly when I left, but luckily I only stay about a mile or so from the shop. It would not go over 35 mph without stalling out. I ended up having to get a rental car in order to take care of my business for that day and the next morning.I checked YouTube to see what my problem may have been because I figured it had to be something simple, since I had no issues before and all they supposedly did was change the oil. The next day, I ended up noticing a wire that had been pulled slightly from a connector on the throttle body and it fixed my issue.These people are unprofessional, lack integrity, and I wouldnt recommend that you take your vehicle there for any reason. If they even make a mistake and cause a problem with your vehicle, they will deny it, lie about it, and actually become aggressive towards you for having a problem with it.Had they taken just 5 mins to examine the issue that they inadvertently caused instead of denying it, they could have found their mistake and saved me a lot of time, money, and frustration.

I came to Precision Auto Tune to get work done on my brakes. I was told there would be a $40 charge for a brake inspection, but if I decided to get my brakes done, then the $40 would be waived. After the inspection was completed I was told that I did need front and rear brakes, but I was assured that my rotors and other components of my brakes were NOT in need of repair. After brake repairs, and an oil change was completed, I was given an invoice for $275, that I paid in full on that day. Soon after that work was said to be completed, it became apparent that my brakes were still not in full functional condition, and it actually seemed that the issue was in worse condition than before the work was done. I took my car back to the same location, and I was assisted by the same exact associate, Sidney, who I was also informed is the shop manager. I monitored them as they pulled my car in to be re-inspected, and after only literal minutes I was informed by Sidney that I now need rotors and calibers, and I was quoted and additional $435 for that work to be completed. I reminded him that I was there just a couple of days ago, and was assured that I did not need any work done to the rotors, nor were calibers ever mentioned. Sidney then claimed that it was just a “visual” brake inspection performed initially, and that I may just need to get calibers. Please take into consideration that my initial inspection (what he claims to have been a visual inspection) took nearly an hour, and the total time for work to be completed was over 2 hours. It seems hard to justify that within just minutes of my follow up inspection, he was able to determine that I needed rotors and calibers. It was at this point that I felt as though I was being taken advantage of, so I decided to leave. The following day I reached out to obtain the contact information to their corporate office, and had the misfortune of speaking with Sidney again. He was quite rude and refused to assist me. He instructed ne to get the corporate office contact from the back of my receipt, and he promptly ended the call. Unable to find the information on my receipt, I then reached out to another location, and that associate was easily able to give me the contact information as well as two specific representatives that I could speak with. I have reached out to the corporate office, and have left a few messages. Im currently waiting on a response. Be very mindful when getting any repairs at this location.

Great place for service. I was wrong at first and later found the paper I blamed mgmt for not having. So mgmt worked extra hard to accommodate me, they even planned to double check my car for good prompt services. I appreciate this location and the mgmt for being understanding. I went into this shop this afternoon just needing air in my tires. I do have other work I need done on my car, but wanted to get a feel for the shop before taking my car in for any real repairs. When I went in, there were a lot of employees standing by the counter. One person was talking with a client. I waited to be addressed, while the group of guys finished their conversation. Someone else came in behind me. The guy actually sitting behind the counter looked at me and said She will be with you in a minute and walked into the garage with the group of guys. I waited for the lady behind the counter to be finished with the client that she was working with. When she was finally finished, she asked me how she could help me. I told her I needed my air pressure checked. She said hold on and ran into the garage. She came back in and asked me if I had used them before. I told her no. She then told me that he wouldnt do it because I wasnt a regular. Then followed it with Dont shoot the messenger!I will never be a regular client. These people are rude and unprofessional.

