My family and I have been going to this goodyear for over a decade and they have retained our business over the years through their timeliness, sincerity, transparency, attention to detail and professionalism. We have NEVER had to take a car back to readdress a repair that was done incorrectly/didnt solve the problem. Highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a reliable and consistent autoshop.

Went in to a get a blinker light replaced, Adam took 5 minutes replaced it for free and sent me on my way. Great experience and customer service.

Adam was super understanding when I called 2 minutes before close with my two blown out tires. He stayed an hour after to ensure that my car and myself were good especially since I was an emotional wreck. His professionalism was outstanding! He is greatly appreciated by myself and my family ♥️

Adam at Goodyear Shawnee is a prince. He responded to my asking him to check my break light by replacing a dead bulb at no charge while I waited. Thats why I service all my cars there. Great customer service with a smile!

I took my flat tire to Goodyear on Hedge Lane Terrance, Shawnee, KS. It was a bad flat, unpatchable. So, I agreed to purchase a new tire. I was the first customer to walk into the lobby at 8 am. I signed the paperwork; and left for home. I was not called to alert me that my tire was ready. Rather, I called around 4 pm; it was then I was told my tire was ready. When I arrive at the store, I asked that my new tire be installed and the spare taken off. I was told, “I can do that in an hour.” I did recall telling the clerk this morning that I would want the spare taken off and the new tire installed. I paid for my tire and left. I went to Goodyear’s competitor, Firestone. When I told the gentleman at Firestone what happened at Goodyear, he said, “That’s insane.” Needless to say, Goodyear on Hedge Lane Terrance, Shawnee, KS will not be getting my business in the near or distance future.

I had tried to put more air in my tires at a gas station. If anything I let out the air. I got close to home and stopped in the Goodyear a mile away from my home and they were closed. I called the number anyway and the manager Adam Eskina answered. He filled up my tires and reset the correct pressure sensors. You are SO lucky to have him! You need to give him a raise...I am 65 and a cancer survivor. Adam made my day.😊

Weve always gotten great service here for regular vehicle maintenance. But when I got a flat tire last weekend, Adam & crew went above & beyond to make sure the tire was fixed & my children & I were ok after the chaos it all meant for us. You guys are awesome!

Adam is the best, he is honest and he doesnt pressure you into things you dont need. There is a Goodyear right by my house, but I drive 30 minutes to Adam because I trust him.

I dropped off my car and they called later with the price. I went through with it because I was pressed for time, but it was the most expensive oil change I have ever gotten. They didnt mention other, less expensive, options that were available, but I saw them on their pricing sheet when I picked the car up. Sorry -- I wont be back.PS: You should be embarrassed by the robo-response I see on all bad reviews, We always want your travel time to go smoothly with us. Geez! :D

We had the tires on our 33 foot travel trailer replaced. They were the cheapest around for the tires I wanted and they were super fast. In and out in 45 min. They did the whole process with the trailer still attached to the truck. The tech was very detail oriented and they double checked the torque on the lug nuts. Very pleased with my experience.

One star because zero isnt an option. Nothing makes me angrier than lying to me and telling me I need service that I dont!! Bought new tires online and booked a 9AM Appt. They call and they cant get me in until 1:00. I tell them I need the vehicle by 3:00. No problem. At 2:50 they call me and tell me I need an alignment. I say no - I told you I needed the vehicle by 3:00. Take my vehicle to the dealer 2 days later and believe it or not - alignment is perfect!! Stealing a $120 out of my wallet would not be okay - neither is this!! There is a special place for people like that.

I made an appointment online for 9a and it was estimated to be complete by 10:30a. I called to check on my vehicle at noon and it was next in line. This left me scrambling to make arrangements for the rest of my day. I would have taken my vehicle elsewhere if Id known the real schedule.That said, there were a wide variety of options for my vehicle and the work was done well without any up-sell pressure.

$120.00 for an Oil Change with a so called 10% discount boarders on criminal? Shame on Goodyear taking advantage of people during this time.Follow up: The staff at goodyear can try and spin it however they want but just be aware if you go in expecting a $74.95 Synthetic oil change you could end up paying $132.00, we received a 10% discount on our $120.00 bill

Chris and crew treated me very well, they were constantly cleaning for the time I waited there. I have never been to a shop that took so much pride in the cleaning of the store and with the virus that is here now I couldnt appreciate that more! I went in for a tire repair they got me in and out very fast and didnt even charge me. I didnt have time to do the alignment that was out but I will definitely be back to have it and all my service done and will tell all my friends and family to go see Chris and Irene.

