Its always wonderful to walk into a well organized clean store! This store definitely hits 5🌟! As soon as you walk in everything is marked so its easy to find. Arts paints canvases sketching paper. Cake decorating. Frames also personal custom framing for customers. A small amount to moderate fabrics to choose from. Yarns embroidery assesorys with plenty of textures and colors to choose from. Crafting items big and small. Definitely recommend!

Esmeralda was so so sweet and incredibly helpful!! i came in because i purchased a Lemax building that was missing the power cord and she was able to get me another one. She had a really positive attitude and it made my day. thanks Esmeralda!!!

1st visit,We were doing Wedding Planning for my Daughter,looked at many things,gave us ideas.

Always have deals and ways to save money. My primary reasoning for patronizing the store is to frame jerseys and other sports memorabilia. They have been great from in store inventory to specialty framing. Always deals available and a friendly staff to boot, great store and location in the Fremaux Center!

Best Michaels Ive been to in a while. A lovely lady named Megan helped me find exactly what I needed. And the sales were so good I spent Waaaaaay more than I needed.Our cashier was different and genuinely and explained things for us.

Empty fron Xmas but fast service

So many great products. I found everything I needed to decorate for fall.

I am livid. I ordered a tie-dye kit from them, and they shipped it to the billing address instead of the shipping address. I saw the mistake and attempted to call them to correct it. An hour and a half later I went to the “service chat.” 3 more hours later, they have disconnected me 3 times and have fixed 0 problems. I have spent over 4 1/2 hours trying to correct a mistake they made.

Its a great place to browse.

Clean and tidy. Was offered help by several employees. The employee at the online item pickup was very thorough with ID verification. Needed more registers open but it was a Sunday so I wasnt in a hurry. 4/5 and absolutely better than Hobby Lobby.

Was like most Michaels, but I found the Christmas items overwhelming. Like the entire store was filled with Christmas items. I somehow felt there wasnt as extensive a variety of items that Ive found in other Michaels. Overall, still a nice store with lots to browse through and clean and well kept.

Im crafter so I visit Michaels frequently. They always have something new and unique. Employees are fairly friendly and helpful even during the holiday season.

I love shopping at Michaels! I bought some light gray paint for a painting Im working on. I bought a 6B pencil for a portrait Im doing and I bought red and white straws for a party were hosting. I found everything I needed all in one place!

Im always impressed with Michaels customer service, their employees dont feel inconvenienced when you ask them about a product. They stop whatever theyre doing and will walk over to the item and explain everything to you and with no 😠 grumpy faces to boot. 😊 Its truly service with a smile!

I love that we have a Michaels but I do find them the highest in prices then other craft stores. Shop sales and with a coupon is the only way to go. The staff is nice and the store is clean.

This place is a great place to buy crafts for any project you may have. Every time I go in there and purchase an item, I always get a % off by using a coupon that I either have on my phone, or that the cashier will scan herself for me. It pays to be a rewards member. If you are a rewards member, you get emails with 50% off coupons sometimes. Friendly cashiers and they are always helpful. They always have a lot of people in the store, but I have never waited in line very long. The cashiers seem to get you checked out pretty quick. This store is very clean and well organized. Easy in and out access in the Fremaux Shopping Center.

Always clean, organized and well stocked. Prices can be a bit higher than Walmart, but they run a lot of sales that help to even that out a bit. The staff always flash a smile and are happy to help when youre standing in the aisle scratching your head.

Had a great experience. Went in and 2 separate employees asked me if I was finding everything okay. Got rung up quickly and i was out the door.

Nice customer oriented staff. I was window shopping in framing and the associate didnt mind helping me. I went an hour before close and she didnt seem impatient and rushy.

I went only for a cross stitch kit or pattern. They had a couple of very tiny ones and that was absolutely all.Left and went to Hobby Lobby, they had thousands of patterns and kits.

The associates on the floor are always very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for management. Though they have a great selection and usually some great sales, any item not on sale is already 40% overpriced. Their coupons are usually just to draw you in.

The team in the Framing department are very knowledgeable, and helped save me on a couple of items that did not need custom framing, but was able to give the appearance by adding matting to the posters being framed. Looks amazing!

I didnt get the young ladies name who cashed me out, but she was late teens or early 20s and was extremely polite. Very friendly and helpful people.

The store was well-stocked, staff helpful. I was, however, disappointed in the amount and variety of construction paper (which was what I came to purchase). Most people dont come to Michaels for that, though.

I can spend the whole day in there just looking at all the wonderful crafts that are available to do. My treat is the colored pencils and the color by number coloring books. Coloring helps me relax and with stress.

Yall dont have enough choice of gel pens its a big popular thing these days you should have multiple choice and have some gel pen set

Michaels offers a huge assortment of items. I did have trouble finding where items were located because the numbers on the Isles are too small to find from a distance. I was in a wheelchair and had no trouble accessing the aisles they were clear.
