Very clean store. Has a good variety of different craft things. Very friendly staff. The girl behind the register was so sweet. I forgot about jo Anns coupons so she told me what I needed to do and was very patient waiting while the app downloaded and then me trying to set up an account. When it was all said and dubs, she saved be $16 on my total purchase. Silk definitely shop there in the future.

I chose this store because it was close to home. This store has their hours of operation posted clearly on their door. I and a group of other potential customers arrived more than an hour before closing time. We waited outside the door for more than 5 minutes while the employees inside ignored us. When someone finally knocked on the door an employee finally told us they had closed early. There were no signs posted about them closing early or any reasons as to why it was shut down. I will not be going back here. Id rather go out of my way to Michaels or Hobby Lobby.

Sales register clerk lacking in knowledge and in basic customer interaction. Why are we not training the individuals we are hiring. Are we that desperate for warm bodies and taking advantage because there is no competition in town?

NEVER AGAIN*** Manager and cashier were extremely rude 😧 Ive never been here before but my friend had. I love the things that they had there but as far as the service it was horrible, if I could have rated it less than one star I would have. They told us that the no sew blankets we were getting half of them were not under the sale price and they were. We played nice and went and got some more although we did spend $112 we definitely put back half the items we had due to the way the manager and the cashier treated us they refused to even back her blankets so I got back to myself and stood by the front door and backed them myself will never go back again and definitely reporting them

All I wanted to do is get some items for my wedding. While I’m looking around I can see the same girl following me around in the store. I felt uncomfortable and anger that this employee did this. Y’all have good prices on items but since I can’t shop in peace. I will no longer enter that business every again. I don’t know it was because of the way I look or the color of skin, but I rather shop somewhere else and not deal with employee that make you feel uncomfortable.

This store is large with a wide variety of items in stock (except elastic for masks). Employees are helpful if you cant find something. Always a very clean store, which makes shopping less stressful these days.

Huge store, great selection!

So disappointing! I went in looking for home decor fabrics like the JoAnns in my past home out West had and was sad almost to tears by the absolute lack of anything usable. And Im not picky. I love to sew and hoped to make drapes, curtains, Roman shades, bed linens, reupholster pieces etc for my new, old house. After wandering trying to find anything, I left emptyhanded and went home to order pre-made from Wayfair and find as remnants at upholstery shops. Usually a trip to a fabric store leaves me grinning for days; this trip left me in tears.

The store was very clean and well maintained. The shelves were nice and orderly and easy to find items. Prices were FANTASTIC! The staff were exceptional at helping and directing me to items!Will DEFINITELY go there again!

We had a great experience. They have a quiet and organized atmosphere and quick service. Mary was great- she was very sweet and helpful even though the chaos created by our five kids was overwhelming. There were great choices on craft supplies and we only walked through a quarter of the store and found exactly what we wanted.

I like coming here when I have coupons that I can use. The last time I came here I wasnt able to use the online coupons because now they want you to be a member in order to qualify for coupons. The selection is huge on everything including fabrics. They also do lessons on different days for different crafts you may want to learn. Wreaths and sewing classes are available too. They are very helpful in setting up times for you to take the classes. There is a fee for the classes but it isnt outrageous. The employees dont know much about the products only where they are located in the store. They dont have knowledge of what the products are used for. The inside of the store is always spotless. The outside of the store is always clean also which is surprising since its located near the Dollar Tree which has a lot of garbage in its lots. Im pretty upset about not being able to use the coupons now unless being a registered member & possibly paying a fee now too. The cashiers do not care if you are in the lines waiting for 2 minutes or waiting for two hours! Only one register will be open while the other cashier is talking to herself about anything non-related to the customers.

Placed an online order for curbside pickup at 8am. At 2pm, it wasnt ready. I told them to just cancel it and Id go find it in the store. Said online there were 4 in stock but there were ZERO. Nobody seemed to care.

I love Joanns because they have a large variety of items. The one down side I find to them is their prices are a little higher than say Michaels or Hobby Lobby. In fact, some of the same items in their store, you can find at the Dollar Tree for only a $1.00. But other than that, Joanns is a great place to shop when you are looking for a lot of craft items or materials. They do take other craft store coupons, too.

My aunt bought a cameo silhouette in Webster Texas for $69.00 and sent me a picture of her receipt so I could bring it to the store here in my hometown. I go to the front counter and lady I spoke to said it wasn’t a valid offer that she could not price match even though it was from another Joann’s store. She was very polite about it and apologized. When I called the 1800 customer service line and asked why she couldn’t do it they had no reason to give me other than if I have proof they are suppose to price match. I work in retail, so I get it but she totally wouldn’t do it. Very poor customer service in my opinion. I had a valid receipt to show exactly what was purchased.