I came in this Goodyear location for four new tires. I had an appointment made the night before for the following morning. My tires were not in stock at this location so my 8:30 am appointment was changed to 11:00 am. This didnt really affect me so much, as long as I was able to attend a 1:30 pm wedding, as I also told the staff. When I came in at 11, the tires were still not at location so the staff upgraded my tires for the same price as the cheaper tires. They put on my upgraded tires and I was able to attend the wedding on time. Great customer service as I was on a tight timeframe and the staff did a very nice job accommodating me by giving me an upgrade.The office area was very clean and nice with a comfortable waiting area. There was coffee and water available to me while I waited.

Took my Jeep here due to leak in my tire, they found the puncture and fixed it for my charge at all. I didnt even but those tires from them but will be my next set. Great customer service and appointment and repair took hardly any time at all. Thanks again.

This Goodyear is terrible, and Im basing it off more than one experience. I had taken my car in because of very loud brake screeches, and they said my brakes were fine and that there was nothing they could do about the sound. So I took it to Weavers and they said my front brakes were almost to the point of being unsafe to drive. My wife had taken her car in as we wanted to give it more than one chance because its so close and convenient, but it was yet again another terrible experience where they didnt know what they were doing and kept the car way longer than needed. Hate to say it since its so close but wont be going there at all. Weavers is great.

I took my car in to have it checked and serviced for a possible coolant leak and heater/AC not working. They replaced the coolant reservoir (said there was a leak) and replaced the hoses, repaired the heater. The cost was around $300.2 weeks later, I took my car to Big O Tires to have new tires put on (they had a promo deal) and upon inspection, they said I had a bad coolant leak, it was spraying everywhere, along with bad/torn hoses.The next day, I went back to Goodyear to see what was going on, they worked on it again for about an hour, and then told me the guys were lying, there was no leak and everything was fine. Okay...I went back to Big O for my tires where they took me back to the shop and showed me where the hose had been patched recently.TL;DR: Goodyear charged me for shoddy workmanship, I took it back when there was still an issue, they told me there was no issue and everything was fine - but it turned out when I took my car in the second time they did perform additional repairs and lied to me about nothing being wrong after the initial repair. I wont be going back.

I showed up no appointment thinking I have a major problem that will cost me a bunch of money. Chris the manager checked me in came back in 20 minutes with my keys and said problem was fixed and wouldnt charge me for it just a cardboard box stuck on the tire making noise. what a bunch of honest guys could have told me charged me anything. I will never go anywhere else now!

We got an oil change and 4 new tires mounted in less than an hour.Nice, friendly, knowledgeable staff too!

I called to get new tires, they told me $1,100 it ended up being $1,500. I asked them to save the tires so I can keep them, they drilled them so they’re useless now. And to top it all off they test drove my truck and it sounded like my truck was about to blow the engine when the employee left. He went petal to the metal and smoke poured out my exhaust. Extreamy dissapointed and frustrated with this store. I would NOT recommend anybody going here. I wish I could rate 0 stars.

My TPMS went on this morning. I went to goodyear without an appointment, and they got me in anyway. Patched my tire from a nail. Also, at my request, aired up my spare in case i need it in the future since i have a long commute to work. Didnt charge me anything!!!! Friendly staff and good service!

Had appt 11:30 for oil change check battery! Finally at 1:00 they retrieved my car . Change oil then told bad battery . Left at 3:30 . Oil change and new battery. I think they build cars faster!. thanks

I took my car in to have a new set of tires put on and they took my full size spare that was on my car and trashed it, leaving me with a popped tire with a destroyed rim. So now I have no spare.

Took my car there for a tire repair and a inspection and they said my tire was leaking air from the sides and it was all taken care of. They never did the inspection and 3 days later the tire was flat again. They even scratched my premium rims. I had to take my car to another Goodyear location and it turns out the tire had a nail. Never coming here ever again.