Absolutely dreadful. They advertise a $17.95 oil change and Ive brought my own oil in many times before and was charged the same price with no issues. I was OK w/ the price. I went in today and they man behind the counter rudely said we dont do that anymore and just stood there. I politely told him that Ive been here many times before and there never was an issue and he said we dont do that anymore.I asked why that would be since they actually dont even have to use their own oil for my oil change and he, even more rudely, said we dont do that anymore and walked away. This place has horrible customer service. Ive done business with them once and it was just ok . I stopped today to get air in my tire. The owner (extremely over large buy) was so rude. The air machine was accessible and no one was using it. He keep stating we are busy (but they were not). When I mentioned I could do it myself since it was next to me he became even more rude. I stated Ive done business here before and this is how you treat customers, he replied I dont care I will NEVER go here again and I will not recommend this place to anyone

DO NOT GO HERE! I wish that there will be an option for 0 stars one day because I will come back just to give this location just that. The employees are so unprofessional and incompetent. My boyfriend took his car here for an oil change one day and first off:1.) The guy (THE MANAGER!) did not even greet us in such a way that seemed as if he wanted our business.2.) We had a number change and when he asked for our name we gave it to him and he was in such an uncaring rush that he did not even change the number to the correct one, so while we were waiting on a phone call, which was about 3 hours, that we did not receive. We finally called before they closed because we were concerned that it would take that long to complete an oil change and the MANAGER answered. We were trying to figure out what happened and he said that he called the number that was listed and no one picked up. [Mind you, we gave the change number earlier!] So we were trying to come and get our car and he completely told us that WE COULD NOT PICK UP OUR VEHICLE because the system was turned off and that HE COULD NOT do anything about it and hung up the phone.My boyfriend did not have his car for the next day to go to work and inconvenienced him for that day!We had to go up there to get the car and a young woman was at the desk. We tried to explain the situation to her and she completely dismissed the situation. Telling us that we should go ahead and pay the fee (one which was not even advertised) and said that we should do it before the manager came in so we wouldn’t upset him!!!!! WOWDon’t come here. I went in to get an oil change and that’s literally all they did. Apparently I paid for the basic oil change and that means they don’t check fluid levels. I asked if I could pay the difference for them to look at the fluid and the cashier went to ask the boss. He comes out there and say NO. His workers went on break. He advised me to go down to Advance Auto Parts and purchase is there. He said my workers are on break.... he better be glad I decided not to curse him out... very piss poor service.

I went to Precision Tune on April 6, 2013 for a Premium Oil Change. This is when they top off your fluids and do a detailed oil change. On my way to school, April 24, 2013, my engine blew. The mechanics that looked at my engine said there were no fluids in the car. I called Precision on April 29 and they agreed to get the car towed to them. They informed me they did nothing wrong and I needed a new engine. I brought this car because it had a new engine in it. I have been reaching out to the owner and she is never there. The last time I called to speak with her was Tuesday May 21. I feel the owner is avoiding me and being very unprofessional. This is very unprofessional and someone should have called me or returned my calls. This has been going on for almost a month now.

Horrible Experience. PLEASE DONOT GO TO THIS PLACE. VERY HORRIBLE PLACE. Worst place for any vehicle service. They are liars and cheaters. Attitude sucks to say the least. They bait and switch in your face. I had to call Smyrna police to rescue me because they would not honor the $38.95 for oil change that was clearly displayed in a big banner in front of their shop. Instead they wanted to charge me $57.00. When I asked the reason for the difference they told me that I should have known that there is a charge for the filter. That was never disclosed to me at the beginning. The worst part was that he was more interested in playing whatever game he had on his phone when he was checking me in. When I asked that it should have been disclosed to me before proceeding with the oil change, the man at the front desk, I believe his name is Ini wanted to fight me. I strongly believe he does not belong in the customer service sector. He should be working somewhere behind the scene. He seized my credit card and would not give it to me until I got Smyrna police involved. Very unprofessional and would never go back there again. I will make sure all my contacts know about this. They dont earn a single star in this review but I had to be able to post it. Otherwise they earn ZERO from me.

