Stopped in this cricket store only to browse and kill time while my wife shopped elsewhere. Met 2 cricket associates ( Katrina & Katherine ) I made small talk with them and inquired about plans and features. They offered to upgrade my existing cricket plan to an unlimited plan that I believe is on promotion(??) at no additional cost, I was glad to do so. But what really impressed me was the genuine and excellent customer service Katrina & Katherine provided. =-) My opinion: great combo: great customer service and competitive products/services. Will be glad to recommend cricket as well as this store to anybody! Keep up the great work.Another 5 Star review,,,,, I got terrible service at another cricket store and called here trying to find an associate named Delia ( I am probably spelling her name wrong ), an associate named Amber told me she no longer worked here ( bummer!). I then told Amber of my problem concerning porting my number in to cricket. She was very helpful in getting me set up. She went so far as to contact Cricket tech support ?? to remedy the mess left by the other store. In about 10 minutes she had my new phone up & running. Great Service Amber, Appreciate it!
Cricket Wireless at 105 Northshore Blvd. Ste. 135, Slidell, LA is a good store. At the time of my visit, there was only one employee working. That was probably because it was the day after Christmas. Cricket Wireless is wholly owned by AT&T.
Love my phone and service
I went in to get a new phone because the one I had was busted to pieces. Amber and Cameron were super helpful in getting me the motorola supra as my new phone. I was coming from a Samsung Note 8, change is hard for me. Amber had went into detail about the phone and convinced me to buy it and Cameron set it up quick and had all my data tranferred in no time! I will definitely come back to this store when its upgrade time.

By far the worst experience i ever had,no knowledge of how everything works, no help whatsoever to take care mistake made for themselves, they have me call customer service to take care one problem that store supposed take care of, they try anything to sell you a phone but after they have your money they cant do nothing for you, and management what management, the manager still mistery for me never see there and never got a call from manager. What a joke of manager.Only giving 1 star because dpnt allowed me to give none.
You should only visit this location if you want to endure horrid customer service and a manager who is not knowledgeable on any matter. I actually witnessed the manager here telling a customer Thats a lot of I dont knows and if you dont know I dont know so I cant help you. This was the worst customer service I have ever seen coming from a place where the workers make commission.
