I went to get a headlight bulb for my truck at 7 oclock at night. It was 8 oclock before I finally got someone to unlock the cage theyre Im so I could get the actual bulb. Two thumbs down Walmart. Couldve got 5 stars bro

They had everything that I wanted.. except my pancakes on a stick.. but.. they did have the eight packs of the Body Armor drinks that I really like, sooo... that saved the day.👻 Happy Halloween

I understand shelves not being fully stocked with the Hurricane recently, but the ridiculously LONG wait in relatively short lines at checkout is uncalled for. The store was packed with people and only a handful of cashiers. I literally stepped into place at 3 minutes before 2pm. I checked out at 2:33! Hire associates and help us all out!

Had to go out and get my own cart. Tire center tried to tell me the only tire they sold in the size I needed was a more expensive tire. I will no longer shop at the Natchez Rd Walmart.

This place is easy to get to from Picayune. Well laid out. Accepted school supplies for kids in need! Any as store to do this, will have my money any day of the week

The staff is over worked, it shows in thier faces & bodies. They are always helpful & nice no matter the situation. The shelves are low on ALL products. Hurricane IDA has slowed down deliveries. The staff is stocking shelves non stop. Great staff.

Poor service lines are way too long. No one to help check out l came in this morning. I use to love coming here an being able to check out quickly. I have been in this line since 10 something now it after 11am an l am still standing in line try to check out. I only have four items all lines are back up its a Saturday morning. Wow never seen this Walmart like this before

Stay away for a few days. Lol. Place was jam packed to the point they were having people wait outside untill some came back out. The lines were ridiculously long. Even self checkout was extremely long. 2 out of 8 self checkouts were closed. Out of the 6 open, only 2 were taking cash and one of them two wouldnt give you your change. You had to go to the cashier to get it. I know its Christmas time but at least have your machines working right. On a side note, what the hell kind of cereal they making these days? Lol

Thank the Lord for self checkout. Unfortunately, Wal-Mart knows how to completely drain my pockets. Especially with their clothes, star wars (and many others) blankets, clothes, and kincknaks. Almost thankful Im not a makeup aficionado, or Id def spend all my money..

Only odd thing to me was only a couple of registers with cashiers. There were tons of self checkouts, no lines to speak of.

Internet says open till 11:00. Just drove there and theyre closed. When you call the store it says refer to the internet for hours. Reminder the internet says 11. Trash everywhere in the parking lot. Employees sitting down in the parking area rude and inconsiderate. Im sure the experience gets worse when you get inside in fact I know it does. Why bother.

Had a RX called in n transferred from another Walmart that at 1st couldnt find the RX even doe the Dr had confirmation/ approval on their end electronically. Called to confirm the transfer at this location and they still were having issues locating it. Said they would call back but we decided to just drive there. Got there and they stated it would be ready in a half an HR. Went back in 30 mins to be told they just got it and it would be an HR! At this pt the medicine was due to be taken again and they frankly didnt care. Horrible experience.

Wnt to 3 different Walmart stores in Mississippi and Louisiana trying to find maroon school uniform shirts for 3 kids. Couldnt find any. Ended up buying them online

Worst Wal-Mart I have ever been to! Nobody answered our questions, everyone is acting like they are stocking but just standing there in groups of 2 or so talking. A few that were walking by just said I dont know or I do not work at that department. Two of them were just waking around eating, didnt even acknowledge. While we had to wear masks, most employees had them on their chin... The customers were more helpful than anyone working in the store... We saw the item available online but I guess their inventory is off, too. I would avoid going to this store at all costs... You wont get help and they dont seem to keep up with their inventory although 90% of the staff are hard at stocking the shelves! 😒