I wont be going back to this place. I went for an oil change and while checking out the man sitting behind the desk was rude and told me to smile. I also specifically said I needed more air in my tires, and they said its included in the oil change, but they didnt do it. It makes me wonder if they do everything else they are supposed to (and that they charge for) with an oil change like topping off fluid levels, checking and replacing filters, etc. The last time I was there two employees got into a shouting match in the garage that could be heard in the waiting area. Was a 5 star review now is a 1. I had been going to them for years. Last time I went they didnt screw the oil filter on tightly and I lost a LOT of oil. Brought it back the next day, and they lied straight to my face. They told me it wasnt oil that leaked it was a leak in my rack and pinion. I asked them to refill the oil but because they claimed it was not oil they refused to top me off. Instead they offered to fix my rack and pinion for $900!!! I took my car home and looked underneath to see for myself. They didnt even bother to clean the oil!! It was still dripping off the filter and pooling onto the bumper! I drained the oil because at this point I lost all trust and sure enough, there were barely two quarts in there. Absolute scum.

I noticed the guy will give you a high price and when you are about to leave then he will ask whats your price. Ive seen people walk away. If you get the owner all is well. I forget his name, but his pictures are on the wall. He has actually saved me money by spending about 20 minutes analyzing scan codes from my car. Another shop told me I needed a catalytic converter. He said that the codes can be hard to diagnose, so he jumped on the internet and started researching. 20 minutes later I only needed one oxygen sensor. A difference of about $1000. Have gone there repeatedly for oil changes and lots of work. One note - if you get there and the boss is NOT there, then you need to know your stuff. The regular staff are simply not as knowledgeable as the owner. This is not unusual for auto repair places.Ive moved now, or else I would still be taking my car here.

HORRIBLE!!! Do not come to this location they over charge you and try to get you to pay for things you don’t need. Unprofessional and slow especially the big guy who seems to be in charge. Did not do my oil change properly then tried to charge me again for the oil change. Save your money and go to the location in Marietta on cobb pkwy Daryl is the BEST!!!

Unfortunately i have to eat my words and change my review. I have always gone to Precision, across many cities. This is the worst as far as competence. Ive spent many dollars here and my car is still messed up. Theyve miss diagnosed problems and been dishonest. I tried to be fair and give them the benefit of the doubt, but Id rather save others the headache and finances. Such a shame.

Horrible, horrible, horrible experience at this place and the worst part is, I was told not to go there and still went anyway! I dropped my car off 3 hours before they closed and the sales rep at the counter treated me as if I was a ghost because he didn’t even so much as look at me. I walked in and asked how he was doing and when he finally did speak to me he asked for my phone number and asked if I had been there before. I said I had, but I gave him my current number because that’s the one I was assuming he’d contact and then because he couldn’t find me, he looked me up by name. He never asked to verify my information and me being naive I thought maybe he’d just update my phone number seeing as how he didn’t say anything other than, “You know that’s synthetic oil, right?” He asked for my keys, provided no further information and I left my car in his hands thinking it would be fine. I left to run some errands and started to wonder why it was taking so long so I called the store to ask if it was ready. I understand the store was closed and I honestly would’ve even understood him not answering the phone, but to my surprise he answered and proceeded to very rudely tell me that I provided him with the wrong number and that I must pick my car up in the morning. I work at 4:30am! He offered no assistance and then hung up on me saying he couldn’t offer me any further options as he was leaving. The next day I called the corporate office to file a complaint and of course they didn’t answer. They called back and said the DM would contact me, which of course hasn’t happened yet. I went to pick up my car and the girl at the counter was also unprofessional in handling things and actually to my face told me, “Corporate isn’t gonna do anything.” It was handled extremely unprofessionally. It’s my fault for not listening to the advice not to go there. Don’t waste your time at all. Never, ever again.

My husband brought my car in for the brakes to be done. The person who was working our on car put out lug nuts in incorrectly and it stripped 4 out of the 5 bolts we found this out when the tire came off. Needless to say it was a pricey fix. Don’t expect them to be receptive about their shoddy work. We contacted them the next day about the situation and we were told the owner was in China and wouldn’t be back for months. Lesson learned. Go elsewhere.

