Went in with an unresponsive phone. They told me what they thought the issues may be, gave me honest opinions, and offered a fair price on their services. When the part did not fix the problem, they kindly refunded the cost of the part and suggested next steps. Would recommend this place to anyone needing a phone fixed!

They repaired the screen on my IPad Pro fast and with no issues. They made sure I was aware that the adhesive used was not to Apples strength, and encouraged me to obtain a protector that would help press on the screen a bit to hold it to the IPad. Luckily, a friend had already given me the link to a great protector that did what they said I would need! Great people, professional, quick, and efficient.

So I had my phone fixed somewhere else and the back started coming off. Instead of driving back to the city in my old truck I stopped here. Dave not only told me how bad of a job they did he showed me. I would have paid a little more to have my phone fixed by himbut he would have fixed it right. Robert replaced an iPhone battery and screen in about twenty minutes and was kind and professional, even engaging and talking with my 9 year old and making sure she felt seen and heard while we were in the store. Once everything was replaced he took time to check all aspects of the phone to make sure it was in working order before we left. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

I had bought a refurbished phone online and it worked for about a week then kept turning on and off. I figured it needed a new battery so took it here. They did put a new battery in there and ended up still having to do some more things to it to get it to work right. But they were very reasonable and fast. Would definitely recommend !

They repaired my iPhone SE (2020) screen in like 45 mins, they were fast and pretty low cost too. Would recommend.

I went in to have the home button on my iPhone replaced on Friday January 24, 2020 and was treated extremely well.He explained everything to me on the things that are different and then went ahead and did the repair, it took maybe 10 minutes totalOnce completed he made sure it was working. Then he took the time to help me reset the phone back to factory settings and made sure the home button was still working correctlyI highly recommend them for any job needed.

I have a 55” Samsung curve TV that would not power on after a storm. The guys ordered parts on a Friday, had them in by Tuesday and I was watching TV again by Wednesday! My phone starting having trouble with the power button. I brought it in and they troubleshooted exactly the problem,,, however the part needed is discountinued. David and Jon worked with me on different options even searching beyond their distributors. Looks like a new phone on the horizon. I went in with an iPhone 7 that wouldn’t charge it took the guy about 5 minutes to fix it and he absolutely refused to take my money! I’ve never been anywhere in my life and had something fixed for free. That was 6 months ago and it still charges good. If your looking for honesty and quality (lol who isn’t) go to this store they will definitely treat you right.👍👌

I visited this location when it was under a different name (CPR purchased the previous company) and different management and must admit I did not ever want to come back.I did however and was glad I did. The management and staff which are there now are very knowledgeable, friendly and have done exactly what they say they will do.I have dealt mainly with David and not only has he performed the repairs, they were done exactly right! The repairs were done in the timeline quoted and the cost was exactly what they said it was be. There was nothing which was a surprise.I have since come back several times for other things and will continue to do so.Glad CPR bought them and changed the incredibly horrible staff I encountered previously.

I appreciated how the Tech listened to me regarding what was happening with my tablet. He then checked it out and spent time explaining what was broken and discussing the options available to repair the problem. He was up front about potential complications (glass screen could break) not covered by the price estimate, and repair vs replacement costs. I could hear another tech dealing with a different customer and his demeanor was exactly the same...friendly, courteous, professional, and most of all knowledgeable. I will definitely return to this store if I have any future phone or tablet issues and refer all of my friends!

Took my phone in for a new battery. They broke the screen and then told me I brought it in that way. No attempt to make good. Even when the employee who took my phone said it wasnt like that when I brought it in. Popcopy management 101. When I brought my phone I the phone was on but it was frozen the screen was on. Off or on a giant crack in the scree would be visible. You keep denying but your own employee agreed the crack that was the entire length of the screen was not there. He did this with you listening on the phone. You messed it up. You know, I know it and your employee knew it.

Damaged screen glass on my Android needed replacement and I needed a new case to protect it too. They fixed us up. Repair personnel were professional and they explained things well and gave us possible options for our situation. Repair parts were expensive but not any more than anywhere else. Hours and location are convenient.

