Go and closed for a lunch until 2 go back and closed for the rest of the day! This store may as well be closed its never open the hours it should be and its super frustrating when they arent open the hours they are supposed to and this happens all the time! Owner needs to find employees that wanna work and be professional.Other times I have pulled up and employee is standing outside smoking and talking to friends this is a business and isnt ran like one at all.

This is a great phone service for people who arent financially stable, or if you want to save money. Me and my sister pay about 3 bucks per month and it pretty good. They even let you use your own phone if its unlocked on tmobles network.

My visit w this specific co was the Best and most Honest one I have had w a cell phone co out of all those Ive been a customer with since cell phones became such icons they are today and Ive had many encounters with some well respected ones indeed at that but the employees here at assist wireless truly want to give u what u deserve and pay for sincerely

The manager is great and very helpful. If theyre busy some patience is required, however.

I wad told by a different store that all stores had replacement phones. I go into this store and they inform me that Assist does not let them have replacement phones at this facility. I would have to go to another store. The nearest store is 30 miles away. This is an inconvenience for people who may not have transportation.

Quick and easy to get a phone. You dont get to choose a phone. They just give you one. Out of the 3 people there, only one was friendly. Shes the one that activated, gave me the phone and thanked me for coming in. The other 2 were a little rude and unprofessional.
