I called to simply ask if they could change parts on my VW and the kid that answered was very rude. He tried to convince me to get other things done when I only needed 2 things replaced. When I told him I didn’t want the extra stuff, he hung up on me and I didn’t get an answer when I called back.

Mr. Willie has bad communication skills. Here’s a little Friendly advice sir, let your customer know how much the job total will be in advance, because some people do not like a surprise total after the work is completed. It may be more than their able to spend, but you have to pay it because the work is completed

When nobody else could tell me what was wrong with my car, he drove it for 2 minutes and immediately knew it was my right wheel bearing. He fixed it and its smooth as silk now. He charged me a fair price and I had my car back the same day. He even drove me and my Nana home while we waited for him to work on the car. Wow.

I brought my vehicle there to try and diagnose what the new engine light was and why my vehicle had a lot less horsepower all of a sudden. Also had some rear hatch strut supports replaced. The first struts he tried to use to replace the old ones were the wrong part and I had to inform him that it was the wrong part. After having my vehicle at a shop two times to try and figure out the problem he was completely incapable of fixing the problem, all he did was clear the code. The second time picked it up I almost got home before it completely stalled out on me same engine issues no power, light came back on. This time it left me stranded in the middle of the road, needing roadside assistance. Do not go here.