Dont get your AUTO CARE done here!!!!! This place is a joke. It takes 3 guys to do one Job. Over 3 hours to fix a flat that is under warranty. Five guys work in the AutoCare Center, Im here for a flat that I am covered underneath and at other Walmarts for yrs now they normally take care of the tires real quick and get them in and out. This Walmart has three people but only two of them work KINDA they on their cells because the old guy with a cane in the back stands around smoke cigarettes and just tells people very mean and rude things. Keeps passing me 3rd time now telling me its going to be a while after I told him. Thats fine. I dont mind standing and waiting. Instead of telling me this. He should be helping out his crew and not just walking around on their time smoking cigarettes. I just do not understand that worth ethnic of people today and this gentleman is elderly ish. 3 cigarettes in 30 mins. I mean i would take only 20 mins and I am out. Its sad that all the other Walmarts do it and this places doesnt. Very sad and bad business.

Lack of employees has really made the shopping experience horrible... i.e. I had to find & restock the bags myself so that I could use self checkout and use the app in order to locate something in the store and the inventory needs improvement.... I really dont like self checkout, I prefer activity of a cashier... customer service can be improved as well. I hope it improves soon.

Most everyone was wearing masks so you can feel much safer than many stores here. Always excellent produce section and vegetarian frozen foods choices.Basic clothing choices such as camisoles or T shirts are unbelievably inexpensive here and clearance prices are sometimes so low you feel guilty paying so little (but youll get over it). Example: once bought a Navy blue lined Blazer for $3 that was perfect except a loose button. Why pay $15 for a simple camisole elsewhere when you can pay $4 at WM?

Lots of cashiers, bathroom clean, able to find everything needed on list.

First of all, please train the pickup shoppers to shop a tad better. Like they’ll say they don’t have cheese but I’m sure if I walked in the store myself there would be cheese.Also, produce selection at Walmart is poor.Also, why am I paying to checkout my own groceries?

Great location; clean facility.

Store is great, its the out of control parents spanking their children in the middle of the store for crying for a certain snack. If you dont want to buy the kid what he wants, leave them at home next time. Or at least teach them that being told no is okay & normal & maybe take the time to explain to them why they are being told no. Its not difficult. Parenting 101.

This visit was actually pleasant. It was a holiday and the store was not overly crowded nor were there extremely long lines. Well stocked. Bathrooms clean. Cashier was a little slow but friendly. Were able to shop grocery side as well as household goods side.

The workers are doing their best, but its a shame to see the variety of profucts dwindling and not enough staff to accomodate all the customers they get.

Never again. Very few cashiers checking people out. Self checkout line was backed up thru the store. Employees standing around monitoring self checkout and could have been checking people out instead. Waited in self checkout line for over 30 min.

Terrible experience. They expect every customer to work for them and go to the self-checkout. For those of us that have issues that need to be dealt with by person they only had one lane open. One. We saw employees standing around play on telephones and one was even sitting down in an aisle surfing the internet. We should get discounts for checking ourselves out. Maybe even some health benefits.

I was able to quickly find everything I needed. I like that I can place an order online and pick it up curbside. Thats great. Depending on what time of the day you go, it can get very crowded. And like most walmarts it can he hard to find someone around to help or ask a question to when you need to. But overall this particular store is pretty nice.

Easy to get to location. This is a very active store. So expect lines even at the self check out. I was here on a Sunday.There was also a nice selection of vegan products as well.My favorite section to check out is the clearance aisle. Its a treasure hunt.

I found some hot dogs marked down and we scanned them to make sure but the price was different. We spoke with someone from the meat dept who told us to let them know at the register and we would get them at the marked down price. When I got to self checkout there was an older colored lady that was helping people told us she couldnt change the price and snatched the hotdogs up and walked away. I know they can change prices. Ive seen them do it. I am elderly, handicapped and on a fixed income. Its hard to buy food at the cost these days. I feel like I was discriminated against. I will not shop at that Wal-Mart again!

I am new to the area and needed a pharmacy for a script so, trusting in the WalMart name/convenience I came here. NEVER AGAIN! The staff was not friendly, very unprofessional and selectively courteous to “known” customers only!

