Great service. I needed some cosmetic issues fixed, some pieces replaced, but at a good price as it wasn’t insurance covered (out of pocket). I worked with Jeff, he saw what I needed, heard me what I was asking, and was very patient when I was indecisive on the work I wanted to go with. He provided different estimates for what I was looking for.Since it was a non-emergency situation (vehicle was completely safe to drive), I had to book a month ahead, but they were able to get my parts in and I was able to get it completed much earlier than scheduled.Highly recommend.

We had an entire car door damaged by a runaway (?) Shopping cart. Our auto insurance, USAA, suggested this business. We had to pay our $1,000. Deductible then ins. Picked up the rest but we were EXTREMELY HAPPY with the very quick body repair & EXCELLENT attitude of all staff We came in contact with. The car was ready before the estimated finish time & they did great work! 👍 We recommend this business for sure!

Took my 2020 Chrysler Pacifica there to have rear passenger door replaced after my husband had an argument with a very big red trash dumpster...the dumpster won. 😑 They did a great job, there trouble getting all the needed parts in due to Covid-19, but Im very happy with the work they did.

Had a bad scratch on my new truck, took it to Atlanta Road Body Shop they quoted me a price that was less than expected due to it needing paint on two panels. They did the job fixed a dent we didnt see when they did the estimate, and buffed out all other scratches for the original quoted price. The work was PERFECT. I am super picky about my paint and scratches and what is known as orange peel. I mean it, the work was PERFECT. I might go run into a tree just to have some more work done JK.

As a business owner I have a critical eye and expect great service, which is what you will get at Atlanta Road Body Shop. Eddie even asked me for five extra minutes when I came to pick my vehicle up and we were doing the walk around because he noticed the back windshield was overlooked during the detail process. This is the type of attention and professionalism that makes for an exceedingly positive, not just so-so, experience.Additionally, Eddie does a great job proactively keeping you in the loop on what’s going on (parts being ordered, arriving, being right/wrong, extending your rental car, etc.) and the work the shop does makes your car look like there was no accident to begin with.

I have taken my vehicle to have the window repaired threw times over the past six months, and it still isn’t repaired correctly. If you want your vehicle repaired proficiently and in a timely manner this is not the place to go.

They get the job done

AMAZING!!! My car was rear ended and they did a phenomenal job. Eddie handled my repair from start to finish and even sent me text updates. Extraordinary customer service! Did amazing work in great time.

Great experience. Got updates pretty regularly. They started work almost immediately. For a 2k job, they took less than a week. pretty impressive. Car came back looking like new. Not much more you can ask for in a body shop.

They do very good work, but they are sloooooow. I was referred to them by The Hartford and I had to wait FIVE WEEKS for an appointment. After I dropped it off, it took them three more weeks to fix my driver-side rear bumper. On top of that, I asked for a separate estimate to touch up some road rash on my front bumper (you know, since they already had the paint and the car was already in the shop) and was told we dont do that. Then they handed me an estimate for $1400 to replace my front bumper cover. Im sorry, I thought this was a body shop. I guess all they do is insurance claims where they only replace entire panels or sections. Now I have to take it to a real body shop to get my front bumper touched up.

This place does a very good job. My car was involved in a backing accident and had a dent in the right rear. I was assisted by Scott. Scott was a very nice guy, he was really helpful and always kept me updated on what was going on. After all the work was done, my car looked brand new. If you need body work done, I suggest you call them as soon as possible, because they do get busy, I had to wait 2 weeks for my appointment.

I took my car to Atlanta road body shop this past week. I have a pearl white 370z that I baby everyday. After my insurance company Allstate recommend this shop I was still not sure if they would complete the job to my satisfaction as I am not a very easy person to please. I knew how more of a challenge it is to get that color as I had visited other shops in the past. After arriving at the shop I was greeted by the owner Mr. Dempsey and he personally did a walk through and set expectations for how the process would take and then he had Scott one of his associates that has been a painter for over 15 years meet us outside. Short story, they made me feel confident and I left my car, and the fact that the owner was involved made me realize why Allstate spoke so highly of the shop. I just picked up my car few hours ago and I felt compelled to add this comment as I have never receive such amazing experience and professionalism at a shop of any kind. I strongly recommend them for any big or small work that you need the work is amazing and they go over and beyond with their customer service from start to finish. If I could I would give them 6 stars!! Thanks guys for your help you got another customer for life.