If I could give the fat slob -5 stars I would. One thing I hate is a freaking crooked dishonest person. I got an oil change recently and liked the service. So I went back because my car battery kept dying overnight. He checked it out and said it was the alternator was overcharing my battery and I needed a new one. Then he said my battery was going to explode..smh. then he said he ran a Diagnosis on my engine, which he had no business doing. He said my cars needs 4000 worth of work!! Long story short he tried charging me 650 to change the alternator..CTFU. I left changed the battery and the alternator myself to come to find out its a parasitic draw. Whats messed up about it is that I came to be help not ripped off. I hope you choke on them cigarettes you love smoking in your shop. Karma is coming your way.

Never again. Our family used to faithfully take our vehicles to Ronnie at this shop for everything. He was honest, affordable and never once did I feel the need to question their integrity. Welp! Ladies and Gentlemen, Ronnie has left the building. Everything about my most recent experience there says it will be my last.We took my car there for a simple tune up. Not only was it complete less than an hour and a half after dropping it off, they did only a portion of the job. When I brought the car back to diagnose what they did to my now spitting and sputtering poor car (never did this prior), they wanted to charge me to look at it. Then, told me it was going to cost almost double what I was quoted initially to finish the job they never completed. Additionally, when I returned to retrieve my car, the manager was arguing with another customer about what sounded like a similar issue. This customer was ahead of me as we headed out the store. He was quite upset. Suddenly, the manager started charging up behind me as fast as his little hamhocks could carry him. He was screaming something about him going to jail repeatedly. I WAS TERRIFIED! I thought this person was coming after me, as I decided to take my car elsewhere.I quickly pushed the door open to run from this questionably unstable person. He started screaming over my shoulder at the other customer. The person told him to not get any closer or he would shoot him! Granted, I dont fully know what transpired between the two. However, I was caught between two people in a situation that could have easily got violent. I was scared to death!All because I brought my car back to have them diagnose what they did to screw up my car. Do not take your car here and expect honest, quality and above all safe service.

Went in for an Oil change and for them to check fluids and tire rotation. Mechanic brought the car back within 5 minutes. I know he didnt check any of those and I doubt he actually did the oil change properly. Receptionist was unprofessional.

This place has lost my business. I called for the price of a repair and was quoted $930. In desperation I called several other places who gave me estimated costs ranging from $275-$330. They tried to bilk me for $650. I strongly recommend that you dont take your car there.

These guys tried to screw me over with my oil change. So let me tell you a little story for some context. I work on my personal cars at the house in my mini shop at home. I have the work from on own oil changing station and to a bunch of air tool and things like that. To sum it up, I know how to work on cars. I recently bought a new used car off a family friend that needed work at a reasonable price. I have already swapped out the multiple parts and got it running pretty nice but there was one thing I couldnt do which was removed the oil filter. For the life of me I tried for two days straight. I bought multiple tool to try to remove it but no luck so I eventually gave up and went to this shop. I needed a simple oil change, which is a super quick job. All you have to do is drain the oil and swap the filter and add new oil, extremely easy. So I go to the shop and get the oil changed because I was told the labor would be the same if they simply just removed my filter which was the only problem I had with the car. I found it was weird they didnt use my filter but I just brushed it off at first and complied. When I got my car back I ask the mechanic did he hand tighting the filter because I couldnt get the thing off and he confusedly said yes. I ask him what did you to get the filter off and he pointed to a large pair of pilers that now I think about couldnt get to the filter if it wanted too. When I made it at home I hopped back under my car to see if they change the oil filter which is liver of a car and it was the same filter I been staring at for the past two days. I knew it was the same fliter because I damaged the outer shell with my oil filter wench. I quickly went back and made them stick in new filter in my car and the imbecile quickly did with a totally different tool that he originally claimed he did and try to offer a free oil change. These guy use the wrong oil and skimp on a dollar filter. Dont trust these guy and go somewhere else.

Warning! I went in for an oil change and when I got home I noticed a rough idle. I opened the hood and they had left the oil cap off! Even worse...I could not find it. When I went back...I was told...oh man...sorry...the technician was just busy. Sorry...doesnt cut it. What if it had been my mom? This is not a 99% business. The systems put in place here are not adequate to trust. Very disappointing.

