I like coming to this Sherwin Williams but wish that the app was better when it came to saving projects and the rooms that you painted worked better. Had trouble matching a color and ended up painting a room in a different shade of gray because we thought it was one color and it ended up being a different one. Otherwise the store is one of the best to go to when getting my paints, I only wish they could fix this one glitch. Darin the store manager is wonderful and very helpful.

The guy that offered to help was already helping someone. He took the info and didnt help. I had to call my boss again when another person helped me. I couldve used a little help loading the paint as well but i know they dont have to.

Worst staff on the face of the planet. I was the ONLY customer in here for 20 minutes sitting around with 3 kids needing help and asked for help and was ignored and got to listen to an inappropriate conversation between two employees. Walked out when a guy came in and they both rushed to his aid still ignoring me. Maybe my husband will be able to get some help since they don’t care about me
