The guy(I think his name was Kelly, that’s on the receipt) at the store on Gause blvd in Slidell la, was awesome! Went above and beyond to inform me about the Nintendo switch I was buying for my son. Will go back to this location just because of his service! He was genuinely excited about showing me stuff and making sure I had everything to get my son started! Excellent job!

Before the outbreak, there was already almost nowhere to shop for electronics, let alone videogames. And as far as videogame hardware and software, videogame collectibles, videogame themed clothes, videogame themed household items, and knowledgeable videogame insight from employees? Around here, Gamestop truly is the one stop shop! I cant speak for the service in any other Gamestops nearby though, because I havent been to them in a long time. But the employees here have always made this 38 year old gamer feel welcme, and have always been very helpful. The workers behind the counter really take great care of their customers. And go out of their way to make sure we are happy and satisfied! I have a 16 year old son with Asperger syndrome and when he wanted a character that came with a game.. they made sure that when it came in they saved one for him. It meant the world to him! And this parent is extremely grateful for the things they do! (Even giving him posters on his birthday! ) I could go on and on with this but I will just end this with A THOUSAND THANK YOUS!

My son goes to gamestop religiously and loves the quality of their products. They are an excellent store and very knowledgeable.

Only been here once but the service was attentive without being smothering, and the selection of games was better than I expected. I know Im getting a PS4 for Christmas so Ill definitely be back to picj up some new and used games.

I always loved coming here, but for some reason my experience he pst couple of months has been crap. Not naming names but a new employee has been unable to help other customers (parents) with explaining the most common games. The vibe of the store is stale and its more like a prison in there. Thank god I can buy games digitally, until things go back to how they were I will never step foot in that dungeon ever again. What in the heck has changed to make this place so crap??????

Ive bought a few games from here, the games were defective (scratched), I tried to return them and they would not let me exchange them or give me my money back. The employees were very rude too.

Bought GTA5 brand new 4 times in a row for ps3 had 4 exchanges, none of them worked. They all have defects and will not be returning to this store again. They refused a refund of my money for a defective game.

Was getting over $100 worth of games I came in a 5:50 when they closed at 6 and I constantly got harassed by lacy, telling us that we have to find the game now or leave, worse customer service I have ever seen, she was beyond rude and had a bad attitude.Corporate please email me.
