Parking is always the problem here but good store overall. Nice mexican bread and ingredients.
Plaza Latina is such a great place to find any hard-to-locate Hispanic products you would want or need along with fresh produce, fresh meats and cheeses, a rotation of some prepared food items, freshly baked pastry, breads, and custom-made cakes, and tortillas galore. If they dont have it fresh or canned, then you will most likely find it in one of their many freezers. The staff is so very helpful, patient and kind. I always enjoy shopping at Plaza Latina.
Good place for Mexican or Latin groceries. Good food & tamales on the weekends
Excellent! Found all my ingredients to make Tacos Al Pastor recipe. Assistance was available immediately, when I had a question. All my produce was super fresh. Love this store. Thanks for being in my neighborhood.
Good variety of peruvian argentinian and mexican products, the system is a little chaotic.
I wish this store opened earlier because, 8am is to late for a bakery to open! I’d come in and spend money 6 days a week if this store opened at 7am. Most mornings nothing my kids and I want cheesecake bread for breakfast but unfortunately the store doesn’t open early enough. The bread and pastry selection is great! The bakery items are always fresh, abundant, and presentable. I absolutely love the flan and rice pudding cups! The croissants are good, they’re more dense and sweeter. Get that cheesecake bread!
Parking for SUV is very hard not recommended a big vehicle to shop there
Nice store ....got everything we needed...great people
Great hidden gem hidden in the Seattle area. They have all the best Mexican snacks you maybe looking for as well as fresh Mexican hot food made daily. Affordable prices and great service whether its from the baker, meat counter, or cashiers.
The store should have more Colombian food, more candies, mecato, etc. There is hardly any Colombian food there.
Such an amazing store, so many great products that you can’t find anywhere else including fresh produce and meat! I can’t wait to come back. Thank you Plaza Latina!!!
Great market with reasonable prices, and the staff was patient with me as I was practicing my Spanish. The chorizo was particularly great!
Very nice staff. The tamales are made there. They were warm, and every bite had meat. They sell handmade tortillas. You can see them being made. Meat prices are reasonable. If you dont get a parking spot in the front drive to the back. Take cash. They charge for credit card.
BEST MEXICAN FOOD!! EVERYTHING EXCELLENT. FOOD PEOPLE SALON HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED.
They have everything you need, very good service..
Always courteous staff, typical Latino Bodega, theyve got it all, you can even get a haircut!!
Great source of latino goods, for those who miss their hometown tastes
Great place to buy fresh, homemade tortillas. Their tortillas frescas make taco night 5x better than with store bought.
The service is wonderful! The food is amazing and the variety is huge!!!! I looooove this place so much!!!!!Si eres latino, tienes que venir!!!! Si eres mexicano, te vas a sentir en México!!!!!!
Large Latin market with an amazing frozen section, hard to find items.Parking is a little difficult
Say some very nice store and you do find all the Mexican snacks and foods that you cant find anywhere else but they are not very handicap friendly I stood in front of the bakery for more than 30 minutes and I even asked one of the employees to get someone to help me and I waited another 30 minutes and nobody showed up I was on crutches everybody saw me so I took the walked out I know I wont be going back there anytime soon
Busy and crowded at 1130 AM. The store is not really set up well for crowd management during the pandemic. But hey, when you absolutely gotta get that papaya and jamaica, then you absolutely gotta hit Plaza Latina.
Best Pan dulce I have found, and the in house food was delicious. It is worth my 45 minute drive.
Awesome shop for all things tasty! The bakery is great and theyve got loads of snacks and ingredients
First time there and it wont be the last time. Freshly made tortillas. Great meat and poultry selections and great looking baked goods.
One shop stop. Have bakery, carneceria (meat), Latin herbs and big section of beverages.beer and non Small section of produce. Ton of Mexican candy. And oh hot food tamales ...
It was amazing people were so nice go there now !!!!!
Nice, but small store. It manages to stock many hundreds of items. Fresh meat and veggies. People are very nice, but sometimes there is a language barrier since I dont speak Spanish. Very inexpensive money wiring service. Parking can be challenging: be patient!
Well stocked, very helpful staff. Helped us find what we needed
Best conchas! Great selection of Mexican candy and chips. My family loves Plaza Latina.
Came from Ballard for the meats and tortillas! It feels like another country when you walk in, and I love that. Great selection of all sorts of imported chips, snacks, and candy. Thank you!!
Love the good selection!
Ok
Best Mexican food store Ive found. Great selection of meats, cheeses and salsas in the deli case. Its a bakery too!
Came in looking for barbaco,(cow head meat), and they had it. Plus great hand made tortiilas.
Amazing pastries and salsas. Carnitas is a must have
I love the pastries, the meat, the food items, such a wide variety of items to try and enjoy.
Ecxelente one of the best places in town
Efficient and great service as well good stocking
Great food. Great pastries. Great people. The only place where I can get quality Latino food that’s taste like home.
Good place to shop
Fresh baked pastry lots to choose!Fresh meat, & colorful pinatas!
I have to find a different market. The cashier can be surly but the customers can be so rude. Be worth it to drive farther for a cleaner place with a better selection.
Advertising they have MoneyGram services, but they dont. They even have MoneyGram signs and still dont do anything involving MoneyGram.
Delicious salsa, brilliant location, and a friendly staff. Amazing selection!
The bakery has outstanding Mexican bread. Their fruit and vegetable selection is good. They have at times tropical fruit. Parking could be better.
Great store for all your Spanish seasoning. There meat is fresh also n the prices are reasonable. People are friendly, so yes I recommend the Plaza Latina..
