Competent, Honest, and Fast Service! I went in for a regulator repair and glass replacement. While the technician was working on my drivers side window he noticed that my glass was actually intact and didnt need to be replaced. Instead of concealing this information from me, the manager and technician informed me of this and I only had to pay for labor for the installation of my regulator which I picked up from Auto-Zone. Their honesty saved me $50! The Manager told me Your money is as important as my money. You just dont hear that anymore, I really appreciated it. I was in and out in less than an hour and my window works like new! There are still good and honest repair shops in this world, and this place is one of them. Hopefully, I wont need anymore glass repair in the near future, but if I do, this is my new place. I will be recommending them to anyone I know. No appointments necessary, first come first serve. I used these guys last year and they were great… had me in and out in about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Monday I called made appointment for 10:00 Wednesday. I live 1.5 hours away and they were aware of this. So at around 9:40 I received a call to verify my 10:30 appointment and I told them I’m 5 minutes away. So I arrived at 9:45 for my 10:30 appointment….I saw one guy working on a vehicle and 3 others seemed to be doing random stuff. I had scheduled 1:30 hours for them to do the work because I had a lunch meeting. At 10:45 I took my keys and left! If you have time cheap is ok… I’ll be calling Safelite tomorrow.

I rely heavily on reviews, so I try to make mine thorough. I was shopping for quotes because I had to pay out of pocket. I spoke to Nina. She has the best customer service and a genuinely positive attitude. She gave me a competitive quote (MUCH less than Safelite and many others) and when I told her I was still checking other options, there was no pressure. I actually did find a quote that beat the one she gave but her personality won me over. When I told her about the other quote, she basically matched it! When I arrived she greeted me pleasantly, explained everything and even had pens that had been sanitized available. Its first come, first served and there were two people there before me. It took about an hour and fifteen minutes total. The replacement glass comes with a warranty which is great. I would definitely tell family and friends to call Nina if they need any auto glass services.The ONLY reason I didnt give a five-star rating is because all of the waiting room chairs need to be replaced (theyre ripped in multiple places with exposed foam), there was no apparent AC on on a 90 degree day; Nina did offer everyone (including a guy dropping off a vehicle) cold, bottled water however. Also the glass installers left all kinds of debris on my seats.

Hello All. I dont have auto class insurance so replacement of my front windshield was totally out of pocket. As I shopped around I was getting quotes of $500 and above for the front windshield. I was prepared to pay $620 to have the windshield replaced until I found Auto Glass Now via a Google search. This company shopped around and was able to find my make and model windshield for a reasonable price after installation and other fees cost to me was $311. These guys were professionals and did an awesome job. Ohh and windshield is guarantee for life. They will explain the guarantee. I had my windshield replaced. Their prices were great and they were able to get me in right away. My wait time was exactly the hour and a half I was told. I also had good customer service with the woman up front. My biggest issue is the clean up. There were shards of glass all over the front seats and floor mats of my car. Some tiny and some pretty nice size pieces. My steering wheel was also scraped. When I brought it to another mans attention he told me it was my own wear and tear. It honestly wasn’t worth arguing but you can see clean as day it wasn’t. I would recommend them again, but I would also recommend making sure they clean up after themselves.

Great service! My car was broken into the night before and Im so happy that after such a helpless feeling of being violated, I called Auto Glass Now and they got me in the same day I called. I took a 2-hr lunch and not only did they fix it, they cleaned up almost all of the broken glass in the car. They were friendly, expedient and forthcoming about the rates, which by the way, were lower than another recommended company in the area. Auto Glass Now gets NY recommendation!

Nina has great customer service! She really did everything to get me the best price and reassure me I was getting the same exact windshield replaced. I was going to go to Safelite since they were going to come to my house but Auto Glass Now was so upfront with the price, worked with my insurance smoothly, and got my windshield replaced in exactly an hour.

SMYRNA, GA LOCATION - They get you in because of their low prices. Cars are pulled into work bays with broken glass everywhere. They played hip-hop music blasting with profanity included to the point that if you had a phone call, you would have to step outside in order to hear. Absolutely no consideration for the customers in terms of if we found the music offensive. The tech that worked on my car left my hood open, sun visors were installed on the wrong side, left my bluetooth speaker wiring for the microphone on the floor. I was told over the phone by Nathan that it would take 1.5-2 hours to complete. The tech saw my car and immediately started complaining because it was a 3 hour job. And lastly, my windows now are out of alignment. Went back in explained all of this to the manager, Michael. Zero apology for the inconvenience of me having to come back. He obviously had no training on how to handle a customer complaint. He continuously tried to over talk me, accepted zero ownership for the poor service delivery. And of course begin yelling. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Great company and staff, i have been coming to this location for 2 years I am a independent used car dealer and the staff and quality here is great!

