This company is amazing!! Very prompt, professional, & not to mention, QUICK!!! I’ve been looking for a reasonable windshield repair company for weeks now. Due to me recently having my son & cases increasing again, I wanted a mobile repair company to come to me so we wouldn’t have to leave home & wait somewhere. The techs hours were between 11am-1pm & he called to let me know he was on his way literally at 11:01am 😊👌🏽. So glad I chose this company! Oh yea, they were the most reasonably priced out of 5 other companies I was researching, so you definitely get a BANG for your BUCK 👍🏽

This was an insurance windshield replacement and my insurance company originally had me set up with Safelite but i waited 5 hours for them and they were a no-show with no call or anything. They couldnt fit me in the next day either even though it was their screw-up so I asked my insurance company to find someone else and they sent me to Real Auto Glass. Glad they did! They confirmed my appointment and address the day before and the technician called me 1/2 hour before the appointment to confirm. He arrived right on time and completed the replacement in about 45 minutes. He was very friendly and helpful and fully explained my warranty and future claims and such. All and all a very good experience. They will get my future business (and my companys future business as well!)

I backed into a tree in December. Called Real and they came out the next morning and replaced my window right away-on time and reasonably priced.

Had an appointment at 9am they say wait 2 hours. guy come 3 hours late, just for him to come with the wrong window. then they raise the price when they arrive. bad service and receptionist doesnt know what to ask for when it comes to specifics about what window you have. will bring wrong window make you set up another appointment. complete waste of my day and time. didnt even get an apology for their mistakes and wasting my day. terrible service.

Replaced my Hyundai windshield with a quality Pilkington windshield -- the same brand that comes OEM on Hondas and many other car makers. The price was excellent and everyone was very professional... from Lisandra (who works in the office) to the installer. The installation was quick but not rushed, and everything was perfect. 10/10 would use them again.

Theyre scheduling is not together. I was told they would come between 9and 12 and they Didnt come in that time frame. I left my store and they called me at 1:56pm saying they would be there in 30 mins and started to head back. The guy called me at 215 telling me he was there . I told him I was on the way back, I didnt know u was coming so fast. He waited called me 10mjns later telling me he was only going to wait 5mins longer and that he had to go. He rushed me to come back even though they were late. I get back to the store and the guy left. I needed up getting someone else to do it. Avoid this business. Poor customer service.