I wish it was a way I could give this horrible I dont even have words to describe this place any stars at all... They charged us one price for the Job that they did. Once it was time to pick up our vehicle they jacked the price up by $200 extra dollars... not to mention the car only worked one day after they so called fixed it... so now we are out of $1,000 dollars and no car!!!!! Then on top of all of this they knew that our car had high mileage, and the gasket wasnt supposed to be repaired with the high mileage because it would put to much pressure on the other gaskets... we had no knowledge about it until afterwards!!!! So they knowingly took our money and now we are out of a car and money!!!!!!! Please dont go here find some where else to go.....

Prices to high. Very rude. Unprofessional and unexperienced mechanics. Mechanic strip the screw on my tire and didn’t take full responsibility for it. Thank god im loyal to tire discount the rembuirsed me for the 95 dollar that was charged for the screw change. By the way for a brake change it was as $501 for a Jeep Liberty 2012. 👎🏽🖕🏽 Don’t recommend this place. Waste of time with long waits.

So i went to this one and they quoted me a price of 40 for the car for a synthetic oil change. When it was finished they charged me 60 quoting the filter was a specialty item. (It cost me 10 dollars at autozone) i come to find out later that they over tightened the oil filter way over spec and i cannot remove it with normal tools. Never going there again.

1.0 star rating7/29/2016LONG REVIEW WARNING!!!! BUT this will save someone!!!!This started with a simple replacing of front rotors and front brakes. An estimate of 1 hour was quoted to me. I was first to arrive at 7:30 since they open at 8 AM. I got in expecting to be right out...So at 11:30 AM I began to question what was going on. Well apparently the Tech that did the back brakes (In record time mind you 45 minutes) and recommended the rotor replacement in the front had apparently put the front wheels too tight. So this Tech could not get them off and bent my studs - Problem #1They explain this to me and I agree to allow them to replace the studs at their cost.Moments later I hear banging. A hammer is being used to knock the old studs out and not an impact wrench -Problem #2By the way as opposed to removing the hub they are doing this work with the vehicle on the lift and essentially rattling my hub loose with every blow!!! - Problem #3Now the Tech begins to put the new studs on the lifted vehicle by hand with the same hammering method I am appalled and point out to him that shouldnt that be done with hub removed from the vehicle? He answers that if he does them one at a time that he can get them in through the clearing in the dust cover. You would not believe the look on my face when I saw this! - Problem #4I go to work and await a call saying that my vehicle is ready that never comes. I call them at 4:30 PM asking if my vehicle is ready. Long story short I am waiting there at 6:20 PM for the Tech to finish my car. He says it is ready and I drive off.I removed the cap from my wheel only to find TWO LUG NUTS rolling around inside the cap!!!! The next day the lugs are loose again. Forced to stop at another shop I pull the cap and their Tech tells me that there is nothing that can be done because my studs are in crooked!!!!A day and a half later the owner call and agrees to fix their mistakes!!.At 6:35 PM I was told that it was finished and began to drive it off of the parking lot when I heard grinding.Now I was on the main road at this point when I realized that I had no brakes whatsoever!!! Every light on my dash came on!!! ABS, Traction Control and Service Drive Stability all came on and bells were sounding!!! None of these were a problem. .I coasted to a stop by pulling uphill and proceeded to crawl back to the Precision Tune location. I got there as the Tech was about to leave. I explained to him what had just occurred and he said that it couldnt be from any of the work that they had performed?!?! He then said that he would need to look at it the next day and bleed the brake system.I was called yesterday at about 9:30 AM and told my vehicle was ready only to test drive it and find EVERY WARNING LIGHT ON and the wheels grinding. I now need new hubs because as Cadillac told any Tech should know that these hubs are not serviceable!!!

Ive been coming here for years, they changed ownership and everything has gone down hill from there. I came in this morning to get oil change and was told to come back because staff didnt show up. Horrible customer service, I have still came here 3 times after I noticed ownership changed and Everytime without failing I see people argue to the manager about job wasnt done right and they would not fix the problem, they charged over price, and people saying they will never come back here after being dedicated customers to this locations for years as myself. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!
