Mr.Francis is awesome. He helped my husband and I upgrade our phones, and he was very courteous and knowledgeable. This is a great T-mobile location. Highly Recommend.

Went in for new phones and carrier after 10 years with another. Came out with both, well almost the phones had to be shipped but arrived in 2 days. Very good service thank you Victoria.

The customer service reps at this store are a valuable asset to this store and T-Mobile. Our rep was Joshua. He was courteous very informative and knowledgeable about the product we were purchasing the newest series of Apple Watches. He is the reason we will be a returning customer and tell all family and friends to go to this store and ask for Joshua.

They were open at 5:30 but wouldn’t let us in or answer the phones when we went to the door they just stood and looked at us. They just lost a 700 dollar sale 👍🏻

This location is being permanently closed. Dont bother coming here, the sign says theyre opened to 8:00 p.m. however I arrived at 7:15 and the place was closed.
