We took in a minivan for an inspection before purchasing it private party. Miguel did an amazing and very thorough inspection, walking me through all of the major and minor issues with the car. It was super quick and easy to get in and out and I would definitely use them again.

Great locally owned tire shop, always friendly with relatively speedy service. Been coming here for years. Only complaint is the TV is always on either Fox News or some country music garbage. If that bothers you, bring some headphone or earplugs and a book or find somewhere else to wait besides the lobby. If it doesnt, then consider this a five star review.

Had two tires mounted, when I picked up my truck I asked if the TPS system was clear they said no. One of your tires had been filled with foam tire repair and it killed the sensor. They never bothered to ask if I wanted it replaced when they already had the tire off.

Went and did a tire rotation there. Unless they have changed the way tires are ROTATED the put the drivers side rear on the drivers side front. Not ROTATED. But they do them for free so I guess you get what you pay for.

Always friendly enough, and they’re very straightforward. They’ve never done anything extra without asking, and their price range is very reasonable for someone like me who doesn’t make very much money. All in all a good experience!

About 2 years ago I purchased 2 sets of tires for my vehicles from Tire World in Murfreesboro ( Broad) . The cost was about $1400.00 for the 2 sets. The problems came after purchasing. terrible customer service at all locations, Memorial, Broad and Smyrna.1st incident. Return my Infiniti to the Broad Street store for an tire rotation after making an appointment online. Waited nearly 2 hours to get my vehicle. Then was told by the manager “ We don’t do appointments on Sat”2nd Incident: Memorial:Drop my Nissan Frontier off for Tire Rotation the night before. Arrived to get my Truck, Manager says “ we didn’t have time to get to it today, we’re have a huge at cost tire sale” . We close in an hour.3rd Incident: Smyrna : Across from Nissan ( Sept. 18th. )Drop my Nissan Frontier off 6 am, watched a worker come out before opening and retrieve keys from night drop box. I continue to fill out the form for drop off. Dropped my keys in the box, WALKED to work . Return at the end of my shift on a Friday (4pm ), walk from work again. As I approached the store, I noticed my vehicle was still parked in the same spot as this morning. I walk into the store, told the guys I’m here to get my Truck, I dropped it off for Oil Change and tire rotation. He states we don’t have your invoice, when you leave it. This morning, my keys are in the drop box. We walk out, he unlocks box, there lay my keys. A day wasted . I’ll never return to any of these locations for Nothing. I was offered a free oil change upon return, but that’s no gonna happen. It’s his words against mine that this was said. My money spends everywhere in this county. I can’t wait till the FIRESTONE opens next door to this location. Take your Business elsewhere.

Dropped my car off on Tuesday night after hours Allen had it in the garage and diagnosed the problem by 7:45am Wednesday morning. Ordered the part I needed and kept my car there until the part came in Friday morning. The part came in and an hour later we got the call it was ready. Car is running the best it has ever since I got it. Awesome staff. Awesome service. Very honest and there for your safety. Hands down an easy 5 star rating.

Paid for alignment, tire was inflated to 70psi, I deflated back to 35psi, car pulled to the right again. Had it checked on their alignment machine, tech even said it pulled to the right after the recheck, blamed it on my tires. Tires are brand new. Returned to discount tire (where I purchased tires prior to alignment) for a rotation and balance. Still pulls to the right. Was talked to as if I had no knowledge about what was going on, I have knowledge due to past experience and work in the field. I will not return for any service. (Smyrna location)

My wife and I were in Tennessee visiting our kids and grand kids when our cars check engine light and two other warning lights came on. Our car started missing badly and would not accelerate over 30 mph. I debated where to take my car for service, but after reading the glowing reviews for Tire World in Smyrna, I decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed! I was greeted by Tim upon entering the lobby. After I explained my problem and shared that I needed to get back to Ohio by the following day, Tim told me they would do their best. He touched base with me every step of the way during the diagnosis and repair process, sharing information, asking for my input, and providing costs. In two hours my vehicle was repaired at a very reasonable cost. I returned to Ohio the next day, and my car performed beautifully. I cannot express how grateful I am for the professional, expert service that I received. Tim and his technicians are amazing men of integrity and skill. In my humble opinion you will not find a better shop to have your car serviced . (And, oh yes, while I was waiting on my repair, a number of women came in to have their cars serviced. They were all treated with respect and dignity and given the same courteous, caring service that I received. I believe this speaks volumes about the employees at Tire World in Smyrna.) Many might wonder about pricing since it isnt listed on their site but I spent less for two tires here than I ever have at Wal-Mart. Tires look better quality too. Got me done fast. My Dad had taken his van to Bennetts in Smyrna because there was a bumping sound coming from under the motor. They told him it would be around $2000 to fix. We dropped it off at Tire World and they looked it over and in no time found the problem and simply tightened up a bolt and didnt even charge him. That is Awesome!!! They will get our business for sure from now on.

