AH-MAZING Location!!! Hands down the best car service ever experienced! I was running late to pick up my daughter and Brandon saved the day! Definitely coming back to these guys, fixed up my wheel and tire in no time at all! Can’t recommend enough! Theses store just removed too, so take advantage of the cleanliness!!!

Since 2013 I moved in Smyrna area, This is the place I go back to for my car needs. Very reliable and staffs are very knowledgeable and friendly . Even I had flat tire, they are ready for me the next day. They price match too. Every time I need air on my tire, I stop by there. Manager Josh, he will always take care the issues! Thank you guys!

Omg where do I begin. I scheduled an appointment the prior day before to get two tires changed. Came in about 20-30 early. The lady at the front desk was nice and very professional (light skinned or Hispanic lady) I was told there would be almost 3 hour wait. So having an appointment doesn’t mean anything. Ok so I waited. 2 1/2 hours later the tech came out and told me he could not get the tire off car. I thought that was very weird because I never had any problems with getting tire off car. I left the wheel lock in the front seat of the car so I know that couldn’t have been the issue. So after sitting there for over 2 hours no tires was ever changed. I purchased the two tires and went to a used tire place the next morning to see if he could change the tires.IT ONLY TOOK HIM 3 MINUTES to take both tires off the car, I was shocked. Needless to say I will never go back to Mavis again. That was my first and last time going there.

Mavis tire and Brakes are the very best . I come only to this establishment because of the professional, knowledgeable, friendly and their experience in the auto business . I understand there are labor shortages but even though I checked in for my appointment early, I had to wait almost 2 hours before they could get to my car. They were remiss in accepting the appointment and then not honoring the schedule. It seemed they were taking others ahead of me and then not prioritizing my simple (quick) repair. I have always had a good experience here but that certainly was not the case today. I hope they can get back on track.

Came in as early as possible with a nail in the tire and the gentleman who helped me was on a shift by himself. I had the expectation of being here until lunch.... he had me in and out in 45 minutes with a problem free tire and excellent service. Thank you for the great service and disposition!

Ive used this service several times its my favorite place to go it saves a lot of time I love that they are linked with Amazon so I can order the tires that I need for my car to be replaced in a timely manner appointments are always quick and they even let you squeeze in a couple additional services like an oil change on top of your appointment when you arrive.👍🏽👍🏽

I’ve come here three times and they haven’t given me any troubles. Their service is time efficient and they take great care of my car which is 15+ years old lol. I just moved to the area about a year ago and I only come here. I hope they keep up the great work!Kim is at the front and she’s great at keeping it real and keeping you informed of what’s happening with your car! You have to hassle some people to cover the basis, but not Kim. At least not from my experience with her.

I have been here several times as I own 2 cars. The customer service is amazing! The manger Connie was great having much knowledge about the tires that needed to go in my high end car. I have had complementary air put in my tires and the staff is more then accommodating!

I’ve been going here for a year and Connie has been THE best not only with her super polite and welcoming presence, but with her knowledge and answering any questions I’ve had truthfully. Most places would have done what you asked them to do without telling you how much the job would cost. I went in today to get my oil change and brakes. Instead of just changing the oil, Connie took the time to find out the exact oil needed for my car and let me know that it would cost over a hundred bucks which I was unaware of and I would have to wait for the oil to be ordered. It’s the extra steps that make the difference between Connie at Mavis and other places I’ve been. Thanks Connie!!

Poor experience! Had an appointment today at 8:00 am for an alignment. At 8:40 am, the guy told me that he couldnt service my car because he doesnt have a rack for me. I am confused. I had an appointment. I wasnt a walk in. I asked him why was I given an appointment if he couldnt service my car at the appointed time. He stated, it happens like that sometimes and he would call another location to see if they are available. Needless to say, I didnt get my car serviced today. Highly disappointed! I heard bad things about this location, but I wanted to see for myself. Well, I saw.

Super disappointed. I took my vehicle in yesterday for an alignment and tire rotation. They advised they could not rotate due to the front tires needing replacement. So, we did and they put the new tires on the back and back tires on the front. I got my vehicle back and it was shaking terribly. Took it back the next day only to find the front tires also need replacement. The Tech advised it was his fault for missing it. Had to buy 2 new tires and balancing. No apology, no discount, and what happened to the $100 alignment I paid for the day before? The lady at the front desk was rude and unwilling to speak to the manager even after I made a request.

I am very grateful for Mavis getting g my tire fixed instead of trying to sell me a new one when I didnt need it. I will come back for sure when I do need new tires. Special thanks to Dante for getting me done before school pickup!

The staff at this location was extremely polite, couteous, prompt, and attentive. I needed an alignment completed after the machine at another location needed repairs. Not only did they schedule me immediately, but they had me in and out in 30 minutes. My car drives perfectly. Thank you so much for making what was a somewhat stressful moment for me so easy and pleasant!

Honestly, just great! They gave me an estimated wait time and called me within minutes of it for me to come collect, and they didnt try to push a sale or over exaggerate issues. Ill definitely be making it my regular shop.

