I cant express how professional this store is all the time. I came in a couple of weeks ago, it took a while for my transaction to go through but the young woman was polite, and very patient. We have a lovely time talking while she helped other customers with the same attitude. Everyone left happy. I enjoy this store I have been coming to this one for at least 4years. Thanks.

Do not buy a phone from these people. They are selling faulty phones and they know it. My friend bought a phone from them brought it back because the microphone wasn’t working. The sales rep he originally bought the phone from was not there so the lady that helped him told him that she knows the phones are bad but they can’t return them. Her solution was for him to purchase an insurance policy on the phone from them then claim it on the insurance. Well that is insurance fraud!!! He called the manufacturer of the phone and they are replacing it for free because they are aware of the issue. The sales rep that sold him the phone is the one that talked him into that phone. He only bought that phone because of the advice from the sales rep so they are ripping people off and they know it.

The boost sales representatives at this location were compassionate caring helpful patient and informative. They say theyre that way to keep the customers coming back. They are fantastic at what it takes for customer loyalty!

This location on Pontchartrain has awesome customer service. Brandy and Nathan are much needed to this Brand. If I could give 100 stars, theyve earned it.

They had a “Back In 5 Bathroom Break” sign on the door before I even got there and after 20 minutes of waiting I left because no one came out. I tried calling multiple times and knocking on the door.

Helped my uncle fix his phone for like 20$ that another store was going to charge him 100$. Very nice, very informative.

Was an OK experience. Friendly staff. Store was kinda dirty and only had like 5 phones on display. Went here a few years ago and there was way more phones to look at

This store has some of the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE in the Slidell area!They are kind, respectful, they take the time to help you & do whatever they can to listen and answer any questions you have and/or to solve any problems you may have whether it be with your phone or with boost! Not to mention they also have 5⭐ Management which could explain why all their service representatives are all excellent!They never rush you which is A+ Service to me!If you need to go into a boost location in Slidell this would be my choice!My #1 Boost go to store!

I always have so many issues with my cellphone and the staff never complains when i come in with all of my questions.. They should be tired of seeing my face but, instead they just smile at me and ask whats wrong then patiently hear me out and fix the problem.. I would never change my service

The guy there stayed open and hour late to switch my family’s numbers to boost and he set up all our phones! Great experience highly recommend