Windshield was shattered with glass everywhere. Not only did they replace the windshield, but they also cleaned up most of the glass fragments. I had called them about 10:45am and they could fit me in same day (I had a conflict so had to wait until the next day). Excellent friendly service! And significantly less than Safelitte.

Complete garbage experience. Customer experience was poor but price seems to be good. Bickering and arguing between employees in the office as well as technicians with an attitude problem wanting to argue rather than solve a problem or provide reasoning as to why the issue did not lie within the windshield install and therefore could not be fixed by the shop.I had this location install a new windshield after I suspected my original windshield to be leaking water. Leak still existed and I called to explain the issue I was having. I was told to bring it in the shop. Upon arrival, technicians asked to bring the car in and explain what it was I was experiencing. They performed a test with soapy water and compressed air blown toward the problematic area. They stated the windshield was not leaking. I described the problem I was having and the area I was finding water and the technician began to be very defensive and want to argue with me as opposed to having a reasonable, logical conversation about what was or was not occurring. This technician had an attitude and acted as if he wanted to fight rather than solve a problem or provide a professional reason as to why the windshield was not leaking at that i was experiencing a leak due to a problem outside of the windshield install.Complete customer dissatisfaction experienced.

5 Stars to Keith and Jeff, the installers that were friendly and thorough and truly the only 2 that cared about getting my window replaced timely. ZERO stars for Mike the manager. After the techs came to my house twice with the wrong window and the correct window finally came in after waiting 3 days, Mike was ready and willing to push me off another day and was beyond rude after I had been more than patient and understanding. Thankfully Jeff was able to come out that night, he was professional and courtious and did an amazing job! Great techs, great price, terrible management!

I was scheduled an appointment for windshield repair and expected to have my windshield replaced. They didn’t have my windshield at all and so I wasted three hours waiting for the truck to arrive. They should have never scheduled an appointment if they couldn’t take care of the customer. I’m highly disappointed and should not waste people’s time.

I had an appointment at 12pm a few weeks ago. The technician called at 9am and wanted to see if I could meet him early. When I said I could not because the appointment was at 12, his response was, look man Im busy today with lots to do. Um yeah me too guy. The windshield was installed correctly but the dash and seats were covered with shards of glass when finished. My dash was shredded in two places where the blade came out from behind the glass and hit the front dash.Here is the big kicker! Ive had the windshield for 2 weeks and it has a large crack across the passenger side. No rock chip, no accident, nothing. Just a broken windshield, a lighter wallet, a scratched up dash, and seats full of glass.

The Auto Glass Now Smyrna location customer service is awesome. I originally went to the Riverdale location because they can do the window calibration in house. Big mistake!!! The Riverdale location is first come, first serve. Normally I would not mind this arrangement, but upon arrival at 7:30 am and with a 8 month old baby in the car, there were already 6 people ahead of me. The waiting area is extremely small and given this new age of COVID-19, then was no social distance. I was not willing to take that risk! I asked the receptionist (who was nice) to transfer my window to the Smyrna location.The Smyrna location is by appointment only. It is a little more spacious facility (in terms of the waiting area) and there was only one other customer in the waiting area who arrived just before they finished my windshield replacement. They were very prompt with completion of the service. Kudos to Derrick, Michael, and a young lady (dont remember her name) - all very nice!The only issue is a minor scrape of paint but they took care of the repair.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! I bought my car back in December of last year and ever since I have owned it, the rear windshield has been leaking. I heard about this place through a family member and all I can say is, WOW! From the moment I initially called there for a quote to when the job was finished, I had the BEST customer service and these guys definitely know their business. If you are questioning weather or not to come here, I would HIGHLY recommend doing so. I paid less than half of what Safelite was wanting and I was in and out in less than an hour.

I had an appointment for 9am. I sat waiting 3 hours before they took my jeep back because they took the walk-ins that got there before my scheduled appointment first. Then a repair that should have taken 20 minutes, took an hour because the guy said he was struggling but also because he kept stopping and helping people with what they were doing. Then people kept coming in while I was waiting to complain that their repairs weren’t done right. I won’t go back here.

