Called for windshield replacement. Gave a price and a date they would come and replace. Never showed. Called next day and they tod me they would need to order would be end of week. Agreed. Waited a week didnt hear from them so called again. Told me they couldnt get it. I would need to go to a dealership. A phone would have been nice instead of leaving me waiting.

Alpha Auto Glass was the 3rd company that I called for an estimate. Their price was 40% less than the other two. AND they replaced it within 2 hours of calling.

I want to give a shoutout for Alpha Auto Glass.. They did a great job on replacing on my windshield & it only took 30 minutes for them to do it. & even better the price was just right!! I would refer them to anyone & also better they come to your home.Thanks you Alpha Auto Glass!

Said theyd contact me on Monday about setting up an appointment, but then didnt. I asked again about an appointment and they came to do the installation.Afterward the installation, I realized that they left broken glass in my car when I cut myself with it! There were multiple tiny shards as well as one bigger piece. And, reading some of the other reviews here, Im not the only one to complain about broken glass being left in the car.

Bad experience when i tried calling they wont answer however they texted back and said for me to text what problem is then it took almost 5 hours before i received a response back very poor communication and respect for customers that are spending quite a few hundred dollars.

Outstanding service! My windshield on my car needed replacing last Saturday and I needed it replaced ASAP since it was suppose to rain on Monday. They were able to drive out to Mount Juliet to my work on Saturday and replaced the windshield. I highly recommend especially if you are looking for someone on the weekends. Thank you!

Horrible no location and no call backs

My rear windshield was hit with a softball on Sunday. I called this company that night because I saw they were open on a Sunday, but I didnt leave a message. They called me back less than an hour later and had me scheduled for the next day between 2 and 4. I got a call from them on Monday at 10:30 and they were at my house by 11. They were very professional and courteous and did an excellent job on my car. Their prices are very competitive with other big name companies. If youre wanting a job done right, quick, and affordable, this is definitely the company to use. I will use them again if I ever need to. Very satisfied customer.

These guys were awesome! I had scheduled with another company and after waiting for three days they tried to push my appointment back another three days. I called Alpha Autoglass and they were able to fix my windshield the next day for half the price of the other guys! They were very helpful, friendly, and finished in less than an hour.

Called to set up an appt with them a week in advance to replace windshield and they never showed up or called

They put tape around the new window which was super sticky and pulled paint off my roof. Contacted 5 days ago and I was told they would get back to me after speaking to a manager. I’ve not heard back. Small claims case pending.Update: Just replied my factory paint job was weak. Never received call back. Court case date December 17th update after.

I’ve used this company more than once and they are quick and professional. My glass looked great and my rear view mirror was properly reinstalled onto my new mirror.

Had front windshield installed on Saturday Dec 29 and went to look at windshield after guy left and saw broken glass inside my car, on outside of hood, and all over the driveway by the car. Not only that but window has defect in it. The window has a wave in it so when you look through it you get dizzy. Not only that but on passenger side it must have not sealed because inside the van while driving down the road it’s sounds like air from wind is coming in.I called and reported this to owner ( person who installed window) who stated he would be back out to look at Saturday afternoon possibly but never showed up. If not he stated he would be out this week and still hasn’t showed up. Tried calling and can’t get an answer or response to VM.I am one unhappy customer and want it fixed now.

Called the guy on Friday Sept 13th. He said he wasnt in the office, but he went ahead and set up the appointment. He said hed put it on the calendar when he got back there. Day of appointment, Monday Sept 16th, I waited around to discover the appointment was never added to the schedule.

I broke my door glass on my Honda Accord and it was raining and I need it fixed asap. I called and they came out the same day and took only 30mins. Highly recommended!
