Great salesman. Very nice and knowledgeable. Other than that. If I could give 0 stars I would. Looking at a new Sante Fe Limited or Calligraphy. Trading in a 2019 Kona Ironman Edition. 25,400 miles. More than GREAT condition. I get that the dealerships need to make money but insulting somebody is one thing. They offered $22,000 for trade. They were all outside googly eyeing the Iron Man because none of them had ever even seen one in person. Maybe because they only made about 3,500 of them worldwide. NADA has even a ROUGH trade in at $25,300. I will never go back to this dealership. They are a bunch of CROOKS.
Wife had a check engine light come on in her Hyundai Kona. The dealership I bought the car from couldnt get the car in for 2 weeks . I looked up other Hyundai dealerships and called Texoma Hyundai and they got the car in and fix the next day. while I waited. No charge. covered by warranty. I was very pleased with the service and happy it only took 1 visit .
I was super late to my appt of course!!! 🤦🏽♀️👌🏽 C’est la vie. But they were very understanding and patient for my arrival and still able to handle business! The guys in the service dept were extremely informative and genuinely took care of all the inquiries & concerns i had plus went above and beyond! This is how you do customer service. 👌🏽👏🏽

Very disappointing experience tonight. Went in to purchase a vehicle for my daughter was actually at the desk ready to buy when the finance guy came out and told us. “To be honest on this car we losing money,so we have to include the $1500 warranty and i really need you to finance to us so we can make the money on it”. I was upset by their unethical behavior I walked out. As we were leaving someone from the back room said “oh we can wave the warranty for them”. In the future price the car the way you want to price the car. We have since purchased the same car with less miles from Carvana for less money. Did this on the way home from our phone and they are delivering it to my house with no hassles or BS. I tried to keep it local and in the community. This is the reason why people hate car dealers and it the worst experience anyone can have…. I would never recommend working with these guys. Lie right to your face and blame it on their buyers paying to much for used cars.
No complaints. Wish they could have taken care of body work needed. Also would have appreciated it if they could deliver auto when completed, as Ford does. But will return for any future needs. Glad they took care of my car. I trust them. .

I am a returning customer and was trying to buy a new Sonata Hybrid. They are adding thousands on the price for BS you dont need or want. No option to not take these items. They have a take it or leave it attitude. Some of the rudest sales people and mangers I have encountered. I have found much more customer friendly dealers that arent jacking the prices up because of the shortage. I will never be back.

I love Texoma Hyundai! I bought my Veloster N there last year, and everyone was so friendly and helpful, I thought Id bring my car up there for its 6k service.Ya see, I live in Grapevine, about 75 minutes away, but they are kind and friendly and get me out of there as quickly as possible since Im not dropping my car off, Im actually waiting on it.Last week I had to have a major replacement of the entire steering system and then an alignment under warranty. Knowing I was gonna be waiting for the car, they had me get there at service opening time, hoping to have the car finished by the end of the day. About four hours later the replacement was done, and the car was taken to the alignment center. I went to a great bbq place a few blocks down the road, and when I got back the car was done!!I really appreciate the kindness, the friendliness, and how helpful they are in both the sales department and the service department! Im going back soon for my 18k service, and will always highly recommend Texoma Hyundai.

I am always happy to take my 2013 Hyundai to Texoma Hyundai. The service dept has excellent customer service skills. Most visits are for oil changes only, but my favorite visits are when they say nothing needs to be done.
Paid quite a bit of money to get my car fixed, dont even have it a full day and the SAME problem I brought it in for is still an issue. Brought it in because of car overheating drive for a little bit and car still overheating. I called them they had me towed back to the dealership which was on a Saturday right at closing time and I was even given a ride back to the dealership. They had it fixed first thing in the morning and was able to pickup. I was very upset about the issue and how long it was at the dealership but very happy that they redeemed themselves and fixed the problem.
Always friendly. Never a problem scheduling getting my car serviced. Happy customer!

I was misled about warranty information whenever I purchased a vehicle from them, and wound up with a car that I quickly discovered burned oil. I called and left messages for their sales manager, Ron, none of which were ever returned. They seem to care about you whenever they are selling you a car, but beyond that point you no longer matter to them. I will never do business with them again and would certainly not recommend them to anyone.
Had a great experience. They were very honest and straight forward. They didnt try to push any extras or junk that you dont need. One of the few dealership visits I actually enjoyed.