Got a whole new windshield due to leakage of Orginial windshield. Took time to listen to my problem and help me figure out if replacing was really the best action to take as I didnt need new glass just seal. They leak test it for free but then I was able to come back and get it replaced the very next day. Took them an hour this morning, so far satisfied. Lifetime warranty also. Could of cleaned my dashboard a little afterwards from slight debris but they got me in and out before my class and gave me good tips and info. So Im happy.Safelite quoted me $60 more

Pretty much what I was expecting based on reviews. It was the cheapest deal around. It took about an hour and a half to get the windshield replaced, which was faster than I thought itd be. The receptionists were both really nice. There were some leftover plastic strips in my car interior, but it wasnt too big of a deal. Solid job, will come again if needed.

Cannot recommend this place enough. I requested a quote, which came in at half the rate as the competition (and only major glass repair place folks have probably heard of) . I actually confirmed I heard the price correctly, as I was shocked. They managed to get me in same day - unfortunately, the part number from Ford that should fit my car doesnt fit - no fault at all on the folks who work here, as theres only two part numbers for my windshield, with the only difference being GPS on one.The staff went above and beyond when they couldnt fix my window same day - I wasnt stressing it at all (I got to work from home the next day). My biggest concern was that Im in the process of moving and had a bunch of stuff in my car (which didnt have a windshield). They locked it up and prioritized it next day.All things said, even though I had to return the next day, this is still a five star experience. The folks who work here are wonderful, the replacement cost was surprisingly low compared to competition, and its easy to get to. Nobody wishes for a shattered windscreen, but I will absolutely be returning here if it ever happens again.

Driving on I-75 my windshield got hit by something big that did some more then minor. It definitely needed to be replaced. I drive a Dodge Ram truck so I expected to pay a lot. Called the big auto glass company first and was not happy with the quote of $490 to replace the windshield. I google searched windshield repair near me and Auto Glass Now came up. I read the reviews and they had 5 stars so I gave them a call. I was quoted $186 to replace the windshield. $300 cheaper so naturally I made an appointment. Was a little skeptical when I got there, but that changed very quickly. I watched the guys replace a windshield on a semi so fast! Started to feel good about this place. They had me pull my truck right into the garage and three guys went to work right away. They had the damaged one out and new once installed in 20 minutes. When they rang me up there was no hidden fees. I was charged exactly what they quoted me. I was in and out of there in less then 30 minutes! Very satisfied with Auto Glass Now, and would recommend them to anyone I know who needs a windshield replaced or repaired.

Went in to get my windshield replaced. 45 minutes later the job is done. They were quick and efficient. Kevin (tech) did a good job replacing my windshield. This is just the first day, but I have not seen anything out of order yet. I would give 5 stars but i need to wait and see after the 48 hr period.

Waited a couple of months before rating them. Had the power back window in my RAM replaced. Not only was their price lower than the competitions but they were also the only ones who gave me the option of replacing it with a solid window pane which would have been considerably cheaper. Even with the installation of the power version and renting a car for a day, I still came out more than $50.00 below the competitors closest quote.My son recently had his windshield replaced by them and recommended them to me. Greg took care of my broken driver door window. Their prices are 2x lower than others and it took him less than an hour to finish. I was very satisfied. The warranty (once you really read it) actually really doesnt cover anything. However, great service. Especially if you are tight on money and need it done fast.

Auto Glass Now did a fantastic job replacing my windshield. Hannah was very nice & completely professional. Glenn is both the manager & a very skilled window mechanic. I called 4 other glass installers. All 4 of them advised me that I would have to pay an additional $100 for a chrome trim piece that sits above the windshield. But Glenn assured me he had never had to replace that piece of trim. And, true to his word, he successfully removed the trim piece with ease. It took me a while to figure out how to post this because this is the first time I’ve ever done so, but I was so impressed with the performance of this shop that I felt it was worth my time. Also, an added bonus was that they gave me an amazing price. Auto Glass Now is a nationwide company with a great warranty . I’m so glad I found this place.

This is my first review. I actually had to Google How to Leave a Google Review. This place is great! The first thing I noticed was that a live person immediately answered the phone and gave me a fast quote. I had first called their competition (with the television commercials) and after three minutes of menus and automated questions and hold music I still had no information. No appointment was necessary and they are very friendly. I truly cannot see where the damage was! They dont always guarantee an invisible repair, but mine is truly invisible. They also have a nationwide guarantee. I will definitely use them again if I need auto glass repair.

My windshield on my 2018 BMW X6 was shattered by a rock on the highway and I called Auto Glass Now. They had me in the next day and windshield was completed within 2 hours. I was concerned about calibration and the rain sensor working correctly but they eased my concerns and everything works perfectly. They saved me about $500.