My wife was hit head on by another driver who lost control of his work van. Rob, Dempsey, and the entire staff were very knowledgeable and supportive throughout the entire process. What a wonderful body shop experience! I brought my brand new VW here after being rear ended. All of the staff was friendly, eager to answer questions, and helpful in every way possible. The work was done quickly, and it looked like it had never been in any type of an accident at all when they were done with it. If I get in another accident, I will definitely use this place again!

I have been a customer since 1989. No matter the size of the job, the staff takes their time to explain the collision repair process, and always complete the job in a timely fashion. I now live 50 miles away and still patron this body shop because of their excellent work and customer service.

They do excellent work. Never have I ever experienced any problems with this company abused them since I have been 18 years old and I now 45. No problems

They did good work but they were very slow. I dropped my car off on the 20th of May when they said they had open slot. I expected to have a walk around with an estimator but they were too busy. I receive the estimate 3 days later with a promise date of June 6. That day rolls around and I call them and my estimator Steve said theyre not going to be ready. Maybe on the 7th end of day. 7th rolls around and he calls me saying it wont be till middle of the following week. I call them again then, and they need to take my car to the dealer to get the blind spot monitor calibrated, and then to a tire shop to balance my new tire - delayed a few more days. (Why dont they have equipment to balance tires on site?) Its finally ready on the 13 of June, about 3.5 weeks after dropping it off and one week late past original promised date. All that to say, my car looks great and they detailed it too. I would prefer though that they would give accurate time estimates up front.Edit: I forgot to mention that I asked them to do a separate estimate for a scratch on my driver door. (Not a result of my accident) and they made it disappear and didnt charge for it!

Theres a reason why I had to wait 3 weeks to drop off my car at this shop, and thats because they do excellent work. I was sideswiped by an F150 and the left front bumper of my 2016 Elantra was damaged. The price they quoted me as a walk-in was really high, but only $300 higher than what they ended up charging State Farm as the liable insurance party. So maybe they overcharge, but the results are worth it and the turnaround was only one day business later than what they quoted me. Which, now that I think about it, tacked on 2 days for the rental car, but since I wasnt paying for it, it didnt matter to me, but that may be something to consider if youre having to pay out of pocket. I would return to this shop to get additional work done, if needed.

Poor communication or total brush off? You decide...Called ahead to see if the shop could help diagnose and fix a leak in my vehicle...sure...bring it in and we will take a look...made a bunch of arrangements to drop off the vehicle next day. Arrived at the shop only to be told we are booked thru FEB with 60 cars ahead of you...wonderful! That is a big change in 24-hours...at the very least this was poor communication that wasted an hour of my time and several gallons of gas...my suspicion is that they just didnt want to deal with my issue and brushed me off. I went by the positive reviews...my bad...lesson learned.This shop will NEVER get my business after the logistical debocle I witnessed today. Best of luck to those who wish to take a shot here...hopefully these guys can get their act together.

This body shop came recommended by Allstate insurance. Ever since they did their initial work on my car there have been nothing but problems. They tried to give me my car back with a scratched up taillight, and shaking like crazy. I had to take it back to repair both issues. Then the second time I got it back after I was told that the motor mounts were the issue causing the shaking, and that they had been repaired, their mechanic forgot to reattach my fan electrical connections. The next day my radiator hose blew, then the very next day my radiator went. ARBS paid me for my repair expenses but now in the very next week my water pump is gone and so are my valve cover gaskets, and my car is STILL SHAKING BTW. I have replaced all my tires on their advice to try and remedy the shaking, and since that wasnt the issue I got a diagnostic from PepBoys. PepBoys says the MOTOR MOUNTS are still the issue and they showed me. ARBS was supposed to have repaired the motor mounts already. And today when I picked up my car after sitting in a relatives yard for a whole week, the rear taillight that they replaced is no longer working. This is just a horrible shop. Their prices must be cheap, thats why they have the Allstate contract. I am meeting with the adjuster tomorrow at their shop to discuss my repairs. However, ARBS will not touch my car ever again! Thumbs down!

Do not take your car here!! The adjuster does not listen to the customer. The adjuster works with Allstate and they dont fix all the repairs! My car was vibrating after a collision with an Allstate driver and I took my car there to get an estimate. My car was in a body shop for almost 3 weeks and the adjuster denied the vibration claim stating it was wear and tear. I didnt have the vibration until my accident. What a terrible experience. These people dont listen to the needs of the customer and will leave you vulnerable!