I would give them zero stars, if I could. I don’t recommend this dealership. One they will sell you a car with a underlying transmission problem. Salesman kept saying that the car passed inspection, but all four tires were splitting. He assured me that they were drivable, only for his manager to decide to replace them because they clearly weren’t. Whoever is doing inspections for this dealership should find another job. I am a first time buyer, and they tried to leave me with a car that has a $7,000 issue. I will never ever do business at this location. Horrible, they don’t have your best interest, only want the sale.
False advertising at its finest. Listings on their website and on Cars.com both say virtual test drives and virtual appraisals are available - which is why I called them. First salesman ghosted me, second salesman told me they wouldn’t give me a number for my trade in and then they refused to give me an out the door price without putting a deposit down on a vehicle. These are very deceiving tactics and a telltale sign you should take your business elsewhere.
We have a 2010 Hyundai Tuscon that needed a lot of tlc. Took it to Texoma Hyundai and they gave it all the tlc it needed. The service department was so helpful and always available to address any of my concerns. The advisor, Larry, was somewhat rude and seemed to be highly sensitive to the way I was communicating. He at one point said OK, Im just asking. As if to be like jeez, calm down. I was just talking normally, no issues. He went to lunch immediately after quoting me over $600 for recommended services that I declined. A nicer gentleman checked me out, thank goodness.

I purchased a vehicle in March of this year and I still havent received the actual license plates. I had to buy my own temporary paper plates twice, (about to be 3) because the dealership cant print a new set of temporary plates.I have contacted the person who sold me the car and the manager and still have not gotten a straight answer as to why my plates havent came it. Ive contacted my county and the dealerships county and they have not received paperwork from them.Official complaint for the dealership will be going in now.

Advertised CPO online for a specific price (truecar) Showed up they tried to tack on 1500 service fee so they could charge a 1400 CPO free. Entire situation was deceptive and dishonest. I left went to Freeman Hyundai in Irving got exactly what I wanted for the listed price (+TT&L) and had a far superior experience. I would advise avoiding at all costs there are too many Hyundai dealerships very near here that are honest and upfront.
The service department is always friendly and want to help their customers. Even if we have a strange issue, we have been able to call them and they will help us find a good resolution.
I can no longer drive my vehicle as the dealer collected money for title and registration during the purchase but never filed for tags. The temporary tags have expired and the DMV informed me that I cannot purchase on my own, it must be purchased by dealer. My nice car is now parked in my garage in limbo.Apparently this is a common issue with this dealer as some people have been waiting since March for their tags to arrive (per DMV). I have filed a dealer complaint with the DMV and will be escalating the issue if it is not resolved ASAP.

The car was gone about 10 days, they drive it approximately 400 miles, fid did stall at stops like I said but it didnt trigger the computer for codes so its not really fixed but they did what they could. They suggested a fuel enhancer / additive may be helpful. I still blame my son-in-law for putting 3 tanks of Supreme instead of Regular gas in the tank. Thank you but problem is not solved and us very inconvenient in traffic.

Wasted my time. Less than honest about the price.On June 12, I received a Texoma Hyundai online offer via Truecar for a 2021 Palicade. I confirmed the offer price with a salesperson via email and requested a written out the door price as I would not pay for any dealer add-ons. The salesperson informed me that their policy is not to provide a written out the door price.I reluctantly scheduled a dealership visit for June 14 to sign the papers as I was suspicious that the dealership was hiding something. I requested and the salesperson agreed to have the papers ready upon my arrival.When I arrived, the papers were not ready. Why not provide a written offer remotely? Why not have the documents ready? Unless a scheme is at play. The dealer baked into the deal a very expensive door ding/window chip repair policy for an additional $1500 (Window chip repair is free with your current auto collision insurance and door dings are frequently repaired for $30-50 cash). When I protested buying their in-house dealer insurance add-on as it had no value to me, the sales manager informed me that he would not sell the vehicle without the additional insurance purchase. I walked away and promised the sales manager a bad review as honesty, trust and integrity are business requirements for me.In my view, this is a dishonest practice. The dealer knew from the beginning that they had no intention of honoring the committed Truecar price. It would appear that they draw in customers with a competitive online offer and then try to force upsell dealer add-ons during the visit. I am not an attorney, but I feel this type of practice is dishonest at best and maybe even illegal.
