Dollar Tree stores are true to their word. EVERY SINGLE ITEM IN THE STORE is only $1.00 Dollar General and Family Dollar false advertise saying they have the lowest prices on their items. Dollar tree has been, is, and will be my go to store for cheap home necessities

I had an awful experience at dollar tree on ponchatrain in slidell la. The cashier rung me up twice on one item and they refused to give me a refund the young lady I guess was the manager was extremely rude telling me I can get something out of the store in which I refuse asking for my money back. Constantly saying WE DONT GIVE REFUNDS OVER AND OVER.Very unprofessional very unpleasant

Line was 6 to 7 people deep. Plenty of help, cashier did not call a backup. Took who I can only presume was the district manager to walk in and tell manager to call backup cashier. But then District Manager was a little loud critiquing Manager. Should have kept that more private.