Carne asada was cold. Very unorganized and no chairs to eat in. I ordered food before i knew there were no chairs to eat. The only good thing were their handmade tortillas
Came from Ballard for the meats and tortillas! It feels like another country when you walk in, and I love that. Great selection of all sorts of imported chips, snacks, and candy.
For some reason. I was headed to Walgreens on 175th and since I had never seen this store, I thought it would be a better idea to look here instead .I could easily say that I would likely shop here again if I were in the area.
This place has authentic salsas, cheese, meat, and bread. They squeezed a lot of delicious food in a small space. You can also get fresh cut fruit with chili on top or hot tamales. you will have to use Spanish to order, remedial Spanish is fine.
Fresh mexican bread
Nice service, a little big hot that day.
They have the best pinatas in town!! They also have some super sweet fruit juices like guava, mango and peach...yum!
My boyfriend took me there I’m so happy to find lots of items that I love to eat, prepare I try my boyfriend’s favourite Oaxaca cheese so I definitely be back again.
This is one of the very best Latin stores in the Seattle area. Inside, theres a Mexican bakery (panadería), a Mexican butcher shop (carnicería), a Mexican deli with tamales and fresh tortillas and fresh cheeses (queso fresco, such as Don Francisco), and a ton of beverages and imported snacks. Its pretty tight spaces in there, though. They also have services for international phone calls, document sending, and money transfers.
Great place to buy all kind of Peruvian products. Looks like theyve increased their inventory. Very hard to find a place to park tough, tight space on the front and few spots on the back.
They are well stored but there are not price tags on many things and the cashiers are very rude.
Great customer service. Nice neighborhood store.
You can find a variety of products from your country, like fresh sweet bread, hot food, vegetables, frozen Latino food, atole, meat 🥩 etc.
I got the best papayas. In other stores is very hard to find papaya, cactus or aloe. This place is great because they have a big selection of latinamerican products!!
They go above and beyond in order to help, and make your shopping experience very pleasant and satisfying. 😀👌👏
Had to eat crow on this review. I confused Plaza Latina with the new Latin grocery to the immediate north of the Oak Tree Cinema. Since I have never been to Plaza Laitina I will have to now give it a try and write a legitimate review. My apologies to the owners. I look forward to shopping your store.
Great little store, even has bakery and butcher. And really good tamales.
Very good place, I love the sweet bread.
I found ripe yellow soft plantains! so its all Aces In my book.
Parking can be a pain but it’s definitely a good place to get all my Mexican cravings. Fresh pan and great meat as well
Excellent place for specialty items from Argentina, Mexico, Peru, Colombia etc
Amazing! You can find whatever you want. I love this place
Two years in a row, theyve made a great birthday cake for our daughter
Great supplies. A lot of different variety foreign foods and vegetables. Big variety of deli meats and cheeses and delicious carne asada, but the parking is terrible really tight and hard to get in and out of if you have a big car let alone a small one.
Has everything I need. Their meat selection is very high quality. Great staff.
From fresh bread to a barber shop! They have the best cheesecake here.
Looks small from outside but wait till you go in. It is huge. Needs better parking cuz it is super tight.
Filled with all the essentials but. did not get my xake order correct embarrassing when the cake was cut and the filling was not what was wanted by the host
They need more social skills and cleaning.
This is a Mexican store where you will find almost everything you need. They make awesome Mexican bread.
Great store! They have a carniceria, panaderia, and homemade tamales.
A great little Mexican market!
Full service Latin grocery, butcher, bakery....better than Los Cabos..nice people...
Great place to find hard-to find imports from Peru. Like Paneton Donofrio, Granadillas, Tunas (cactus fruit), aji amarillo, etc. They also sell Queso Fresco. Also there is plenty of parking on the back :)
I just came here tonight and I already love and appreciate this place so much. I came in to order a cut of meat for lechon. One of the girls at the counter and I had trouble communicating, but she was so patient with me while I tried to figure out what it was I was trying to say. I put in my order, and even though theyve already made their order for next week, theyre going to go through the extra trouble of checking to see if they can make this happen for me. Based on their effort to please the customer alone I give them 5 stars. Im an American Puerto Rican, whos really outside the culture, but these folks were really great about my awkwardness here. The sights and smells alone really took me back, and whatever happens with this order, they got a customer for life in me
Best made tortillas and Mexican products around.
Cheap and delicious drink and desserts
Nice store. Friendly staff
Great store definitely very authentic. Great food on the weekends they have both beef and goat birria.
Parking behind the building is best.
Danny is a nice guy and they have a good selection.
Very nice people and I can find Chipilin on Wednesday as a salvadorian its very important to fix our favorite food and specially w the best and fresh ingredients and I ve been suggested that some of the products doesnt have any prices and you never know how much you will pay, perhaps I was there last week and Im so glad that now they have almost everything with the prices on .so GOOD JOB FOR THAT and Ill say thank you for add some more room in the store and for such a great team workers that you guys have .
For me, this was the Uwajimaya of Latin American markets in the Seattle area because it is the largest I have so far discovered and, like Uwajimaya, it offers a range of products covering many cultures from a large geographic region. Besides dry goods, there is a bakery, produce, a meat counter and a hot food service. There is even an attached hair salon. I was very happy with my visit and it will be my first stop when I next make a journey to stock up on favorite Latin American ingredients.
Surprised with the great selection! I went in to see if they had chorizo, which they did, & ended up buying more items than I expected. The tres leches cakes are delicious!
Love this place, have been going there for years 👍👍👍
Good customer service. And good varieties on products :)
Plaza Latina is a wonderful place we wonderful people they have excellent customer service
Good Prices,Wonderful costumer service, and a lot of variety of latino products.
No space for parking, bad quality on produce. Higher price for pan dulce and not variety of pan.
They have the real stuff. Authentic food.