If you don’t know how to check behind them DO NOT GO to any of the Smyrna locations. They left the oil cap off, misplaced our lug wrench for the tires, left a bulb out of the socket and the second Mavis we went too did not notice the oil cap was off. I only found out because I decided not to go with Mavis again after having trouble with both locations. Had I not taken my car to a better shop I would have broken down at some point because of their mistake. They spoke to me as if it was my fault for not noticing but obviously if I don’t do work on my car I wouldn’t look under the hood and it’s not our primary car. They handled it poorly…instead of offering to replace it. They could have done more damage and I have to now find out if their careless error has ruined our engine.Mavis: next time- acknowledge your mistake rather than being surprised someone else didn’t catch it, train your staff to do better ans if you find an oil cap that was left off so your due diligence and call the customers you had that day before leaving them in a potentially dangerous situation for which you would be responsible. The part would have cost you $8 to replace. Nothing compared to being responsible for an engine…

Extremely disappointed at this location. I have been coming to this location for a good minute and I do understand and respect they are under staff.. However I got here at 7:30 AM today I was literally the first person to arrive and I was also literally the first person to walk through the door but yet its 12 o’clock and my vehicle has not been serviced …. everybody who came after me have gotten your vehicle service and I’m still sitting here!!!

Josh was the most professional and helpful human that I’ve ever encountered in a place like Mavis Tires and Brakes. He went above and beyond his job description to help me and my unique situation. Connie was working the front desk and was very pleasant, kind and professional as well. They are running this very busy location all by themselves and I can only imagine how stressful that must be but yet you could never tell on the amazingness of the service they provide. Recently I had to replace two tires after an accident. I called Mavis and talked with Connie who immediately took care of me. Not only did I need new tires but I also needed a front end alignment. Connie was super nice and took care of everything very fast. She was very personable and professional. I was very impressed with the entire operation.

I had to come back twice for service after being told the first day when I had an appointment about the staffing shortage. She took me in the next day as scheduled and got me on my way.

Brought in my SUV with a nail in the tire a few days ago and despite short staffing were able to patch it the same day for no charge! Really nice staff and great service. Very dissatisfied. I took my car in for a tire repair, rotation and oil change. The very next day the same tire in the same location on the car was flat. This means that my tire was not repaired nor was the rotation done in the 3.5 hours that they had my car. The next day, I marked my tire. They fixed the repair and still did not rotate the tires.Front desk staff are nice but the backend are not reliable. Josh made sure to accommodate me in getting the repair fixed.

Went to this location for 3 issues with my vehicle. Connie at the front desk was awesome! She listened to my concerns. Even though they were busy, they were able to get my vehicle in and out is a reasonable amount of time. Another mechanic assisted my sister with her tire pressure as well. Ive had one of my cars worked on several times at the Mavis on South Cobb. But today, they didnt want my money. I reserved a set of 4 RV tires online and set up a 2pm appointment. I even called ahead and confirmed that they could do the work. I showed up an hour early and I was told they couldnt replace the tires for safety reasons. I tried to explain that they could replace one at a time and always have 3 tires on the ground. They were afraid of it falling off of the jack. Not really an issue. At the same time a technician was working on replacing dually tires on a truck. it was jacked up on the center of the rear axle. All tires were off...looked unsafe as hell. They were just too busy and a man short to take care of a repeat customer. Whats the point of having a reservation system if youre just going to overload your staff and not take care of customers who prepared ahead of time.

Absolutely a ripoff company. Taking advantage of young women selling them work the dont need and over charging them for it. 2000.00 dollars for a break job. 250 for thermostat. Avoid these crooks at all cost. They have destroyed our car.

And with all the construction thats always going on throughout Atlanta, the tire insurance is worth very penny as youre going to pick up a nail or screw in your tire somewhere.

The manager Josh was really nice and took really good care of me. I got there right at opening at 8am and was done at 9:20am. I think that was a good time for getting 4 new tires. The facility was clean and the guy at the front counter kept me updated on my car. My only suggestion is that they should wipe down/disinfect the customers steering wheel, gear shift, and door handle before returning the car to the customer. Lucky for me I always disinfect after getting my car serviced but I know that some people dont think about this. Anyway, I drove from Gwinnett and passed by several Mavis Tires just to go to this location on South Cobb because I heard good things and they took care of me the last time I got new tires.

I thought they did a good job on the repairs! I liked that they showed me the issues on the car before making repair suggestions. The only thing I did not like, was that when I was checking out, I was told that I would get 20% off by using their credit card, which would have been almost $200 off of my costly repairs. However, when the customer service rep gave me the receipt, she only took off about $45! I would not have taken out a line of credit for that tiny discount... Just be honest!

I have been using this location as my service provider for many years. Jeff was a great manager back then, I can go farther but I will just talk about my most recent encounters, this location does great work, they are timely and proficient. Josh, Connie, Brandon are great customer service reps, I dont know many of the mechanics but they are friendly and dont mind answering questions when I ask...Great team at this location!!!

Called asked if they could do the brakes on my truck (explained we had taken it apart and got the parts, only to find out the auto parts store had sold us the wrong parts)...they said yes they could do it. I had the truck towed there and in the morning when I called (they hadnt bothered to call me) they said since we had taken it apart they wouldnt fix it...the manager was very rude and short with me. Had to pay for another tow to a different shop, who fixed it the same day.

Our battery died in the parking lot and Glenn at the front desk went out of his way to help us jump it off! We appreciated it so much the staff was very friendly!

Price changes once they have your car and keys. Been to 2 different Mavis locations and both of them try to tack hidden fees or change agreed upon rates after theyve already gotten my vehicle. Shady company all around. Look elsewhere.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would! We took our 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee there to get an oil change in December. All of a sudden this week white smoke started coming out of the exhaust. My husband opened the hood to check the oil, and the oil cap was missing! He found it lodged near the fuse box! It was also very low on oil. They had one job to do, a simple one at that...and they couldn’t do it right. I have never changed the oil in my car myself, but I do know to put the cap back on!

Tires shake at 65 mph... They just cant seem to get it right. Dont want to spend a whole day testing and taking my car back over and over. Just want it done right the first time.