NEVER. Again. I had originally thought that my battery had quit on me so I took it in and asked to check to make sure it was actually the battery. Sure enough, it wasnt, it was the charge port. I paid the entire total up front and was told it would be done by the end of the night. They called saying they had accidentally broke my screen in the process and that they didnt have another one on hand so it would be another few days. Turns out it was more than just the screen, so it was another 3 days on top of what they originally told me. Then the other part came in in the wrong color so it had to be sent back for the correct one (3 more days). I finally get my phone back over a week and a half just to be informed that they will have to replace the screen again due to it being scratched. They gave it back to me with my screen popping out of place and my camera no longer functional. I brought up the fact that my screen was not in place and I was told to just put something with weight on it to keep it down. (Seriously?) Everything other than the charge port was working when I dropped off my phone BUT they didnt do a check list upon arrival so there is no documentation on what was working and what wasnt.I will NEVER use Digital Doc again.

Were not upfront about everything and talked down to me. Very unprofessional and make you feel stupid.

Fixed what I had screwed up when I tried to fix my wifes iphone

I had to get a new battery and wireless charger for the absolute maximum lifespan on my phone. Everyone was polite, answered all my questions, and most of all everything was extremely professionally fixed and the prices were much lower than I expected . Please give them a try before buying a new phone. David and John were absolutely wonderful and helpful, as well as knowledgeable .

I didnt get a repair done, but I needed a charger because I thought mine had broke ..i ended up not needing it and because I hadnt opened it and had bought it that day I went ahead and returned it because it was pretty expensive. They were super nice about it and the money went right back into my account.

I was welcomed, helped and given good advice to keep my phone working well. Glad they were open on Memorial Day!

Today was probably my fourth time getting a screen fixed here, and the staff are always super cool and everything is super affordable. Dude there today was short handed and busy af but still got my screen fixed & my battery replaced in a hour. Love em!

My boyfriend and I had a horrible experience at this store. I recommend that anybody needing any kind of device fixed travel the extra distance to get it fixed somewhere else. About a week ago my boyfriend took in my iPhone 5s to get fixed. First he was told by the guy working there that he would have to wait because he was not trained on phones and he only works on computers. That should have been our first clue on how disastrous this whole thing would turn out. After about five days we had not heard ANYTHING about my phone. When my boyfriend called he got the run around. When he asked to speak to a manager a girl with a snotty attitude got on the phone. Basically, she didnt want to deal with him, seemed entirely confused, and then turned around and said my phone was ready to be picked up. I dont know whether she just said that to get us out of her hair but when we went to go pick up the phone it took them ten minutes just to locate it. Finally, after bringing us the wrong phone, they came out with my actual phone, which wasnt fixed at all but looked like someone had taken it apart and at the last minute and pieced it together again. Then the person who gave me my pieced together phone had the nerve to say that they were doing us a favor by not charging us since they couldnt fix the problem!!

We where up there for two and a quarter hours after closing with this guy, jon, helping us, and he didnt seem upset by it at all, did his most to help us, and stayed calm and upbeat. Honestly one of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had with a guy who stayed past closing.it was just an all around great experience. He went above and beyond to try and make sure everything went perfectly, and even apologised that the info got erased off the phone when it wasnt his fault. 10 out of ten would recommend to anyone who needed a phone fixed.

Do not purchase from CPR. Spent $70 plus on a Cell phone case that they guaranteed under warranty & assured would protect the phone, only for my screen to break while in the case the very next day. Tried to call & see if they would take a look at it & where it malfunctioned, or refund money I spent on the defective case & the guy was extremely rude & no help at all. Not once was he apologetic or concerned with details. Thought he may want to find out who sold the case & why they would guarantee a product that obviously was not durable. The guy I talked to today was named David & when we called back he pretended like he was someone else & it was a “porch service” & we had the wrong number, (but it was definitely him & we obviously did not). He was very unprofessional and clearly does not take his job very seriously. I was baffled when he stated he was the manager & couldn’t believe he was put in a position to operate a business.

Came in today with a old gear s2 watch and the guy was honest with me and told me that replacing the battery was probably going to be a waste of money. It wasnt what I wanted to hear but Im glad he was honest with me Also my speaker was clogged on my phone and he cleaned it and got it back working where I can hear people talk when I answer the phone.