Clean restrooms, good prices & excellent customer service

Went there for one main item. That I had been looking at for weeks. So happy I went. I got the Critical explorer air 2 in wisteria (light) purple. I have not used it was waiting to get more materials. But while I was in there I found a nice rubber that was multiple. Going to use for a project. But I looked around and found some items I may go back for if I get back into scrapbooking. The lady who helped me gave me some advice on some items. So I was happy with what I got. And I know where to go for advice. I wish I could give more stars then 5. I will be going back for sure.

This Jo-Ann is normally well stocked & the signage is kept up. The clerks are fairly helpful but they do not seem to have a great coupon knowledge so make sure you check coupons before going. You can generally find good ones for a regular priced item... sometimes its more difficult to find something at regular price due to the numerous sales. The parking lot is big & free. The store is an end anchor store in a larger strip shopping center. It is in a very public commercial area. There a few eating places around. They do have a fairly well kept public bathroom. This store is a smaller store compared to most so you may not be able to find everything a bigger store may have, but I have not had the problem with not finding items that will fit my needs.

Actually, I attended a class here. It was a good refresher after years away. The associate was very helpful and knowledgeable.The fabrics sections is well represented. The yarn department has most of the basics.The art and craft section is pretty good.

They have everything you need to do any kind of anything. Employees were super nice and so helpful.

Female cashier should have been a little more patient and courteous with customers. The cashier rolled her eyes when female customer was asking questions about price of ribbon. Female customer was looking away when H rolled her eyes.

My daughter started making a lot of different sewing craft items during the lock down and Joanns seem to have whatever she needed in stock.

I LOVE this craft store. I can get in so much trouble here and I absolutely love it. Im a little sad that theyve downsized their latch hook kits in store, but that hasnt stopped me from being a customer. I still shop there and always will!

Today was my first time ever going to Jo-Anns and it was really nice! I got a lot of good deals on Christmas clearance items that I plan on using for Mardi Gras and Valentines Day decorations. The prices on everything else seems reasonable. The only reason i cant give it 5 stars is they dont have Mardi Gras items at the store.

Overpriced on pretty much all items. Even the sale prices are more than youd pay elsewhere. But in a bind they have alot of stuff

I love JOANNS, but I am so disappointed. I went to purchase a sewing class for my granddaughters birthday. I read about the class on their website and was excited about the gift. When I arrived, I was informed they no longer offer classes.

I go for the yarn, nice selection, wish they had more in the needle department, but square needles are a strange request. Wish there was more employees for questions, but all in all its a nice place well kept.

First visit to this store. I found that Joanns has a large selection. Employees were friendly. My store was very clean and aisles clear. Theres two things I found that I did not like. 1st the aisle numbers were extremely hard to see and find(very small & up high), 2nd the prices were way higher than I expected.

Jo-Ann sends coupons via e-mail, plus they always have coupons online... If you have a coupon double check to make sure the item isnt already on sale as they will not honor a 50% off coupon if the product is on a 30% off sale. Cant you ring it up at the original price and then use the coupon? I asked. NO is the answer.

This is my favorite craft store. It is even better than the two other larger big craft department stores. They have a lot of online coupons. JOANN Fabrics and Crafts is really the last place in town to get a variety of beautiful fabrics, and they have great by the yard prices. They have a lot of baking supplies for making cakes and doll making, the list goes on! I have also bought really cute home decor. This store is really small. I wish they had more scrapbooking supplies. And its less and less everytime I go. I do find they are sometimes cheaper then other stores. There is hardly any punches or paper pads anymore. The Park Lane products are less than desirable eventhough they are made by American Crafts. There is lots of Cricut Vinyl, if thats what you fancy. The employees are nice. Their APP is frustrating at times. It doesnt bring you back to your search after viewing an item.

SCAM ALERT! I had the worst experience today at this store. I was purchasing fabric for a dress for my daughter. The fabric was listed at .99 a yard. I asked the employee working in the fabric section if the sticker price accurately reflected the price of the fabric. She said it did. When i went to the cashier she told me it was $1.99 a yard. I showed her the sticker price and she suggested that i had switched the material and picked up the more exensive material. This is completely unnacceptable, Im not certain if she was being pernicious or is simply grossly incompetent. Either way I wont be taking my business to this location again and I will be certain to let all of my friends who shop here know about their price alteration scheme where they list at one price and try to charge another at the register..