The worst Walmart (#553) I have ever been in. Most of the time shelves are not stocked or items are not in the right place. I end up going to the Northshore Blvd Walmart (#2665). 2665 is clean, stocked, and most items are in their respective areas.

GREAT GROCERY PICKUP EXPERIENCEBecause I have a difficult time sticking to my grocery list at this place (I am always finding new things that I want to try!), I am a big fan of the new grocery pickup, where I can go online, order what I need, choose a time to pick up my groceries, & then, once at Walmart, park my car while someone loads my trunk with my purchases. Talk about convenient!Gone are the days when I overspent my budget because I just had to have something. Gone are the lines & the waiting & the inevitable price checks at the checkout line. Online shopping & same-day pickup is the timesaver you didnt know you needed.Grocery pickup isnt limited to the grocery section of the store, either. I can choose almost anything in the store & have it delivered to me in the parking lot— I dont even have to walk through the doors.The customer service I have received from the people who deliver & load my items into my car have been terrific; my questions are immediately answered, & I always have received a small gift (a baggie of coupons, samples & candy) upon completion of my pickup.All in all, this is one convenient experience that I, personally, will continue to utilize for all of my future shopping needs, & one that I highly recommend.

I asked a worker where box of mashed potatoes were and they brought me to it.I thought that was so nice. Instead of saying, its down on lane 5. She was a very sweet person.

This place is ALWAYS a nightmare! If possible go to the one across town. It will save you alot of hassle. Its kept up nice and clean usually but for some reason this particular store is always packed packed. I will literally wait until I am out of everything in the house before I make the heavy hearted decision to venture into the store. If I discover half way through cooking that I am missing a key ingredient.....id rather ditch the whole meal and eat hotdogs than go into this store.Iv never had problems with employees or cleanliness or anything. Just seems all the aholes in town flock here and chill.

I guess when this store stopped being 24 hours, the bigwigs started making extra profits and now they dont want to lose it huh? I mean, the employees, even in lower management, are making enough money to work toward survival only, and never to better themselves. And so, we all know how the 24 pharmacies went back to being open 24 hours a long time ago now, right? So whats the deal Walmart? Keep in mind, no matter what you might think of any Walmart employees, those are our countrymen and women...

Sometimes things are out of stock often. And they seem to be short on people. Other than that, I love Walmart.

Was shocked when I walked into my first Walmart liquor store. Ive added pictures. Alcohol, a lot of alcohol at the checkouts. Sad, how Walmart allows this at a family store and makes it so easy to buy.

The Walmart off of airport Dr is where I went to get drinking water and couldnt get it to my van and the cashier and stock man was very nice about helping me to get my water and few food items loaded into my van because I couldnt pick it up and get it 😂

Rudest cashiers I have ever seen. I try to avoid this one when I can visit another store. Today the cashier asked for my birthday to purchase canned air for electronics. This is standard so I gave my info. She explained its so kids cant buy. I said I worked retail in the 90s and it was an issue with people huffing. She then got all defensive and actually insinuated i know because I huff canned air. Its noon and Im at the store with my family I said to her, is there an issue where I need to speak to your manager? And she finally rang me up. Im in my 40s. Rolls eyes. Terrible customer service

This walmart had hardly anything we needed for cinco de mayo...had to go to another store in Picayune Ms which had alot more selection.

Seems to have just about anything you may need, nice people.

Great customer service

Scheduled a grocery pickup order to be picked up between 9-10 am. Got an email at 8:40 that it was fulfilled and ready for pick up. Arrived around 10:15. Waited until 11 am. Three cars arrived after me and left with their groceries. When I asked an associate about the delay she advised “we don’t go in any order and we don’t have anyone working.” I couldn’t wait any longer due to having to be at work. Before leaving i received an email stating my order could no longer be filled due to staffing issues?? (After it was already ready.) being unorganized seems to be a habit of this Walmart. 10/10 will not be back. The staff was unorganized and rude.