Bought 4 new tires here. No problem with tires but both times i came here to get rotated and balanced i ve sat for 3 to 4 hours. Today i called at 10 am to get an alignment done they told me bring it in and it wouldn’t take long. Well i m still sitting here and its now 3 pm. I would absolutely not recommend this business!!!!!

Pulled up front with truck and trailer. Man comes out and barks, Hay! You cant park there!. No, how are you or may we help you. Then tried to argue with me as I tried to explain my business there. So I just left. I have to room for bad attitudes in my world.

I called there on a Monday to make an appointment for a wheel alignment. The guy told me they didnt do appointments for wheel alignments just show up and hed have me done within an hour.. so I go there Tuesday @ 1030 am.. I tell the guy I need to be gone by 1230 for work.. he says no problem, he even writes needs done by 1230 on the ticket. I sat and waited.. 1230 rolls around and no ones called my name. I approached the guy I talked to and asked about my truck.. he says we havent gotten to it yet.. I say but we talked about the 1230 thing.. he says I thought you said 2 oclock..I say nope u even wrote it on the ticket!! He says oh, my bad. Do you wanna make an appointment for another day..hell no. I just wasted 2 hours here for nothing. Dont waste your time here. Go somewhere else. I wont be back

Very nice facility and honest people. They dont just replace parts, they are actually mechanics. My father brought his vehicle in with a mangled rear shock mount. They were able to reshape the part without having to replace the entire rear axle. Saved him a ton of money.

Just tried calling and the phone rang over 30 times with no answer. Im not sure if there is a common lunch break or its just a busy time. While the phone was ringing, my wife was able to call another company, speak to a service rep and book a time for our vehicle.

I have been a customer of Tire World for nearly 20 years. On this occasion I took my vehicle to them because it was pulling to one side. They recommended $300 worth of work to fix the problem. When that did not work they recommended another $800 worth of work, which I let them do. It still wasnt fixed and I had to take my vehicle back over 4 times and they even kept it for 2 days. They gave it back to me, my steering wheel is not set straight and it still pulls. Their response was that they did not know what it was. They did not recommend anyone else that may know how to fix it and did not offer an explanation as to recommending over $1100 worth of work. I am very disappointed. I will gladly remove this review if they will simply make it right.

DONT GO HERE! They literally almost killed me! I came to get my husbands tire fixed due to a small leak. When I left I had a total of 4 lug nuts missing on my tires. 1 per tire. I didnt even get a mile down the road till my car was popping and grinding and almost wrecked my car. When I returned they acted like I was an idiot. Said it wasnt a problem that my car no longer had 4 lug nuts. After arguing and getting upset they finally agreed to put them back on there. All I can say is I wont be back EVER! Dont be their next victim.

Went there to get my wheels aligned after work. Got the around 3:30 they got it in and got done with it 15 mins till closing. They test drove it and handed me the keys like nothing was wrong. As soon as I went down the road I noticed my car was going straight but my steering wheel was turned to the right. I called and they said to bring it back the next day so i did.(shouldnt have to do this if it was done right the 1st time) After he takes for the 2nd time and said its good my steering wheel has play in it thats why its like that. As soon as I got to a straight road. It still wasnt right. So I took it back for the 3RD time and the tech finally does it right. It took them 3 times just to do a wheel alignment...

Okay service but took three hours for a simple repair. I got there at open and there was already a long wait.

Place is always busy so expect to wait a while until they finish with your car but they do offer a shuttle service and if you wait there is comfortable seating and television

Got my 35x12.50r17 Nittos from here. My mechanic recommended me to this store. Craig and Mike are my guys they always take care of me when I call for questions. I will be getting my rims from them as well. They gave me a heads up that my wheel bearing had some play in it and asked me what I wanted to do. Great customer service for sure. Im 24 so shops try to get over on us youngins, but I know my stuff. Me and my mechanic have lifted trucks, so we like to run big tires which Tire World can do with no problem. I saved almost 400 dollars on my Nittos with the sale they where running and plus who doesnt like having free lifetime tire rotations.

I came in close to closing with tire leaking air and they acted like they didnt want to help me. I would not leave they helped and put wrong tire on and still had to replace the tire originally went in for.

DO NOT GO HERE. My husband had something stolen out of his car and they claim to not have any cameras. We are 1000% sure that it was in there. This was very disappointing and we will not be back.
